Playground with a fire truck (Plaine de jeux Harmonie) is approximately 200 m away. Sainte Catherine Square is approximately 1 km away.

Close to everything and super well served, the center is less than 15 minutes by public transit, NATO is 10 minutes by tram. You can also admire the greenery as you stroll through the surrounding parks.
