The Tiny PeaPod is a cozy little home away from home. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just walking distance to the park/splash pad. It has 1-bathroom with a tub/shower combo and 1-bedroom with a queen bed and electric fireplace. It also offers for sleeping a small size hideaway bed more for a child than a grown adult in the living room and a small twin size rollaway bed. This tiny home also has a full kitchen, laundry room, wifi, Netflix, BBQ gill, fire pit, and two patios for relaxing.

The Classy Camp

The Camp is a one bedroom one bath neatly located on 6 acres in south grant parish 9 miles from Louisiana College in Pineville La. The Camp hosts a beautiful picturesque view of a one acre pond from the back porch. Please watch your children the pond is deep. The Camp sleeps 6. 1queen size bed 1bunk bed 1 pull out sofa. This house is very clean. Fishing will be available soon. This cozy cottage also has central heat and air, washer and dryer, coffee pot stove microwave. Families are welcome.

If you’re looking for the amenities of a large house but don’t need the space, this is the location for you! This mini mansion on wheels features a king bed in the master bedroom and two couches that fold out to full size beds in the living room. A shower with great water pressure can be found in the full bathroom. Preparing your own food is easy to do in the large kitchen which also has a full-size fridge or you can use the outdoor grill to cook your meal and enjoy the country sunset.

This 2100 sf cabin w/over 3000 SF of porches, patios, and piers all overlooking the lake provides the ultimate atmosphere. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is a Tiny house experience with a peaceful, quiet, country setting. Just a short distance away from everything in Central Louisiana. Located very close to church’s, businesses, schools, hospitals, parks, restaurants, gas stations. Tiny house provides one bedroom and one loft and includes bathroom with stackable washer/dryer unit. The unit was built November of 2023 with all new furniture.

Iatt Lake Cabins and Kayaks House Boat

Houseboat on quiet and serene lake. No running water on boat but bathroom is close by. Pets are allowed for a $50 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left inside alone and on a leash at all times when outside. Kayak, paddle boat and pirogue rentals including life jackets and paddles available. Kayak rental - $35/day or $60/2 days. Paddleboat, pirogue or tandem kayak rental - $45/day or $70/2 days.
