Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Grand Junction

We stayed here for two nights while in town for a soccer tournament. It was a perfect place for our family of 5 with plenty of room and amazing views of the national monument right next to it. The patio was so peaceful and landscaping was so beautiful to look at. If you want a secluded private location this is the place for you, very quiet, natural surroundings. The inside is very well appointed and modern, big bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen. Great place to stay, would definitely go back.

Such an amazing place. The views were just fantastic and the house was perfect for enjoying a few days in Palisade. The big windows were wonderful to constantly be enjoying the mountains. We had an amazing stay. Our kids in particular loved the toy basket that was in the house ;)

Great place to be within walking distance to the University. Great coffee options. good strong eater pressure and a nice quite neighborhood.

We had a great stay! The home was clean and comfortable, and its location was fantastic, just a short walk to Pablo’s Pizza (our favorite) and Las Colonias Park. Accessing the Riverfront Trail for biking and running was easy and convenient. The evaporative cooling system was a bit loud, but it kept the home comfortable even with 96-degree temperatures outside, so we appreciated that. Parking along the side of the house was perfect, plenty of space for two vehicles or one with a trailer. The backyard was a nice touch, and having a shed for storing our bicycles was incredibly helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay with great amenities and an ideal location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy & Mitch's place in downtown Grand Junction. The home was charming and just as described, but the tree covered yard, deck and hot tub were better than advertised. There was great attention to detail in every space, including fresh flowers, handmade soaps and guest robes. The location was quiet, private and within easy walking distance to dinner and breakfast. We loved it, and will recommend it to all our friends!

Walkable to down town Fruits, easy access to interstate to get around to other places. Had exactly what we needed for our stay.

I had to come to Grand Junction for a brief family gathering. I had lost another spot that I reserved due to a maintenance issues. I was grateful to find Charles’ place. I did have an issue getting in due to a code issue on the lock. However to Charles’s credit he came to let me in within a few minutes so that I could get settled. I was appreciative of his quick response and how willing he was to help. Overall, the space was as described and was comfortable and quiet which allowed me to have a good night’s sleep. The bed was comfortable and the space very clean and well decorated and newly remodeled.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, very unique property. It is situated up against the Colorado National Monument and within steps of one of the many hiking trails. The views and sunsets were beautiful! The very spacious apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a complete kitchen, large shower and very comfortable bed. The laundry facilities were a huge bonus, so helpful since we try to pack light when we travel. We would love to come stay here again! Shoutout to our host, Stephen, who was friendly and helpful and eager to help if we needed anything. Thank you!

Bayley and Jeff’s place was just perfect. It was easy to find and check in was a breeze. 15 min from the airport and within walking distance to great coffee shops and also downtown GJ. The apartment was clean, comfortable, had great natural light, and everything you needed. While the days were a little warm, the apt always felt cool and comfortable. I didn’t venture out of GJ and didn’t have a vehicle, but was able to access practically the entire city by the motorized Lime scooters you can easily find throughout. This was such a convenient, affordable, and just fun way to get around and even discover. Would highly recommend staying at Bayley and Jeff’s. I certainly will when I return.

Passing through the area and we were looking for something dog friendly. This was great value compared to hotels plus a fenced yard was nice which ultimately lead to us to book this location, hot tub worked well enough. Would recommend if you are needing to stay in the area or just passing through like us.

The apartment is very clean and tidy. We felt at home. It is a great place for a couple with two kids. It may be crowded for 6 adults considering there is only one bathroom. The host, David, is very responsive and gets back to you pretty much immediately.

We needed a quiet spot for a good nights sleep before beginning our next day of adventures and it was perfect and exactly what we needed. We slept great and she was so helpful.

Beautiful place in a perfect location for all Grand Junction has to offer!

We loved staying at Geoff’s place! It was very easy to find and to get in. It was clean and had everything we needed including clothing detergent which was a plus. It is located on a busy street, but that didn’t bother us. The bed in the main bedroom is also quite firm so something to keep in mind if that’s not your thing.

The place was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was equipped with nice amenities. The kitchen was a bit small if you’re cooking for more than two people. Coffee bar was equipped far better than the rest of the kitchen. Very limited utensils and no can opener. The unit is next to the building exit so you will hear people going in and out in the second bedroom.

We had SUCH a great stay at Kelly's place! We were visiting Grand Junction for the first time, and were so happy with our choice to stay here--we LOVED how walkable everything was. The downtown area was so cute, and fun to walk around, and we loved being able to do that just a block away from where we were staying. Kelly is super-responsive, and we SO appreciated how clean the whole unit was. I definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area. We would absolutely stay again!!

We loved our stay here! We were in the area to do road cycling and we could access the Colorado National Monument and the river trail easily from the condo. The space was comfortable and clean, and a great place to rest and recharge after biking!
