Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grattai

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was fantastic for a group family get away, we had three couples all with children 5 and under. The house was clean, had great hang out space for adults and children. Location was fantastic, we could walk everywhere we wanted. Host was great, no complaints - we appreciated the late check out. Only thing we couldn’t figure out was how to get the Sonos playing in different rooms (not the family room), that wasn’t a big deal as we got it working in the room we were hanging out in. We were apprehensive to spend much time outside as it was clear there had been noise complaints previously with all the signs about noise. But given it was cold, that want a big deal for us - we did love that there were so many outdoor heaters though! We would definitely come again. Thank you for having us!

Sharon's property was really well located in Rylstone. We loved the outdoor space and the ability to have a fire indoors and outdoors. We travelled with both sets of parents and they were extremely happy with all the facilities, location and amenities. Sharon was easy and friendly to communicate with, and her house had everything that we needed. We cooked meals in her kitchen and made use of the BBQ. It's a perfect place to have a few wines after a day of exploring the nearby wineries, especially as the sun sets outside. I even brought my telescope to do some stargazing. Make sure you leave time to explore the town, there are some great little gems and restaurants. We would definitely return - thank you Sharon!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's cosy cottage in Bathurst. It's centrally located - just a short walk to town - but still peaceful and private. The hosts were amazing, going the extra mile by organising fresh bread and milk for our arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and full of character with lovely old-style décor. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

if anything Armara exceeds the expectation. absolutely beautiful view and so quiet and tranquil. the weather was freezing but the house was perfect comfortable and warm which was great for a long weekend.

Dawne is a perfect host right from the start. She is very responsive, gives clear instructions and is very welcoming! We had an amazing stay here. It’s about a 15 min walk into the main town, minutes away from multiple wineries (driving) and the area the house is in is safe and quiet. We enjoyed our time and would book again!

Our fourth stay at Castlelea and as always it never disappoints. Jill is a great host and always helpful. The pizza oven and Jill's dough is a highlight to everyone. The stay is a highlight to our year. We will be back again. Thanks Jill.

The Heart of Orange lives up to its name. I loved every square inch of this place. I wish I could have stayed forever in that bed. So easy to get around downtown Orange. It was so stylish decorated, I want to know the name of they interior designer. I loved all the small touches, wine and cheese & crackers. I loved the quality of the kitchen ware. I LOVED the office table and how it had a speaker connected to the wifi. Bridgeton playlist was turned on immediately when I walked in. Just the best.

Really enjoyed our stay at Emily’s house! Great location and has everything you could need. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Orange :)

The perfect place to stay for a couple of nights in Mudgee! Right in town so east to walk to everything. Beautiful house, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Helena was very responsive and easy to get in contact with. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

It was booked for a wedding night couple and Timmy insured. They were spoilt by leaving a bottle of Mortimer’s Prosecco (the vineyard where the accommodations are located) for the newlyweds, what a lovely touch. Oh, and the outdoor firepit is a lovely touch also for the Orange cool season getaways

We loved our stay at the Winerack. Emma was a very gracious host who responded promptly to all communication. The location is superb with a large balcony and a nice view. We enjoyed watching all the kangaroos on the property. We highly recommend the Winerack for anyone visiting Mudgee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Cellar, conveniently located just 8 minutes by car from Dubbo. The property was immaculately maintained, featuring expansive lawn areas and comfortable bench seating that proved perfect for both active recreation, like kicking a ball around, and peaceful relaxation while taking in the serene country views. Tracy, our host, was exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

Loved everything about our stay. The home felt warm and cosy - perfect for after a day of wine tasting! Very central location.

Jeremy and Juliet's property was an absolute treasure. The property was in a fabulous location, close to town but far enough away to feel the peace of the country. The house was immaculate and luxurious. So grateful the fire was lit for our arrival, very cosy and welcoming feel. Thoughtful touches including delicious bubbles and chocolate. Definitely recommend and would be back in a heartbeat.

Simon was an excellent host. He provided such in depth details in relation to the directions, check-in and check-out. He also provided an ipad which allowed us to view different activities available around Orange, and insights on different features of the suite. The view was absolutely amazing, and we definitely made the most of it during our stay! This destination is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend.

My partner and I stayed at Simon’s Air BnB for our 5-year anniversary, and we cannot recommend highly enough. The tranquility and aesthetics of the location cannot be overstated. The homely, tasteful touches made the space feel warm and luxurious. Highlights include expansive views over the property, generous mini bar / breakfast bar, and the stone bathtub that very comfortably fits two people (a true rarity!). Check-in was a breeze and the privacy was very reassuring. We would absolutely come back the next time that we’re in Orange. Thank you for our stay!
