I've stayed at Ryan’s place every time I’m in town for business—it’s my go-to spot. This little apartment has everything you need: a peaceful vibe, reliable internet for working remotely, and it’s just a short walk to the center of town. The street is beautiful and tree-lined, which adds to the charm and it has an off street parking spot. But what really makes it special are the hosts—Ryan and Carolyn are warm, welcoming, and always make me feel at home. Always a pleasure to stay here. Highly recommended.

Easy to get in and clean and ready has things you need

This apartment was perfectly located one block from where my dad resides in assisted living. The bed was super comfy as was the sofa! I will definitely be returning!

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

We loved this unit! It had plenty of space for me and my partner, and the washer and dryer was a nice surprise. The river walk is less than a mile away, and the gardens on the property are beautiful. We’d love to stay here again!

Lovely apartment within walking distance of UC Davis. It has everything you need for a short stay, and I felt at home right away. The location is excellent: right next to Trader Joe’s and a bus stop. Communication with the host was great: very friendly, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here!

This was an absolutely incredible experience. This beautiful space is nuzzled inside the heart of midtown. It feels way bigger than the pictures suggest and I guarantee you’ll feel right at home. The check-in process was a breeze and Alex was super responsive.

There aren’t enough words or enough space to say how amazing this Airbnb is and how perfect our stay was. We came for a very important event in our lives and needed a peaceful, quiet, private and comfortable house, ideally walkable and nearby shops. Oh boy how it delivered! Julie Ann and Homer were absolute perfect hosts, responsive and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The place is a true sanctuary, just like the ad says, it’s beautiful, well decorated, clean, comfortable, so quiet and in the middle of nature. I know that they are also working on offering experiences which I think will work great with the place. We were so comfortable that we were sad to leave and go home! We had a 6 weeks stay and it was a great fit for long term, we could have stayed much longer. It would work well for a weekend stay as well, but be warned you will never want to leave! Very nice property, matched our needs perfectly. Clean, tidy, warm and charming. Equipped with everything you could want. Secure, safe. Our 2 little dachsies loved the back yard. They felty welcome. This home was perfect for our family. The house is spacious so we had private time and time to join as a family. We had 7 people stay the night, and had extra room. The outside is tranquil and even more beautiful than the photos. And so grateful to the host that was so accommodating to our requests. Would recommend.

We loved Kathleen’s home! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Even snacks my 5 year old approved of! There was coffee for the morning, and everything we needed or forgot in the bathrooms. We would love to come back and stay next time we are in the area! Our stay at Christina’s completely exceeded our expectations. I will rent here again without question!!! We rented this home as a place to gather so we could make short visits to see my sick mom in Roseville. From the moment we entered we felt right at home. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of place settings and towels, the beds were so comfortable with quality bedding, and the home was immaculately clean. There is a door coffee on the back deck a must. We only heard the train one time and that was during the day. The home is on a very peaceful street with quiet neighbors. You get the feel of country living with the convenience of major amenities not far away. My mom unfortunately passed away while we staying here, and this was the most perfect place to absorb what had happened. If you are reading this wondering if you should rent here, DO IT! You will not be disappointed.

We took a short trip and found this great airbnb location. Close to where we need to go. And commute wasn't crazy to our list of destinations. We loved the little touches in our airbnb, it made everything feel cozy and right at home for our visit. It was clean and smelled fresh. AC worked amazing because it was 102° in Sacramento during our visit. Thank you again!!

Spent a few days here during Christmas and there was plenty of room for our toddler to explore, even with it being too cold for the pool. The view was great - could see the snow on the mountains when it was clear. The kitchen was sufficient for small meals but it was not equipped for baking or cooking complex things. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Great place - was perfect for a family to get together. The outdoor space was our favorite - the kids swam all day while we relaxed on the shaded patio and cooked on the outdoor kitchen. The home was well stocked and the beds were so comfy!

The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

was pretty cozy and close to old sacramento and downtown. right next to the freeway but if you closed the windows you cant hear it at all!

The host was available to answer questions, the place had comfortable beds, and was clean, making it a great accommodation! I would stay again. The only downside was the road noise if the windows are open.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.
