Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Great Abaco

First time renting a home in Treasure and it was exactly what we hoped for. The owners were incredibly helpful, responsive and accommodating. The canal had all kinds of sea life including dolphin, sea turtle, and snapper. We actually sight a small grouper on a fishing line. The house was very warm and felt like a home away from home. Will definitely stay here again!

What a gorgeous setting with beautiful water and 180° panoramic view. We had a great time, taking out the kayaks that were provided and paddle board. Great and easy access to the water where our family spent time, snorkeling and enjoying the beach. We had five adults and three kids, and we had very spacious accommodations inside this well appointed house. We had small issues, but they were attended to very quickly, and Carl the property manager even came out on one of their holidays to help us. One issue that we did have was the loss of power for short periods of time, but we were in contact with the manager and understood what to expect to the best of his ability. Finally, Robert was very attentive to our needs throughout the entire process and was an excellent host. We felt like we had the best place in this area and we would definitely come back if we’re ever in the Bahamas again. Jeni and Jay

The Beach House is a lovely place to stay with family and friends. The north end, bay side of Hope Town is peaceful, walkable (“the loop” as we called it is a quick 10-15 minute walk around the neighborhood) and has a community feel. The moderately sized home is perfect for 4 to 6 people with access right to the soft sandy beach, a luxury not all beach front homes in this area have. Directions and documentation provided by the host were on point. We found grocery shopping by service from Marsh Harbor with delivery was the best option, although the service fee was slightly more expensive than documented (worth it though!). Kayaks were a nice amenity. We brought our own floats and snorkeling gear- made it feel like we were at our own personal resort. If you need a beach read, the host offered a large number of books for your pleasure. Last note is to get the key lime pie from Vernon’s (early risers only!). Anything else we were missing Kevin was able to help us with. Lovely, relaxing.

We enjoyed our 2 weeks at Kelly’s beautiful condo. The condo is very spacious and was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and the view cannot be beat! We appreciated all the extras Kelly provided such as beach towels, salt and pepper, tide pods, dishwashing tablets and so much more. It truly helped out. We had the best time and cannot wait to go back!

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds. Found a place to eat within walking distance. Taxi driver talked directly to Monise to get directions. Thank you for allowing our dog to stay with us in your wonderful home.

We had 6 adults and 3 kids under four so the duplex worked for us as a 4 bedroom home. Very close to Boat Harbour at Abaco Beach resort where we docked the boat for the week and we’re able to use all facilities. The back decks with grill hut and picnic tables were great for cooking fish and steaks. The full laundry was a huge plus Easy access to marina, airport, groceries and restaurants.

After a problem with the key code everything was fantastic. We rented a boat and docked right in front of the condo . Nice patio and modern condo with clean bathrooms and great kitchen. Decent pool and nice gardens on the water. Walkable to liquor store, small grocery store and resort restaurant on the beach . Just what we were looking for because we spent most time island hopping !

We needed a place for 1 night. Everything about the stay was just right. It was easy, clean and reasonably priced. Tina was very helpful.

Mary as the host was very pleasant and she made sure that I was comfortable. Everything was exactly how it was said to be. I enjoyed my stay.

This little duplex is in such an incredible location. You can stroll out the front door for snorkeling and swimming, and there is an incredible amount of wildlife in the waters near the property. You are far away from everything here, including restaurants, so I highly recommend you pick up all the groceries you need in Marsh Harbour, and plan to cook. Crossing Rocks did have an awesome place for takeaway, called Talkies. The jerk pit on the weekends served up amazing Caribbean food. Slow down and enjoy life at Causarina Point.

Fantastic spot and location! The bay is literally steps away from the home. I would recommend the space for anyone looking for a relaxing place to rest with a full kitchen and a beautiful beach. Ps: walk to the dock at night, the stargazing is amazing!

Vinisha is an excellent hostess with great communication skills. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean and in a great part of Marsh Harbor. I would recommend to anyone.

Noreen and Eric could not have been nicer and were very helpful with information about the area when had trouble finding somewhere to eat on a Mondat night. The place was great and would be awesome for an extended stay or a large family or people with a boat! It was just 2 of us but we loved the location and the hosts we're amazing!

We loved our stay in Treasure Cay. The view was breathtaking. Treasure Cay beach is the most beautiful beach you will find. It feels like a private beach because you see so few people on it. The condo was very cute and clean. The beds were comfy. We will definitely stay there again.

Victoria was a great host. When the hot water heater quit working, she came up with a great solution which enable us to take hot showers. Her knowledge of the local area and things to do from a "tourist perspective" was great; we took her up on her advice and had a great time. The condo was beautiful on the inside and very modern and clean. Everything worked (hot water heater went out, see above), but stuff happens and I certainly can't fault Ed and Victoria, especially with Victoria being so quick to come up with a workable solution that we were able to use for the rest of the stay. The wifi (Starlink) worked great and allowed me to get some work done and my teenage daughter to communicate and carry-on as if she was back in the states. Thanks for all you did, and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Great Abaco!

If you want peace and quiet and the best ocean view this cant be beat. It is the best unit on the property.

Alan’s condo is very convenient and the dock was right outside the door, with dock lines available for use. Everything in the unit was fresh and new. I would highly recommend, especially if you come by boat, or plan to rent a boat from Treasure Boat Rentals.

This condo is beautiful! I honestly hate to even explain how wonderful it is for fear that it won’t be available my next visit! Treasure Cay itself is absolutely beautiful ! The people are so warm and friendly ! Even more so than some of the other islands ! Which is saying a lot! Krystal at check in was wonderful so sweet and kind and always available if we needed anything. Restaurants on site are convenient and great food. Outdoor dining ocean front! We sat outside in the evenings and did not get one no see um bite at all! This is a wonderful condo and Treasure Cay is amazing ! I’m already ready to go back!

super awesome place right on the best beach in the abacos. walk or golf cart to everything. rent a center console from dive guana. Paul was great from start to finish and we hope to get back there soon.
