If you’re looking for a DREAM beach stay, book now! This place is 10 out of 10 with spacious rooms & living room. Lots of blankets to cuddle up with & extra towels for showers. All the beds were nice & comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of silverware, bowls, & any dish you need to cook - we really appreciated this! Wonderful view of the beach with several spots on the upper or lower balconies to rest/relax. Also used the outdoor shower to rinse sand off too. You’re right on the beach so lots of nice views, we actually saw dolphins most days we were there. The hosts are a sweet & genuine couple who are invested in guests having the best vacation ever experience! We will for sure be looking at renting this place again in the future.

Beautiful location, beautiful home-we especially appreciated the pool with 3 children under 6. I loved watching the dolphins. We also of course loved the beach and the proximity to the marina. Amy was very responsive and helpful-would love to return.

We had a wonderful time at the beach. The house was great and very close to the beach. The pool was also a great feature.

Such a great place to stay for the weekend! We brought our boat to tie to the dock and were easily able to take it out each day. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of supplies, easy check in, and beautiful location. We will be back!

Austin was super attentive and quick to respond checking in was super simple and home was ready early and we were in town earlier than expected and were able to check in early also at no charge home was super clean and pictures were a perfect representation of the home! Perfect walk to the beach right at the bottom of the stairs plenty of parking local enough to all restaurants and stores all in all this stay was amazing for us and better than we could have expected!

We stayed here for 4 days and this house was perfect for our family of 5. The walk to the beach was quick and convenient. I feel like the pictures didn't do this cute place much justice. The house was clean and very well stocked. The one thing I would say is, if you are planning to cook alot, I'd bring 1 or 2 more pans. Other than that, they had alot more than I expected. The back patio was awesome. Had good shade and beautiful view to the ocean. Beds were comfortable and the pillows in the master room are the most comfortable pillows to sleep on. I also enjoyed how cold the AC was, especially in the hot weather. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Very nice place that’s super close to the beach. The home was gorgeous and it was definitely a plus that they allowed dogs. We were able to walk to the beach, otherwise very quick drive which was great.

This house was absolutely beautiful and in a fantastic location! It has your own private beach in a very calm and quiet area, but also only minutes from the main beach! Having the Fur-babies along was even better! Dawn was fantastic and responded quick for any questions or comments we had and was extremely friendly and welcoming. The house was very clean with clear check in and check out instructions that made our stay flawless! It really is great for the entire family and so much to do at the house you barely even have to go out. The sunsets and rises are absolutely stunning and we even got to see dolphins multiple times off the back balcony. 10/10 recommend!! We will definitely be returning.

Cute condo with a gorgeous view of the beach. The condo has a great balcony with chairs so you can sit outside and watch the sunrise and sunset. Resort has multiple pools and is located right on the beach. Chair and umbrella rentals are available on the beach, the guys come around every 2 hours and adjust your umbrella so you always have plenty of shade. Tons of parking spaces, there’s also an elevator just down the hall from the condo. There is a shared small laundry room in the building so you can wash beach towels etc if needed. Make sure you eat at Jesse’s on the Bay, it’s spectacular!

We really enjoyed staying here! We saw dolphins from our balcony daily and my daughter loved watching the seagulls and pelicans fly by super close. The walk to the beach was super easy! The only downside to this condo was the elevators. Sometimes you’d wait 3-5 minutes for it to pick you up. I would not let that deter me from stay here again though!

Cozy, clean, great view of the ocean. We enjoyed watching the dolphins as we drank our morning coffee on the deck. The beach was not crowded. We walked to The Beach House Kitchen and Cocktails and had a tasty dinner. We also enjoyed pizza at Nonna’s Pizza for lunch. I was happy to find a small bedside fan in the top of the bedroom closet. Guests should know that the bedroom is not private from the kitchen/living room areas, which was not a problem for us as we did not have other guest. The mattress is firm. Tina and Scott gave very clear instructions which was helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when back in the area.

We had a wonderful time at the condo, beach, and pool in our recent trip to Dauphin. Everything was convenient and quiet, clean and comfortable. My toddler loved the deck and waving to all the people at the pool. Would highly recommend.

