Villa holiday rentals in Grand Paris

Great stay for the whole family who rented the villa for a family ceremony. Thank you so much for everything. Thank you for buying ramps for my nephew in a wheel chair. Myriam and Nicolas are very welcoming hosts, available, very responsive to message exchanges. We recommend this villa, you will not be disappointed (except that time is passing too fast and we would like to stay longer)

Very good accommodation, very nicely decorated with the canvas of Jouy (wallpaper, cushion, etc.) very well equipped. Very nice welcome by the manager. We had a great time with the family. I recommend it.

I went to Sophie’s place as I was getting married in Paris and needed a place large enough for me and my family who were flying over with me. The house was amazing, spacious and even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures! Sophie was very friendly and responsive. It was all really great.

Great communication and very close to the metro station. Just a 5 minute walk. Neighbourhood feels up and coming and safe if a bit gritty. It’s not in the city centre grand avenues but the metro means that’s not far away. The house is modern and gated so quiet.

Once again, we were really well received by our host. She was attentive and accommodating, concerned about our comfort and the smooth running of our stay. She took the time to welcome us personally. This is our 2nd time in her accommodation, and we are already discussing returning to finish the year.

Wonderful location on quiet street blocks from train stop. So easy to get to Paris. Also great bakery at end of street. Loved eating/drinking on back patio. Franck came to unclog a shower drain and proactively cleaned all the drains and changed a lightbulb. The house stays nice and cool on the 1st floor but we had a 98F day with no breeze at night. Those of us sleeping on 3rd floor had a rough night. Fans would have helped that night.

Ben’s place is located in Enghein Les Bains, one of the most posh Paris suburb which can easily commute to Paris within 10 mins. The villa itself is 5 mins walk to the train station (Deuil-la-Barre) and everything including enghein city, supermarkets and restaurants. I am quite familiar with Paris and I always feel like booking something at Enghein Les bains, Villa itself is nice and spacious. we walked through roads full of flowers and roses. Ben is very friendly, flexible and responsive. I don’t have any hesitation to recommend it to anyone

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Very beautiful house in a privileged environment. Close to all accesses… we came there for a competition on the Jardy site, we were there in 5 minutes!! Very nice host with easy communication!!

We had a wonderful stay at Paul-Henry and Anne-Marie’s place, it was a perfect setting for a larger group. The house was beautifully decorated and spacious, the communal areas are very well thought out. There is a bakery and supermarket close by which was very handy. Anne-Marie was flexible with check in and check out times and responded quickly when messaged. I would strongly recommend this Airbnb!

We had a great week visiting the Olympics while staying at Philippe's amazing place. It's not a boutique hotel rip-off with the usual bland AirBnB aesthetics but somebody's actual home, and somebody who has a great taste in interior design. I wish our home would look like this! Montreuil is far enough from central Paris to be quiet (August helps) and almost feels like a village when walking to the bakery and one of the small supermarkets. Yet the metro is a 15 min walk away and offers frequent and convenient travel into the centre. One tiny word of warning: don't turn your back on Luna the resident cat while there is food on the table, she is fast.

Potentially the most beautiful house I have ever stayed in! The nature aspect is big in this one, you live right by beautiful greenery and even have frogs and ants visiting but thats part of living in nature. 10/10 responsiveness, 10/10 House, 10/10 clean.

We rented this Airbnb for an EVJF, and it was a great experience! No parties inside, but certainly no boredom. The accommodation is spacious, clean and very well-equipped for a good time. Between foosball, the basketball basket, the football field, the trampoline, the pool, the barbecue and even Netflix for relaxing evenings, everyone finds their happiness. Sonia is an exceptional host, responsive and very attentive. The hosting was perfect. I had read a few reviews about surveillance cameras, but I want to clarify that we're definitely not filmed. The villa is simply connected and well equipped which really facilitates the stay. I will be back without hesitation, whether with friends or family. I recommend this Airbnb 100%. The accommodation is perfect for a large family. All the necessary utensils to feel at home. Sandrine and Marina are very responsive to any need, which enhances the pleasantness of the stay.

Ideal place to share great moments with friends. Everything was done before we arrived so that we could easily settle in. Inside, the house is spacious and very well laid out. Outside, the children and their parents were able to enjoy the garden (swimming pool, trampoline, ping pong). Clarence was always very responsive before our arrival and during the stay. We had a great weekend.

We had a great stay for our long family weekend. Disneyland Paris was easily accessible. Beautiful private house with plenty of space and equipment and the grandchildren could play and swim there.

We were 6 friends visiting Paris with this lovely house as our starting point. The house exceeded all our expectations. The garden and the heated pool and the tastefully decorated house was the perfect setting for our girls trip. Emma and her husband were a wonderful hosts and very easy to communicate with. The house is beautifully located, a train ride from Paris. We often took the train/metro to town and a van back to the house. It takes a good while, but trains are frequent and it’s easy to get a car to return. Definitely not the last time we stay here! Would be perfect for a large family as well.

The house is perfect it is even more beautiful in real life. It's spacious and very clean. It contains many amenities, we lacked nothing. Nafi is a huge kindness, she is very responsive and available. I would recommend it 100%
