Beautiful house with stunning views. Superb decoration. Extremely well-equipped house with all the comforts for a memorable stay. "The Sound of the Waves" is aptly named. A true haven of peace. Great hosting by Florence who will give you plenty of good advice (remember to follow her instructions for access to the house!). Excellent welcome for dogs which is a big plus for me. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you!!

Pleasant and well-equipped gite. It felt good there. The sea a few steps away is a real plus. Tranquillity is total. During our stay the weather was very pleasant, so we took advantage of the good advice received during the welcome. It should be noted that the upstairs rooms are arranged in a row. However, there is a sofa bed on the ground floor. We are back in Maine and Loire, but already want to come back...

We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!). We'd definitely return. Thank you for a great stop on our road trip.

Idyllic setting, 🤩a more than relaxing stay. It's green, it's calm, it's the perfect place to disconnect... It's a treat to cycle along these little country roads. Accommodation as described, perfectly equipped and impeccably clean. Recommended 👍

Awesome stay in this cute house! So so clean with lovely linens. Great kitchen set up- we loved the juicer for orange pressé! Amazing having the gym and used badminton rackets for some evening fun. Really easy to get to a little town for bread and croissants, vegetables and even a mini market. We visited Bayeux, Deauville and Honfleur really easily and it was lovely to come out of the towns and back to this house! Thank you- we loved it!!

A wonderful property with lovely hosts, we enjoyed a relaxed family holiday at St Martin-de-Blagny. Beatrice was really helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was really well set up for big family meals and we loved exploring the countryside. Thank you very much Beatrice!

We stayed for a weekend with friends (12 people) at Villa Boubou where Philippe welcomed us warmly and we had a great time. Passionate about American vehicles, we were able to discuss the subject, a good time of sharing. The guardian cat of the😉😄 place is adorable and did not fail to welcome us and spend time with us. Top Amenities. Villa Boubou is a good alternative and well located for visiting museums and landing beaches. A little plus, a bakery located 50 meters away and a supermarket with its drive and gas 500 meters away. We highly recommend Villa Boubou and its hosts Karine & Plilippe. Laurence and Christophe

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. It’s absolutely beautiful. It’s the most well-decorated yet comfortable Air BnB we’ve ever stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. The grounds are exquisite as well. Enjoy ping pong and tennis! Check in was easy and the welcome book suggested many local restaurants. It’s in such a peaceful location, yet it was a 10 minute drive into Bayeux for restaurants, 15 minutes from Gold Beach, 10 minutes from a large grocery store, and very close for touring other Normandy sites. We were a family of 4 and were totally comfortable. Thank you, Arnaud and Jessica!

An excellent stay in an exceptional setting. Located near the Houlgate Golf Course, this peaceful haven offers many activities on site (darts, foosball, table tennis, volleyball, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, pinball, billiards, karaoke). The perfect place for an EVG or a multi-activity stay with friends. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the accommodation is very well equipped and close to Houlgate for walks on the beach!

We had an exceptional stay at Chantal and Jean's Charle. Their warm welcome made us feel immediately well. The accommodation, spacious and clean is perfect for relaxing in a quiet setting. Its location is ideal for exploring the region, with nearby restaurants, including Arromanches-sur-Mer and Bayeux, only 5 km away. Every morning, Chantal and Jean Charle prepared us a delicious breakfast, highlighting fresh products, accompanied of an excellent homemade cake. The space is BETTER than the photos! If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place. Centrally located to many D-Day museums and beaches, but away from the busy city. Easy drive to Grandcamp-Maisey for all your needs. Christine and Mark were wonderful hosts who greet you personally and welcome you to their space. They sat with us and other guests in the evening to share experiences and chat in the patio area. Could not recommend more!

We had a great time at Virginia's place. We were accompanied by our little Labrador who was delighted to be able to frolic in a great, well-secured outdoor area. Beautiful apartment with character, clear and spacious facing the island of Tatihou. Quiet and central, everything is done to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Carefully decorated. Nathalie knows how to host perfectly and also accepts pets. Our Popeye also enjoyed the beautiful Cotentin region.

A wonderful place to stay in rural Normandy. Jean-Francois is an excellent, friendly & helpful host. La Baronnie offers everything you need for a peaceful getaway, with excellent outdoor space to complement the cosy lounge and kitchen/diner. Gouvets is a lovely quiet village with nice walks, and well located for the major sights and attractions of Normandy

Going to Normandy with my 83 year old grandpa was easy and exactly what we had hoped for thanks to Sandra’s location. Great space that was very quiet and private in a beautiful neighborhood, within a walkable distance to the city center. Highly recommend this place for any family to come and enjoy the sights of Normandy!