This was the perfect condo for our girls weekend! Everything was very clean, the kitchen well supplied, and the beds super comfy. We had someone sleeping on the pull out sofa and they even said it was the most comfortable one they’d ever slept on. Rachel was super friendly and informative and responded quickly if we had any questions. The property was fantastic! There was hardly ever a wait at the elevators to the 18th floor and we were able to get from our condo to the beautiful beach with ease. The pools there were great and our group really appreciated the little beach bar and grill on the boardwalk. Such a great stay! Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying here during our trip to Gulf Shores. The place was exactly as described- clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The bed was cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the space felt peaceful and welcoming after a long drive. The host was responsive and kind, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. One small hiccup with a blown fuse was handled quickly and professionally, great communication throughout. Location-wise, it was perfect: just a short drive to restaurants, and local shops. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the easy parking. Would absolutely stay here again. My husband and I enjoyed a weekend getaway at Kevin's place. The accommodations were very nice and efficient. We love the grounds at Plantation Shores and enjoyed the choices of pools to choose from. The beach was never too crowded and we love the family friendly environment found in the Fort Morgan area. We would recommend #1167 to anyone and would be happy to return for another getaway as soon as possible!

We discovered a hidden gem! What a delightful stay for everyone. There is a ramp on one side of the house that made bringing our luggage in a breeze. The view of the dunes and beach was nice each morning as we sat outside and sipped our coffee. There was even some wildlife to watch. Once at the beach, it couldn't get any better. Very few people, a gentle slope into the ocean and plenty of soft white gulf coast sand to put our chairs in! As mentioned by others, Heather is a very responsive host. Making sure each guest has what they may need. The layout of the house made it for easy for all boasting very comfortable bedrooms that were away from the commotion of the common spaces. There are sand chairs available as well as a wagon if you would like help bringing your toys to the beach. There is a slight walk to the beach but not on we ever had to dread making. Already looking at another week in 2026 to return!

It was as advertised! Beautiful view from the balcony, beach was not overly crowded and the elevators were great- after you stay in a few of these large condos you realize how important that is! Booked for 6 days and on day 4 there was an electrical fire which forced everyone to evacuate the building. Enjoyed the penthouse except for that day as electricity was shut off so their elevators didn’t work and we had to lug all of our stuff down 16 flights :( Terrible timing and obviously a huge inconvenience for our vacation to say the least but luckily no one was hurt/injured in the situation and Joe was awesome throughout the 2 day ordeal- he even allowed us to stay at another property he manages for free on the 2nd night. The owners also immediately refunded us for 2 full days. So even though our vacation didn’t end as planned, it was no fault of anyone but we appreciated the response we got and I would stay there again without hesitation!

Stop scrolling and book it! This incredible home on the beach is the most idealistic spot we've ever stayed in. Right on the beach, with every amenity, and detail you could hope for. From beach chairs and umbrellas, to toys and bicycles all included. This home was full of pleasant surprises. The home is immaculate, and perfect for a family vacation. The hosts were the best we've ever had, responsive, friendly, proactive to give recommendations. My family couldn't have asked for more.

We enjoyed our vacation along with 3 other families at this beautiful beach house! The house is beautiful and very clean! The pool and easy to access beach made our vacation so relaxing! We would highly recommend this house for someone looking for a relaxing vacation away from all the hustle and bustle of a busy vacation attraction! It’s an easy drive to get to town and nice restaurants close by! Sonia was very friendly and easy to work with!

My family and I had an absolute amazing time. I don’t think we could have found a better place! The cottage is FULLY equipped- not a thought was left out. The kitchen was stocked and had a few things commonly forgotten/don’t have when traveling. Plenty of blankets, pillows, comfortable beds, beach towels, etc. Also came with 2 kayaks and all the things needed for the beach (chairs, toys, etc). Plenty of very comfortable outdoor seating including a comfy hammock. This house had it all. Watching dolphins and other wildlife while sipping coffee on the deck was the best part of it. The neighbors were very quiet. Daniel and Juli were promptly available for anything we needed. A perfect stay! Will be back!!! Thank you!!

My friends and I had an amazing time at the Ospreys Landing! The house was super cozy and the views from the back were beautiful. The beach was just a short drive away and there are great restaurants in walking distance. No complaints at all!

The house was great! Very clean and tidy with great amenities. Will definitely book again in the future.

John was a great host. His place was great with easy access to the beach and/or fishing. The condo was as described and clean. Highly recommend.
