Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

first of all, they contacted us from the moment we left, gave us information about the current road conditions and shared with us. It was very nice to have their own parking and a garden in terms of my children. We were greeted by a spotless house and thank you for the little treats at the table. The only place we will stay again 😎

Jovica and his family's house has an amazing location and an amazing pleasure area. We made the right choice to stay here. It was a wonderful experience to be by the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean and very attentive. Jovica and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us a lot and made us feel at home. We had rented a car but it was great to have a meat and fish restaurant right behind the house and a restaurant with delicious shellfish just a short walk away! There is also a small market within walking distance of the house for basic needs. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the sea during the day, the stars at night and the beauty of Kotor Bay. I have never seen a host more polite than Desa, Darko's mother. She is a very sweet and helpful person. They were very helpful even in our slightest need. Also, the location and view of the house is very nice. Thank you, kind Desa 🌸🌸🌸

Amazing stay , highly recommended

We were very happy with our choice of place! A great villa with a spacious enclosed property, a large pool, and a sauna. The big and beautiful living room on the ground floor was perfect. The ping-pong table and table football were a pleasant surprise. Ideal for a large group. A car is a must. Two great beaches – Ploče and Jaz – are just a few minutes away by car. The hosts are very friendly and always available. Alla and Denis, thank you – we’ll definitely be back!

He greeted us very well and showed our house at first, the garden cleaning of our house was extremely good and well thought out. Since we came from Turkey, he even bought us Turkish coffee. We felt at home. We only had a hard time getting home on our own at first. As our host said, the location didn't take it exactly towards the house. He was a very friendly host. We loved her and her hospitality ❤️

The host was a friendly lady. The house was very clean and everything was enough. It was in a nice location between Kotor budva. The treats are also appreciated. It was a good experience.

Everything is as described and photographed. Very kind and helpful owners. The apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains was equipped with all the necessary amenities, if we needed anything, the owners were at their disposal. Near the market and bakery , 10 minutes from the apartment two beautiful beaches. The perfect place if someone has a car. I highly recommend it.

It was a great stay experience, The location and view of the house is perfect. You can park your car in the private parking reserved for you in front of the house. All beaches and must-sees can be reached on foot. The host was very helpful in welcoming. We stayed for a day, but the cleanliness of the house and everything was impeccable. We wanted to change our plan for the next day and swim on the magnificent beaches of Sveti Stefa, so we asked the host to stay in the parking lot because we had to leave the house, and we got the answer that we could stay as long as you wanted. Just amazing! Finished our week in the beautiful Montenegro with 2 nights at this incredible apartment, the view/setting is STUNNING! The apartment is the perfect location, in a quieter area, gorgeous view of the Bay but great to get to nearby towns such as Perast, Risan or to the Cable Car. Kotor Old Town is about an hour's walk or a 7 minute drive - if you go at the right time..It's more like 15-20 minutes when traffic is bad. There are some fantastic restaurants all within a 10-30 minute walk from the apartment, along the waterfront which are great value. Damir was so helpful, really friendly, extremely responsive and gave some fab recommendations! You don't necessarily need a car but I'd personally recommend one, driving is easy, parking is right outside the apartment and Damir gave very helpful information on parking in Kotor Old Town. There is lots of space within the apartment and all amenities that you need, a bakery and shop within a 7-10 minute walk from the apartment.

Would highly recommend staying here. The hosts are very responsive, the place has a breath taking view and very tidy inside. The hosts give a fair warning about the stairs if you have big luggage - and are very thoughtful with letting visitors know. The location is central and easy to get everywhere in the area.

This place is approx 5km from town, which means you're not in thick of tourists from cruise ships, but you can easily go to the thick of it if you want to. Excellent host with good advice and communication whenever you need it. Thank you very much for answering our questions and offering your expert guidance.

This was the best accommodation I’ve stayed at in Montenegro and one of the best overall. The apartment is absolutely perfect: exceptionally clean, nicely designed, equipped with modern appliances, and has a convenient layout. Communication with the owner was also pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Montenegro.

Wonderful stay in an absolutely stunning setting! The views are breathtaking and even better than the picture! Irena was extremely responsive, gave great recommendations and was able to support very quickly. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches such as sun beds & umbrellas to take to the beach and all the essentials such as coffee, tea, shower gel etc. I feel you do need a car as it’s 10 minutes via car to Kotor or Perast. It’s quite a considerable incline up to the apartment from the water & nearest shops so something to keep in mind. We were travelling with our 2 year old daughter and whilst it was definitely possible it was a bit of a challenge with the steps! She absolutely loved the swimming pool and the large terrace to play. Irena was even so kind to install Disney+ on the tv before our arrival which was so thoughtful. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb it was great value and we were grateful it was peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of Kotors old town.

Great apartment with a beautiful view! Popular destinations are within easy walking distance, as well as supermarkets and a shopping center. We had a great time in Kotor at this apartment.

We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location

We’ve been travelling the Adriatic coastline for 6 weeks and our stay at Igor’s place in Herceg Novi was the highlight of our trip. The apartment is so cute. Roomy and functional. it’s also spotlessly clean. The location is awesome and the view from the balcony is impressive. Everything was perfect. Can’t wait to return.
