Kitchen w/everything for cooking, laundry, full bath, 2 bedrooms each w/ queen bed, Wi-Fi, deck, gas fire pit (May-Oct), short walk for groceries & restaurants. Dog friendly. This unique vacation bungalow is called The Loon's Nest and it's situated on 2 over-sized, adjacent lots. The lake & sandy beach are in front of the renovated mid-century bungalow; and behind it there is a SEASONAL BUNKHOUSE in the woods which overlooks a vernal pond that is home to a wide variety of birds & other wildlife.

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.

Nestled in a small cove on a big lake, Swan Cottage is a fully renovated vacation rental that sits directly on Lake Wabasis with 65' of private shoreline. Swan Cottage includes the exclusive & complimentary use of a 20' pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle boat & 70' dock w/platform from May through October, weather permitting. (All watercraft/docking equipment stored away the rest of the year).
