Holiday rentals with a patio in Great Shelford

Julie’s flat is lovely, very clean, tidy and homely. The flat is very well stocked with everything you might need and there are a number of local convenience shops and takeaways very close to the flat plus it’s only 10 minutes walk into the town center. WiFi is very good and for me this location was perfect being very close to Luton airport. Highly recommended.

Ok, so James's place is immaculate, new, purpose-designed, tasteful, spacious (for a studio). This is exactly what an Airbnb should be. Everything is thought through, and yet it is quite minimal, which is just right. It's on the owners premises, but you don't notice that. It has it's own separate building. If I had to quibble it would be churlish - It's so smart it made me want to leave it perfectly behind me. Found myself cleaning up more than I would. :-). Fulbourn has really nice walks and a big recreation ground for exercise. Nice woods a short walk/jog away. Short of good food in the village. One pub shut down and another rather 'deep fried food' style. There's a third I have yet to try. (Next time). Price is a little on the high side for a studio, but as I chose it instead of the more expensive and awful Holiday Inn Express, I'm quite satisfied with the price too. It is Cambridge after all. I'll be back very soon, if he'll have me.

Michelle’s home is the best, most beautiful and comfortable Airbnb I’ve been in so far, I wish I had more time to stay there, I didn’t want to leave. The place is absolutely spotless, you feel at home instantly. I highly recommend this home! Worth every penny, perfect for if you’re wanting a place to just escape from life and relax, I would definitely stay at Michelle’s again, thank you for such a wonderful stay

Igor’s flat was perfect for a weekend ….smart decor, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, plenty of hot water and good coffee. The instructions were clear and it was easy to get into Cambridge on the bus. We could not have asked for more.

What a lovely gem to stay in with friends for a weekend away in Cambridge. It was a bit further than we thought from the Center but we did walk it which was fine. The home was extremely clean, instructions to check in and check out was easy, was in a peaceful area, amenities were great. We even asked for a slightly later check out which they were very helpful with.

A comfortable and conveniently located property for city centre Cambridge. its an easy walk from the front door to eg where the river side colleges are. The walk can be done in about 30 minutes though there is a bus stop very close that runs about every 15 minutes into town ( number 2 bus). The property has two large sized bedrooms and a comfortable living room. As a nice bonus there is a decent sized conservatory that's very suitable to occupy in the morning or later evening. The parking space is most useful, with the property being easily walkable to central Cambridge. Note the nearby bridge over the railway line has very recently been barred to unauthorised traffic so don't drive over it to avoid a fine). There are a lot of coffee shops, and restaurants close by if you dont want to eat out in Central Cambridge of an evening and are not planning to cook at home. NB the kitchen is well equipped should you wish to eat in though. It's also a pretty quiet street.

The Mews at Snailwell is a beautiful property, in a nice quiet location. From the point of booking, Peter (the host) was on it through communication, with all queries answered at lightning speed. The photos really do not do the place justice……it is amazing. So spacious and well equipped. In fact there was nothing we felt was missing, a real home from home. If you are taking pets (we took our grandson), the front and rear gardens are super secure. The orientations offer both sun and shade. The George & Dragon pub opposite was a real bonus. The food was amazing and so were the team who ran it. Again there is a secure enclosed garden for well-behaved children and dogs. We highly recommend this property.

Guy's place was in a fantastic location in Cambridge, in the heart of Mill Road, with plenty of local cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The property was well equipped with a few essentials and everything we needed for a nights stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend

What an interesting and quirky place to stay! If you want to step back in time with modern amenities then this is the place for you. Cygnet Thatch has a fantastically well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, comfy beds and a huge log fire. A great find:)

We had such a wonderful stay at Honeybee cottage. Our host was incredibly helpful in the lead-up to our stay and we felt really welcome when we arrived. The cottage is fantastic in many ways - comfortable, clean, homely, equipped with everything we needed, has a car space and a garden. It’s also brilliantly located close by to many great cities, villages, beaches and attractions. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others and will definitely try to book again the next time we’re in the area.

Diana was a wonderful host. We were able to check in early and leave late, due to there being no following bookings, which allowed us an extra half day in Cambridge. The house was absolutely spotless, with everything we could possibly need. The cake, flowers and milk were a lovely touch and much appreciated. Nice, easy walk into the town centre. Mill Road is a vibrant place, with excellent restaurants and local stores. We would happily use Diana’s house again if we came back to Cambridge.

Beautiful house in very quiet, peaceful area near lovely country park for walks. Seven adults but plenty of rooms and seating for everyone. Perfect instructions for arrival, leaving and amenities from owner. Would certainly return if in the area.

A lovely place to stay, exactly as described but the photos do not do it justice. Very comfortable and cosy and extremely well equipped. The outdoor space was also lovely, with lots of visiting birds. Mandy was a considerate host, even offering to get some provisions for me when she knew that I was attending a family funeral. Quiet and peaceful, highly recommend as a perfect place to stay. I hope to return soon.

We had an excellent stay in a wonderful little city. Situated by the Great River Ouse, added to a perfect break. Ann has thought of everything inside the accommodation to make a care free, comfortable and enjoyable holiday. We highly recommend the property and beautiful location. A complete gem of an Airbnb and a delightful, helpful host in Fiona. The Annex is so spacious and comfortable. Fun days out exploring beautiful medieval local sites then back for drinks on the patio and a tasty supper from the amazing farm shop nearby. Our dog loved it too whizzing through the orchard fetching balls. We didn’t want to leave. Just fantastic.

Excellent apartment with every convenience provided. Ideal for my business trip to the airbase. Great host highly recommended and will definitely book again
