A Beautiful luxury colonial style house with a modern take on the traditional designs. Garden courtyard, swimming pool and all mod cons. Two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and one guest toilet downstairs. Open plan kitchen/dining area, large Sala with double storey roof featuring traditional reed roofing. There are spacious courtyards with many different chill out areas around the pool. Garage space for two cars. Situated in central Granada, it is a 5 minutes walk from main square.

Isla Mirabel is located less than 5 minutes from the port of Asese and 10 min from the colonial Granada. The island is full of exuberant flowers and fruit trees and has and a beautiful view of the Mombacho volcano. The glass house blends in with the trees, providing privacy for your stay. Swim, kayak, or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Transportation at check in and out is included. Extra transportation is $6 round trip. There are 3 restaurants right there at the port.

Très joli logement dans une belle maison style colonial typique de Granada ! On a adoré l’espace cuisine et salon ouverts sur l’extérieur (tout en étant totalement étanche aux bestioles). La terrasse est également très agréable pour se détendre le soir.

Single room at cozy family home

Great location close to the walking street and main park, but also only a short walk from the malecón. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly. Unfortunately, we had some bad wifi when I was staying here and it affected my work as I was unable to run zoom calls, but my job requires a high bandwidth. I spoke with the host and they were apologetic and let me know that the internet is not good in this part of the city. Later when it got worse, they called the internet service provider, so they did everything they could, its just the infrastructure in Nicaragua is not always so great. Overall, I had a good experience and would stay here again if I weren't working, it feels like a homestay with a family, but you have a private flat. I had coffee with the family in the morning and shared their kitchen and living space. Kind people, great location, comfortable space. I started with just one night and extended to 3 because I felt comfortable and taken care of.

I’ll never forget the short time I spent at this hostel. It was my first time staying in one, and I honestly don’t think I could’ve picked a better place for the experience. It was clean, private, safe, delightfully designed, well-maintained, and offered a respectful social environment. On that note, I have to say, I met some of the most beautiful, interesting, and intelligent people I’ve ever come across in my life. I would absolutely love to come back, and I hope I will soon. Consider this a wholehearted recommendation. Don’t overthink it, just book your stay already!

Felt immediately at home upon arrival. Place is clean, has a warm and welcoming feel with plenty of different spots to chill and relax. Cornelius is very friendly and a great host. Even got treated to a music jam session… Great vibe. I would recommend for anyone to stay here, as the place is in a great location to start exploring this very walkable little city. Cornelius also has great knowledge of the city and can give plenty of recommendations for various things. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Thanks guys. Cheers.

I had a really great stay at Casa Jardín - it was really clean and quiet and the WiFi was great for working. Angela was a great help and really friendly which made the stay better. I’d highly recommend as it’s only a 15 minute walk from the centre and is a good place to have your own space!
