Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Grand Anse

Amazingly, Mera is a very responsive, smart and active person. She did a great job in building the apartments and the whole facility. She thinks about the details that make people's stay more pleasant. I can only highly recommend her services. I would definitely like to come back and enjoy it as much as I did now.

We had a very good stay here. Jamie was responsive. The location was clean and the view from the other side of the building is nice. Definitely good to have a car to make it up the hill. In comparison to our other rentals in Seychelles there was less amenities in the room (hand towels, kitchen supplies for example) but it wasn't a major detraction. It's location to Beau Vallon is helpful. Excellent A/C!

Warm, homely welcome after the trip with cold towels and snacks, very friendly and welcoming Ms. Maria, top local recommendations, spacious and well-equipped apartment, with a beautiful view of the bay. Highly recommend 😊😊😊.

Ibti was amazingly helpful. We had a few questions and she answered immediately. Dave is a great host that helped us with our questions as well. The place has an amazing view. It doesn’t matter what room you have. The hill to walk up after a night out at either the Beach Shak or Boat House is tough but the sunrises make up for it. Parking is tight but you can manage if you rent a car. The place has everything. Full kitchen, laundry, washroom, and hot water. We fell in love with Seychelles and will be back. When we do, we will book Dave’s place.

A great apartment, really spacious and super clean throughout. Great view over the balcony across to Silhouette. Have to have faith and courage in hire car to get up the steep track and driveway but made it every time!

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans ce logement et en gardons un excellent souvenir. Cette petite maison offre un bon rapport qualité-prix, surtout compte tenu des tarifs et prestations généralement pratiqués à La Digue. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé : Anse Source d’Argent est accessible à pied, ce qui est un vrai plus ! Un taxi avait été organisé à l’avance pour notre arrivée, et notre hôte s’est également chargé de la location de vélos électriques. Malgré un léger couac d’organisation à ce sujet, tout a été réglé rapidement et efficacement. Le seul petit bémol : nous avons eu plusieurs interlocuteurs via la messagerie Airbnb, ce qui a parfois rendu la communication un peu confuse. Mention spéciale à Marie-Jane, qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis et s’est montrée aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sympathische Gastgeber, die immer weiterhelfen. Sie haben uns sogar ihre Buskarte geliehen, waren jederzeit erreichbar und wir konnten unser Gepäck bei Abreise sicher aufbewahren. Am Abend haben wir nach einem Mietwagen für den nächsten Tag gefragt, am Morgen um 8 Uhr stand dieser bereit. Die Fotos werden dem Zimmer nicht gerechnet, es ist in echt viel schöner und sehr gemüich. Täglich werden die Zimmer geeinigt und als wir es einmal am Morgen zeitlich nicht geschafft haben den Abwasch zu erledigen, wurde auch dieser für uns gemacht. Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem kurzen steilen Hügel der für uns kein Problem war, jedoch ist es ohne Auto für Menschen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind schwierig.

We felt immediately at home! The appartment we had (sunset view) was awesome, spacious, impeccably clean and had all we needed. You can easily prepare a full breakfast and even lunch or dinner. We had a 10 nights stay and did not miss anything. The area is generally calm and quiet and the terrace offers an unrivaled view across the whole Beau Valon bay. Our contacts with Doris and Mike, may it be online or in person, were super friendly and helpful in all respects. Yes, the appartment is located on a slope as many of them are in Seychelles and running up the hill several times a day can be challanging under these climate conditions. But as a general remark, renting out a car is one of the highest recommendations I can give anyway for Seychelles as the Mahé island is not as tiny as it looks on the map. It was a great stay! Perfect villa for our family of four and nice breakfast next door at the Sea view restaurant! It’s recommended to have a car as it is a few kilometers from the restaurants and the good beaches..

We had a relaxing 3 night stay at Christelle's place. We arrived by ferry in the morning and easily made our way by taxi. Christelle kindly welcomed us for an early check in with fresh juice and fruits and we felt right at home. We rented our bikes directly from her and loved exploring the island and eating on the terrace overlooking her beautiful garden. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are plenty of shops and fruit sellers nearby, as well as restaurants and takeaway (we particularly enjoyed KZ, which is practically on the corner and coincidentally owned by Christelle's husband's cousin, Katy). Christelle was an incredibly welcoming and gracious host/neighbor and we enjoyed talking to her about life on la Digue. Merci beaucoup, Christelle! Some tips: -Anse d'Argent is a short ride away - if you arrive after 4pm, you return the next day using the same ticket. -the island's 2 diving centers are in front of the port and at the hotel close to Christelle's. Both are great.

Wir waren zu dritt bei Zelda (2 Erwachsene und ein Baby) und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war super und die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe der Fähre. Mit dem Auto war auf Praslin alles super zu erreichen. Alles war sehr sauber und die Unterkunft war sogar größer als gedacht.

