The house was huge. Had way more space than we thought and was more than enough for what we needed.

It was cute farm!! The place was cute, and this being our sixth stay in eight days the beds were the most comfortable of all six. Good parking, and great hosts.

Exactly what we needed for the weekend.

The stay was great for my family of 5 - 3 kids ages 2-7. We felt very safe and it was a good walking distance for pool and park. And a good driving distance for kids things to do in nearby towns. Will stay again if back in the area!

James's place was perfect for our stay in Sutton. The home was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and the snacks James's left were greatly appreciated. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and there were extra linens and pillows if needed. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend James's place for anyone staying in Sutton.

This was the perfect place to land on a cross-country move, it was cozy and comfortable and easy to find, some good places to eat within walking distance and close enough to the highway that we could easily deal with our moving van. We would definitely stay here again!

The environment is beautiful, and the happiest part of each day is sitting on the rocking chair by the door, enjoying the breeze and letting my mind wander. The room is clean and tidy, fully equipped with all kinds of kitchenware. The kitchen and bathroom are both spacious. Five-star review—highly recommended!

Very quiet area, great residence. House was very clean and very nice. It was as described and well worth it.

Awesome space for the large size crowd it sleeps. 3 separate family rooms provided plenty of space to spread out in the house. The backyard was beautiful with large areas to sit around the pool as well as an outdoor table under shade. Homey touches throughout the house made us feel right at home. We had all the hot showers we desired. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for preparing meals. This red house is located in a great neighborhood to walk with lots of families and play areas. It is close enough to main roads to get to anywhere in Kearney in a short time. This is the perfect place for a crowd or a comfy place for a small crew. Five shining starts for the red house in Kearney!

BEST Air B&B I've stayed in. Friendly host, relaxing atmosphere inside and out. Felt like home away from home. Will definitely be rebooking with them in the future. We were in town for my daughter state trap shooting competition and at the end of the day the hot tub was a nice relaxing touch. Can't wait to comeback back and utilize the other amenities. 💕💕💕

This was our second stay at the townhouse. As before, it was attractive, extremely clean and comfortable. Definitely a great value. Everything was easy to use, instructions left were very clear. Lovely private townhouse

Nice. I had missed understanding on communication, but we worked it out. Pool wasnt up, but not their fault. Pool man did not come.

Great spot for our family. Everyone had a room! We had a restful weekend.

Great place and tons of space!

My friends and I went to Kearney to spend the day and stayed at Catrina's pplace. We had the best time, Catrina is a very responsive host. we had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. My friends got up early and walked to the park and said it was very beautiful and peaceful.

I had a crew of two stay at Alvin's Airbnb, didn't receive any issues from them. Alvin was quick in responding to any questions we had.
