Ivan was a wonderful host. The setting of the villa is idyllic and peaceful. The hot tub is a lovely addition! Dino greeted us and was wonderful during our stay, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a beautiful setting not too far from many of Sicily’s beautiful places to visit. Thank you Ivan and Dino!

Heerlijk rustige plek, Lieve mensen, fruit uit de tuin mogen plukken, een heerlijk ontbijtje als je wil en voor ons was dat heel handig en fijn omdat we erg laat aankwamen en nog geen boodschappen gedaan hadden. We hebben genoten van deze plek!

We had the best time at Villa Antica Aia! Nobody believed that we are really going to stay in such a lovely, clean house with a beautiful garden, swimming pool, a please to cook and eat inside and outside. I don’t need to describe more because the villa looks exactly like on the pictures!! Oriana is the best host we’ve ever had, very kind, polite and always helpful. She welcomed us with apperitivo, showed us around, explained everything, was always available for us in case of questions where to find something. Thank you again and see you next year!

What a lovely house this is! With a beautiful garden all around and seating areas everywhere for sun or shade. The swimming pool and jacucci are perfect for cooling off or enjoying the evening. And you can walk straight to the beach or to the nearby pleasant town of Marzamemi. We immediately felt at home after we were welcomed by Rosanna. Fortunately, it was not a problem that we arrived very late. We had contact a few times during the week and minor problems were resolved immediately. All this ensured that we had a fantastic week in Sicily! ps : because we visited some nearby towns by car ( e.g. Noto, Syracusa, Modica, Marina Di Ragusa, Brucoli, Pozzallo) I had the opportunity to see a few other vacation rentals I found on Airbnb in advance. So happy I chose the perfect place!

Roberto och hans son Erik var helt fantastiska. Vi bodde i Villa Bismarkia som var rent och prydligt. Allt man kan tänkas behöva finns och de gemensamma ytorna var så välskötta och fina. Rekommenderar start detta boende!

Very lovely place in historic old town of Modica. Only 50m and 2 bents away from the main street. Therefore quiet, but very central. Equipped with everthing needed. Spacious. 3 balconies (2 small) one, so you can choose breakfast in the sun or the big terrace in the evening. Two bedrooms: master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. Second bedroom with two more simple beds. Towels and bed clothes sufficiently available. Parking in the main street closeby (paid 6 Eur/day ) - about 300m away free street parking. A bit busy with parking, but managed always to find something. For access with luggage requires parking in the main street, about 50 m walk - about 10 m in height difference. The little effort is it worth - definitely. Kind host provided very useful information - precise how to arrive/access, nice restaurants and sight-seeing info. Modica is very central to reach several historical spots and the sea. Rudia is an excellent host, we had a perfect stay.

Salvatore was a fantastic host. Responsive and informative on check in. Place was in a beautiful location across the road from the water and a small beach. Stunning sunsets. Unfortunately we were there on a public holiday weekend so lots of noise from the restaurants below. Otherwise perfect.

Amazing place! We absolutely loved the house, the garden and the view. It had everything we need and we enjoyed having long sunny breakfast mornings on the terrace with sea view before starting our trips around the area. The location is a short drive from Sampieri village which has an amazing beach with good parking facilities, a few beach bars/restaurants and a small Despar supermarket (they also can make delicious sandwiches for you in the salumeria). The house was our base to explore the Southeast during our trip around Sicily and we visited Siracusa, Noto, Modica, Ragusa and Scicli, stunning! Our stay was in May and seems around that time there are lots of moscitos in the evening at every place we went to so remember to bring some spray, creme etc if you have issues with that like me. We had wonderful days and it was also very nice to meet our host Elisabeth in person on the last day of our visit. Thank you for having us!

Giuseppe ‘s studio in centrum Noto is in één woord geweldig. Rustig gelegen op 2 minuten van de prachtige hoofdstraat . Het appartement, met terras, is zeer smaakvol , comfortabel en compleet ingericht , we voelden ons er echt thuis . Vanwege de zeer late terugvlucht mochten we can Giuseppe na de lunch uitchecken , zeer gewaardeerd Tot een volgende keer !

