Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Grand Traverse Bay

Mark’s place was absolutely perfect. It was exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. I’m usually one who packs everything and the kitchen sink and I found that I didn’t need it because Mark-s condo had it all. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had which I appreciated. I also loved how the condo is located on the TART trail which made it super convenient to hop on for a quick bike ride. We definitely plan to return. Thanks again!

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away at Paula's unique property. We ate at a few of the restaurants; it was nice having multiple options nearby. We went hiking and explored the beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed some time on the porch. I would definitely stay at Paula's place again!

The firehouse was a really cool environment and we walked almost everywhere to eat, to the beach, to shop. It was exactly what we wanted!

Lauren’s place was perfect for us to stay at when we had a wedding weekend. She was responsive and we had no problems! Recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The check in was flawless and smooth, just as the directions clearly explained. The bed and sheets were super comfortable. The only complaint I'd make is minor and that is that there are only 4 parking spots behind the condo so all but one night we had to pay $20 for the parking garage next to the condo. Luckily the parking garage is so close that this wasn't a problem but did add cost to our rental that we weren't expecting. But, overall we really like this condo and this location! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location with a super host. Only small issues — no freezer for the ice pad we need for a knee issue and, the bed, though comfortable is insanely high — even with a step stool was tough for my five foot wife to get in and out of. Super thick mattress plus a couple inch topper. Incredibly well stocked and super clean. Parking was a breeze and the front deck was a real nice bonus. Wonderful experience.

The unit we stayed in was very clean and had a welcoming feel to it. It was well stocked with adminities and had a folder with information about the area. Heather was always quick to answer my emails and give helpful suggestions. I will be recommending this airbnb to my friends and family.

Where do I start… this was the perfect getaway for myself, my husband and our fur baby. The house was exactly as described and is placed in the most peaceful neighborhood - while also being minutes away from everything Traverse City has to offer! Ramy is the most wonderful host; answering all our questions and suggesting some great local spots as well. We felt immediately at ease and truly could enjoy our vacation thanks to Ramy and this perfect lil home. We hope to be back next time we visit Traverse City! ☺️

The stay was great, the house was in great condition and the post was very accurate. The game room in the garage was a blast, as well as very peaceful and private area. The host was very responsive and very accommodating.

My group stayed in this house over Memorial Day weekend. The hosts were very accommodating to let us stay an extra night last minute, and the house was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. We would easily stay at this house again!

Great location! Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance and the building was quiet when we just wanted to stay in to rest and relax. The rooms were clean and tidy. Everything we were looking for.

It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic—quiet, charming, and close to everything, yet still feels tucked away. For the size and quality of the condo, it’s a surprisingly affordable find. Definitely a hidden gem—we’ll be recommending it to friends and would love to stay again!

It was very cozy and homey, clean and comfortable! The hosts were very prompt and friendly answering a question that I had prior to reserving it. The instructions were precise and easy to understand. We had a lovely little trip with my husband's elderly parents and it was perfect for the four of us! Thank you!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The location is perfect and the accommodations made our young family feel at home. Just about everything was walkable, including Clinch Park, and the parking garage and path to the condo was stroller friendly. Would definitely want to stay here again the next time we’re in town. Natalia clearly has paid attention to every detail to make the stay relaxing and comfortable.

First off, Carrie was a wonderful host. The communication between us was excellent, her responses were very quick and super concise. The Airbnb itself was very well taken care of and clean. Without a doubt will be our go to, if we visit traverse city again!

We had a great time during our visit to Traverse City and Jennifer’s condo at the Capri was perfect for our stay - close to Front Street and some our favorite places like Firefly, Rare Bird and The Parlor. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! This was our first time staying in the Commons complex, and we were super pleased with the ease/convenience. Would definitely stay here again!
