Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Grande Anse du Diamant

We had a wonderful stay at Anne-Marie's villa! Special mention for the magnificent view of the Trois Ilets bay. The villa is very well equipped and the configuration around the view and the pool allows you to truly enjoy the outdoors. Anne-Marie provided us with very clear explanations for access and check-in and the team responsible for the reception was very professional and friendly.

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

We stayed a week at Sybille's house. There is direct access to the beach just below but we were not able to enjoy it as the beach was invaded by the sargassas during our stay. Sybille spontaneously offered to compensate us for this when she had nothing to do with it. We had an issue with an unopened bedroom door. Here again Sybille did everything to help us out, she found us a locksmith on a Saturday night. Communication is very easy with the host. The house is particularly well equipped, in the kitchen, bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine... Full of useful tips: board games, beach games for children, a cooler. I recommend Villa Butterfly with its beautiful covered terrace and sea view.

We spent a week at the lower part of the house. The views are exceptional and truly more impressive than the photos even do justice to. We were lucky that there was no one renting the top of the house during our week, which gave us a very private and quiet setting. We adored the pool overlooking the ocean and mountainside. It’s very idyllic. Overall the space is exactly as described, with the majority of the living quarters being outside and the bedrooms and bathrooms being indoors. The kitchen is basic but has all of the necessities for a vacation. The bedrooms benefit from very strong A/C. Fred was always responsive and accommodating. A great host. We would definitely recommend this villa!

We had a great stay with the family, everything was as described. The villa is well located but quiet and peaceful. The pool was perfect with the children. There were several toys, books and little things here and there that the children loved. We received a warm welcome. The excellent surprise aperitif with cocktail and small bites comforted us. We will go back!

All as described. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Due to a lack of French knowledge on our part, we had to work with the Google translator. The only drawback is due to the construction site on the neighboring property. This is, of course, not the fault of the host, but this has partially disturbed the tranquility.

Well located for visiting the island. Impeccably clean and very spacious for 2 people, we had a great stay. The pool is very nice at the end of the day. We thank Jean-Jacques again for his welcome and kindness and for introducing us to the different stages of the coco! We'll be happy to go back 😊

I have to agree with all the previous reviews. Corinne’s place is spectacular just as in the pictures. Great pool and great place overall. Corinne is also very attentive to your needs or questions. Would definitely recommend the place !

Great apartment in good location. The amenities are very good, you can tell that Jacqueline likes to cook, because in the kitchen there was everything we need for cooking. The great terrace, the faucet outside (for washing out the diving equipment very good), vacuum cleaner, broom, laundry rack with clothespins, sink, everything available👍. Jacqueline also filled the fridge before we arrived and brought us delicious bites and bananas from her garden. We can definitely recommend it! If someone lives in the apartment above and party on the terrace upstairs, that is very disturbing!

Eveline is very welcoming and very kind, is at our disposal. We had a lovely stay at this very spacious and well-equipped accommodation, close to the shopping street, only good memories.

A great place to stay. The view is beautiful, the sea a minute away, and private parking a plus. Ela is a great host. She did decorate the place for my birthday and even made a gluten-free cake.

Comfortable, large and spacious accommodation, very nice outdoor space and very nice pool. Central to visit the south of the island and convenient to go to the north of the island. We recommend it!

The accommodation is nestled high up, offering a nice view of the landscape. The apartment is well decorated and functional. A/C is more than appreciated! A swimming pool and jacuzzi are shared with the other accommodation. The inhabitants above, Anne-Sophie and Kamel, are very available and did not fail to share addresses + activities to do on the island. Nice welcome, great stay 🙂

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb. This accommodation is undoubtedly in the top 5 apartments rented via Airbnb. Upon arrival, we were struck by the luxurious and spacious appearance of the apartment. Everything was super clean, which is an essential criterion for us. The luxury bedding deserves a special mention – we felt like we were in a 5-star hotel with unparalleled comfort. Virginia was an exemplary host, very responsive and attentive to our needs. His availability went a long way in making our stay even more enjoyable. We are already planning our next stay for 2026 and can't wait to go back!

Very nice place, very clean and comfortable. Valerie was there to greet us when we arrived and she was always available quickly to help us. We really liked being close to amenities (bakery, public market, beach) we would go back without hesitation. Communications with Guillaume and Sévierine were always quick and courteous too. Great apartment! Very clean, easy to reach by car. A few small items were missing (condiments, paper towels, extra garbage bags for a multi-night stay). Suzelle was very responsive and friendly!

very beautiful apartment very nice view of the bay on the heights of the donkey cove. difficult to walk to given the slope. close to the beaches of the south west of the island. Alexandra was not available upon arrival and departure,so we were hosted very well by Vanessa. thank you both isabella and bruno

DOMINIQUE! Amazing host, amazing spot, and I know where to stay for my next vacation in Martinique! We were blown away by his kindness and his excellent local tips on activities and hiking . The view is amazing with sunsets every evening. It was the highlight of our trip, thank you for everything. I will recommend to all my friends and family.

This place has exactly what we needed for a week, host was responsive and other guests were courtesy of noise at night. While I didn’t have children with me, this would be a great location to stay if you do.

Our host is very welcoming, the place is beautiful. we only have small shortcomings, only 1 towel per person, considered insufficient by the 3 of us, for the dishes a rusty pie dish so quiche made in a makeshift dish, no large knife 🔪 for the fruits that Martinique offers a small knife is insufficient, can opener unusable... these remarks may be to improve for the next tenants.

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very beautiful terrace overlooking the sunset, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the hotel de la batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and lots of fish. Not really a restaurant within walking distance, there is the casino restaurant and pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your beach towels. The laundry washer was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no neighbor's noise.

A great, very clean place with an amazing view! A warm welcome with small gifts that make you extremely happy when you arrive. Welcoming and communicating with the Conciergerie is a real more responsive and attentive one. Thank you so much for the whole stay.