Un très bel appartement, spacieux avec une belle terrasse ensoleillée 🥰 Un accueil chaleureux et sympathique par notre hôte (Guiseppe nous a même garé la voiture 😅). Noto est une ville très sympathique qui nous a réservé de belles surprises. Nous vous recommandons le logement de Giuseppe et Noto +++ Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et gardons cette belle adresse 😉

E&P were very responsive and answered all our queries. The apartment is lovely and our stay was great. The entrance and stairs are very rundown and dirty sadly but it is not the hosts fault…

Truly special. This cavernous little house dug into the cliff amongst the rabbit warren old town of Modica is one of a kind. The photos do not prepare you for the stunning view over the old town, burrowed into the valley below. The house itself is clean, functional and has what you need for a few days stay. Despite the raging heat outside, it stays cool throughout the day. Would absolutely recommend staying here for a memorable experience. Our check in/out was easy and hospitable, leaving nothing wanting.

We had a lovely week in this charming property. The location is uniquely peaceful and unlike anywhere else we have stayed. The house is traditional in style and the pool was fantastic. Our 2 children loved roaming around the orchard and adored feeding the animals and collecting eggs from the hens. Gioacchino is a great host and very welcoming, he was on hand for any assistance but also very discreet at maintaining the large grounds whilst respecting guests privacy. We loved hearing all about the fruit and vegetables produced at the property. The shop just up the road is well stocked and has good quality items. A wonderful place to stay in this area of Sicily, we hope to return!

Pięknie położony dom. Lokalizacja na wzgórzu z cudownym widokiem na Avolę i południowo wschodnie wybrzeże Sycylii i oczywiście morze :) Dookoła bardzo zadbany ogród, a w nim taras gdzie można zjeść posiłek na świeżym powietrzu oraz prywatny basen. Cała posiadłość otoczona jest pięknym gajem oliwnym z niezliczoną ilością drzew. Dom wyposażony we wszystko co jest niezbędne. Michele, który jest bardzo pomocny, komunikuje się tylko w języku włoskim, ale to nie problem w czasach gdy na komórkach są translatory. To był na prawdę wspaniały pobyt. Polecamy :)

We spent a wonderful week exploring the sights of Sicily (you definitely need a car) and having the oasis of Charlotte’s beautiful home to chill in the afternoon and evenings. The pictures do not do the garden justice and is a charming sun trap where we picked lemons and rosemary for our meals. Charlotte was on hand to answer any queries - the nearest supermarket (2 minute walk away), bakery (the sweetest place a 5 minute drive away), how to use the washing machine but never intruded - it is completely your own space. We visited Siracusa, Ortigia, Noto, Ampitheatre, Avola (beautiful beach, free parking, gorgeous ice cream shop on main road) and Ragusa (1.5 hour drive but spectacular views and so worth it!). We had a fabulous week, made all the better by Charlotte 🙂

Nuestra estadía fue simplemente perfecta! La casa es preciosa, la zona de la piscina, jardín y galería fueron lo que más disfrutamos! La casa tiene assolutamente todo, al más mínimo detalle. La cocina exterior completa con horno a leña y barbacoa, sombrillas y sillas de playa para el uso durante la estancia. Fuimos 3 parejas y nos armaron una cama doble en donde había dos camas. La playa a dos pasos, muy largs para darse un paseo o un buen baño. Rosaria, quien se ocupó de hacernos el check in es realmente un encanto y está muy pendiente de que todo vaya bien durante la estadía. Recomiendo mucho quedarse aqui!

Véritable havre de paix, un logement exceptionnel dans un cadre qui l'est tout autant ! Jardin magnifique, piscine et vue extraordinaire sur des kms à la ronde. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et dispose de la climatisation. Giorgio nous a accueilli en personne et nous a donné moultes explications sur les commerces à proximité. Un vrai coup de cœur !

Wir hatten eine unglaublich tolle Zeit - besonders der Außenbereich ist wundervoll! Schade, dass man sich diesen mit einem anderen Paar teilen musste - dennoch super liebe Gäste, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! :)

Federico was super kind. Gave us plenty of recommendations for things to do in Noto as well as our next stay in Taormina. It was raining for most of our stay, but Federico was super accommodating and gave us a flexible checkout so we could enjoy a bit of the sun at the pool. Overall, pleasant experience and a very nice bnb!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Es war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie auf den Fotos. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Ausblick, Pool sowie die ruhige Lage, ideal zum Entspannen. Emanuela war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diesen Ort empfehlen.