We spent two nights at Happy Stay Villa and Kannan made us feel like at home. He's a very friendly guy who got us everything we needed like additional towels or washing powder. He also prepares the best grilled fish on Seychelles, we were positively surprised when he proposed a dinner for us. The apartment is very spacious and cozy, and the whole place is kept very clean. Things i have to point out are these thorny plants, which are beautiful but not very good for running kids, and shower which is either hot as magma or cold. Overall solid 5/5.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und geräumig. Wie waren zu dritt, aber auch zu fünft hätte man gut Platz gehabt. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen, ein Auto zu mieten, da die Unterkunft auf einer erhöhten Position liegt. Dann kann man problemlos die ganze Insel erkunden. Andrine hat stets schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und uns weitere Tipps gegeben, was man auf der Insel noch machen kann und teilweise für uns Aktivitäten, wie den Besuch bei Anse Georgette und ein Mietauto gebucht. Das einzige was es zu kritisieren gibt, war die Ankunft bei der Lodge. Es war niemand anzutreffen und erst nach einem Anruf kam jemand, der und das Haus gezeigt hat. Dass wir einfach so in das Haus hätten gehen können, hätte man besser vorher kommunizieren. Alles in Allem aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer schönen Gegend mit super Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon aus!

Excellent séjour entre amis au sein de la Villa Peax. Peggy et son mari sont adorables et savent répondre à toutes les interrogations de leurs hôtes, en amont et pendant leur séjour. Villa conforme à la description, hôte très réactif et particulièrement attentionné. Nous recommandons grandement ce logement pour groupe ou famille de passage sur Praslin

Thank you so much 🩵! Marcella is a wonderful host and inspiring person working a lot for church. The Seychelles has been our best vacay with sunbathing, hiking, snorkeling, diving, Easter church services, surrounded by the most beautiful nature! We loved the Seychelles as well as Marcella's place! It is clean, spacious, well-furnished, and the view is absolutely amazing! Marcella was very responsive, and helped us kindly incl. late check-out. We would not recommend coming without a car but also enjoyed walking to the beach and restaurants sometimes. The location is great for a start, maybe staying in the south or one of the other islands is worth a consideration next time. One downside may be the price. Others are temporary construction noise around, missing refills (e.g. toilet paper) or on request (e.g. salt, trash bags), no AC in the living room, in the bedrooms it didn't always cool down, and parking can be tricky. Logement propre, bien situé, très belle terrasse. ce que je reproche : 1/ les 2 lits des 2 enfants ont été rajouté après notre arrivée, on a été obligé de bouger le canapé, la table du salon, le séjour était beaucoup trop exiguë pour accueillir 2 lits supplémentaires, un peu trop camping pour les 6 nuits passées. 2/ manque beaucoup de choses dans la cuisine : aucun saladier, 3 verres, nous étions 4. La bouilloire ne pouvait pas fonctionner, puisque la prise ne correspondait pas ! pas de produit de première nécessité, comme huile, vinaigre, café... 3/ aucune réponse au mail que j’ai envoyé le soir de notre arrivée, alors que nous étions là pour 6 nuits. pour résumer, si vous êtes en couple, le logement est parfait, si vous êtes plus, assurez-vous qu'il y aura des lits supplémentaires.

This place was an amazing find!! It was very close to the beach. It was on the bus route to take you into town. The beach and rock pool were amazing. I caught fish at another beach area and brought them home to cook. Pina had a fish cleaning area and everything available to cook a meal. The air conditioners in both bedrooms worked great!!. The living and dining area were very spacious for family games we brought. Pina had games too. Her communication was wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend this place for a great stay.

Smještaj od Humburte nam se izrazito svidio zbog blizine sadržaja kao što su restorani, ljekarne i blizina nacionalnog parka. Check in je bio dostupan ranije od navedenog što nam je bilo bitno jer smo dolazili s trajekta. Humburte je jako simpatična i susretljiva, te će rado pružiti savjet i preporuke na otoku.

Nunzio è stato un host davvero gentile, disponibile e premuroso. Appartamento in zona tranquilla e sul mare, appartamento ampio e conforme alla descrizione dell’annuncio. Zona comoda per raggiungere facilmente le spiagge più belle dell’isola!

The location in Grand Anse was great! You could hear the waves crashing from your bed. It’s maybe a 30 second walk out of the apartment to the beach. The pool was also a nice treat and perfect to relax out of the sun when you need a break. I would recommend renting a car for other guests. Taxis are quite expensive for just a short ride and the bus, although it ran regularly, proved to be inconsistent and quite late at times. This certainly wasn’t why you travel all the way to Praslin but the tv shows and movies that were playing turned out to be very good. It was a nice way to end the evenings after many excursions. If you need to work while on vacation, it should be noted that the WiFi in most places on Praslin can be challenging and inconsistent. Basil and Samiah were very accommodating and made the place feel comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at their place.
