This summer cottage is 45 sqm, consists of 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 sleeping places. The plot consists mostly of lawn, suitable for outdoor play. You'll have access to two patios, one of which is facing the south. Outdoor grill is available. In the nearby area, within walking distance of the house, there is access to swimming at the jetty, cliffs, and beach. The beach is child friendly and is 3 min walk from the house. Looking for the tranquility, or want an active vacation? It has the opportunity for both. This cozy cottage is located on northern Gräsö, in a fantastic surroundings. Here you have 2 km to nice swimming cliffs, 1 km to the fishing harbor with swimming jetty and nice nature trails for hiking or running around the corner. If you have a boat, there is a ramp for launching. The archipelago offers stunning cliffs for sunbathing and swimming, and is also conducive for fishing. Bedlinen and towels/bath towels are included.

Öregrund is a charming town on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north is the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

Especially great for families with little ones - there are toys, swings, a highchair, and a baby bed to make your stay easy and fun. Enjoy the peace and quiet!

Här kommer man in i lugnet direkt omgiven av sekelskiftets charm, linoljemålad pärlspont, välutrustat kök med stor gasspis för den matintresserade samt bekvämligheter som diskmaskin och vatten från nyborrad brunn. Njut av att sitta framför en sprakande brasa efter en promenad i svampskogen eller svalkande AC på sommaren. Huset totalrenoverat 2020. Ej dusch och toalett inne men har en nybyggd utedusch samt fräscht utedass.

In a beautiful cultural-historical house from the 18th century on the Schramska farm in central Östhammar you will find the attendance floor. The former room for the store clerk is now carefully renovated into a comfortable home where the logs, linden reefs and plank floors are left, but now supplemented with a modern kitchen, washing machine, wifi and a bathroom. You are welcome to use the cozy garden and the pergola's outdoor furniture together with the host couple.

Lovely plot with a great view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and rocks right outside the door. During the summer months there is a jetty with a swimming ladder into the water as well as a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
