omg, I have been in airbnbs outside the country Mexico and Costa Rica, Canada and many in the US. I have never been to an Airbnb that was so well stocked with food and supplies for you to eat and use. Pam was a excellent communicator and she helped me in every area that I needed. and it was always a very quick response. We stayed for a month so we were able to cover all parts of the upper peninsula which was fabulous. We came in late in May stayed to late June and the weather was perfect. I would absolutely, absolutely stay there again. Great location for staying My husband and I are retired and travel staying in a different airbna app over the US. This was a fabulous place to stay to experience the upper peninsula. Gladstone is on the Michigan side and we went to so many different state and national parks hiking. We also spend a lot of time on the Superior side. it was only an hour drive. We stayed in Delta Den, no stairs and it was handicap accessible. Stay at Pams

Absolutely loved our stay! The place looked even better in person than it did in the photos. It was cozy, well-stocked, and full of thoughtful touches — from local recommendations and restaurant guides to games, puzzles, and cards. We especially appreciated the foldable chairs we could take along on our hikes! Janet was an amazing host — super friendly and incredibly responsive to any questions we had. Everything about our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

We really enjoyed staying at Libby’s place. It was incredibly spacious and very clean. She did a great job of communicating with us and provided many suggestions for eating spots and places to hike. Definitely recommend staying at Libby’s!

Mary Beth and her husband were VERY friendly yet not intrusive. Everyone we talked to on Beaver Island were friendly, helpful and informative. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We ate every meal at the apartment and never felt like something was missing or needed. My sister in law slept in the bedroom and said the bed was comfortable. I slept on the couch and it too was comfortable. Lastly, it was nice to not have a long list of ‘to do‘s’ before checking out! We would book again without hesitation!

This was the perfect place to stay. The property was beautiful and the family was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

We want Genna to know we love staying at the Bunkhouse. It’s central to all the beaches we go to look for agates…. She should also know that the screw holding the faucet on the hot water in the upstairs kitchen area works loose and water sprays out all over. My friend had a screw driver along and fixed it, but it was working loose again. But over all, a great stay and you can’t beat the view!

Clean and well organized

We had a great stay here while in Escanaba visiting family. The kitchen had everything we could need for cooking breakfast, and the apartment and rooms were comfortable and clean and well equipped with anything we could've needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Jessica’s upstairs place was super cute and very homey! It was conveniently located near the NMU campus and walkable to many great places. Great stay!

This place was the perfect little retreat! Close enough to the city for any of my needs, but tucked away from the traffic and the main road through town. The lake was right across the street, and the units were very clean and well situated, as was the outside common area. My unit had everything that I needed for the perfect weekend! I can't wait to return!

The apartment is close to everything. We walked a lot which was great. We also wanted a place where we could cook meals rather than eating out and the kitchen was well stocked. It is a small apartment. Ryan lists four adults as a maximum and that would be accurate. The only disappointment for me, which I should have clarified before hand, was that there really was not a good outdoor space to hang out at the apartment. Ryan provided two camp chairs which was awesome and we did use them to sit outside the door to enjoy the awesome weather. I would definitely recommend the apartment. It fit all our needs.

Such a comfy, clean and well-decorated home! Really can’t say enough and will definitely book again when visiting my daughters again. And to add to it all, the day we were driving back home our daughter’s apartment suffered a house fire and James was kind enough to have the accommodation available for us the next couple days as we sorted out the fire situation and had somewhere to stay. So kind and generous during a very difficult and unfortunate situation

The downtown location is great!! Lots of good places to eat around, super helpful hosts, always responds fast.

Kelly's place had what we wanted/needed: a clean, quiet, affordable place close to both the NMU campus and downtown. Kelly was respectful of our privacy while also being responsive (via text/messaging). Would stay here again.

We loved our stay above the Boat House. Room was clean and uncluttered, but with a few books and games to make it cozy. Location was quiet and peaceful. Loved sitting on the deck with a book. I would definitely stay here again! Carol was a great host, even letting me keep the room an extra couple hours until the ferry came.

Everything was great. Check-in is easy. The place is clean, tidy and cozy. The location cannot be beat. Sue is a great host! 100% would stay here again.

Sue was a GREAT host!! She is so knowledgeable of the island! Our personal tour of the island was so informative. She kept in constant contact with us. She pivoted when our flight was canceled due to weather. We rode her bikes into town, that was very convenient. Thank you for everything, Sue!!

Stayed here with my family and friends for the Marquette 50 marathon, and we couldn’t be happier with our visit. We were all very comfortable, and the location was conveniently located downtown. There were no smells coming from the dispensary below, and it was relatively quiet for a downtown location. We slept with the bedroom windows open. There is a powerful AC unit in the living room quarters, which cooled down the common areas very well. There is 1 shared bathroom, and the entire house is extremely spacious. We loved the layout. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here a few nights and really enjoyed it! The space is comfortable & had everything we needed, and the location is top notch - an easy walk to Third Street & downtown Marquette. Check-in & check-out were easy, and Jennifer was a lovely host. Would gladly stay again!

Cute little place only few blocks from downtown. No complaints - we had a great stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Greg and Jennifer's comfortable apartment. All pictures in the listing are accurate - the place is huge with lots of personal, quirky touches. We were able to cook basic meals in the cozy kitchen. Deeply appreciated being able to bring our dog with us for our stay and glad to meet the resident canines and Jennifer. Apartment was clean. You would never know it's a place that allows dogs. Parking behind apartment was plentiful - our large SUV had plenty of space. They did a great job keeping the snow cleared from the entry stairs and the driveway. We were able to walk down to the Harlow Park to do some sledding. Everything else in town is walkable or only a short drive. There are three flights of stairs to the apartment due to the house being on a hill (one flight to porch, short flight to landing, full flight to apartment). People (and dogs) with mobility issues may find access challenging. We never found it to be an issue. Would totally stay here again!
