Apartment holiday rentals in Grand Falls

Dan was a great host. Always responsive and friendly and allowed me to check in early. The woman who cleans the apartment even brought me dinner on Christmas Day. The locals are great people and I felt right at home.

Very well maintained apartment with everything you need to prepare your meals: utensils, condiments-spices, etc. Melanie is very friendly and available if needed. We experienced the high heat (37°C with humidex) of early August 2024 and an air conditioner would have been needed to cool the premises. Fortunately, there was a fan, which we ran continuously.

Clean and easy to find everything was in order and it was quiet… close to everything … overall it was nice

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment in Madawaska Me. It had everything that you could possibly need, including a washer and dryer in the unit. The apartment was very clean and is in great condition. It has a work area/desk off to the side of the bedroom which my husband was able to work at comfortably. We took some nice walks around town- it has a few restaurants, a Tim Hortons and a Tastee freeze within walking distance. It was very quiet. Alex was very easy to reach with just a few questions I had- he answered right away. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Madawaska.

Wonderful place, I stayed for 5 nights. The apartment was very spacious, I didn't have an issue with noise, and the area was nice. There were a few chilly nights, but the heat in the room was all I needed and it worked wonderfully. The bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a short or long stay.

Booked this place for a colleague and worked out perfectly for him. Clay was a perfect host. The Batcave was clean and met all of our needs while we worked in the area.

We had an awesome stay and Denise and Bill we’re so friendly. The accommodations were above and beyond expectations. Looking forward to staying again

We have stayed here a few times and always been pleased from making the reservation to check out. The property is nice area and surroundings, clean, easy check in and host is very pleasant, responsive and nice to work with.

This place was great. Perfect location for walking. We explored Fredericton without a car. Place was cute and very clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. The only thing to consider if you are visiting in spring / summer is that there are skylights with no blinds so is good to bring an eye mask. We stayed at a particularly hot time and the place was nicely regulated with the bedroom slightly warmer.

We enjoyed our stay so much at Wanda and Jim’s place! They were great hosts, making the check in and check out process super smooth. The place was spotless and so cozy. We were only there for 2 nights but could have stayed forever. Highly recommend!

This was truly one of the better living spaces you're going to find on Airbnb. It's one of those spots that you walk into and immediately think "yup this is great" and feel right at home. It's tucked out of the way and feels quite remote but is <6-7 minutes to places like Picaroons and <11m minutes to downtown. Easy access to uptown as well from the Princess Margaret. Super peaceful, woodsy feel to a really great backyard. Rob was a fantastic host, super friendly and responsive to anything we needed and stocked the kitchen/bathroom/apartment with absolutely everything you need. And you MUST get upstairs to meet Gus the pup - he's a super energetic, ultra friendly little dog and meeting him was genuinely a highlight of the trip. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for somewhere quiet away from the bustle and have a car to get around!

Stay of 4 nights in this accommodation with breathtaking views that can be enjoyed from the terrace but also and especially from the living room. Very clean and spacious accommodation. Very comfortable bed. I'll be happy to go back. Communication with Mathieu and Karine was very pleasant and without waiting.

Wendy's flat on George Street was absolutely perfect! We loved being right in the heart of downtown Fredericton, just a short walk to the City Market. The space was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well renovated. Highly recommend!

Excellent and pleasant stay

We had a great stay at Cheryle’s! The spot was so spacious, we enjoyed the hot tub, the kids had so much room to spread out and we got to relax! We loved the privacy, perfect spot to unwind!

We had a great time at Tina’s place. Her hospitality is above and beyond. There were many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Comfy bed and soft pillows. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and private as well as spacious. Perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. Can’t wait to return. Thank you Tina for sharing your gem by the lake side!

This was such an amazing experience. I loved it up there. Phil was such a great host. The home was so comfortable and we felt right at home. The house was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. The beds were very comfortable. I can’t say enough about it. I will definitely go back.

We absolutely loved our stay at sharon’s place! We were originally planning to stay for just one night as part of our travels, but as soon as we arrived, we felt so comfortable and welcomed that we decided to extend our stay. The home is cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained — it had everything we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful, and sharon was kind and helpful throughout our stay. We’re so glad we found this spot and would definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommended!
