It is close to the sea (250 m walking distance), salmon river (700 m walking distance) and lake with cozy beach (1 km walking distance). Salmon river does not require a fishing license. Private road leads up (200 m), parking by the main road. Dog is allowed. No WiFi, but good 5G coverage (Telenor) Free electric car charging station in the nearby area.

For freelancers, this home is excellent, and you can get to the mountains right from the yard if you like. There are peaks up to 1.500m highs nearby to peak! Villa Sjøsiden has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a small and efficient kitchen, and a bathroom with a burning toilet. We have 5 people staying maximum
