Apartment holiday rentals in Granada

Me and my partner loved this and stayed for two months whilst working online. The monthly rate is a great deal. It is close to everything you need. Maria comes twice a week to clean which is really nice, and the host was always ready to help with any problems. The electricity bill was not too high either after the credit was taken off. The TV often had problems and I would have preferred some more pillows but apart from that everything was great!

Very nice place to stay and work. The internet was great the whole time I was there with no lapses in service. The kitchen was fairly well stocked for an Airbnb kitchen. The host was very kind and responsive. A cleaning was offered halfway through my stay which wasn’t needed, but was a nice offer. The unit was equipped with fans, but you can also use the AC for $6/night which they were clear about prior to booking and just after booking. Some ants and geckos around, but that’s nothing new for the tropics.

The welcome on arrival was very warm, and we felt at home right away. The room had everything we needed, and the kitchen for our room was fully equipped for cooking dinner together. The bathroom was clean as well! Communication was excellent, and we could always rely on a quick response. The way into the city and to good places to eat was always just a short walk. I can only recommend this accommodation!

Excellent place highly recommended for spending your vacations

A really lovely, peaceful spot! Perfect for our family of four. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, but we loved staying in and relaxing at the pool. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Casa Tapa 5/20 - 5/29. Cute and simple little place. Really liked waking up there and the nice little private balcony. Was very thankful for the mosquito net on the canopy bed and bed was comfortable enough. If this place is available in August when I return for my 3rd trip to Nicaragua, I will stay again!

We really enjoyed staying at Carlos and Marlie’s place. It was central to all that we wanted to do in Granada. Carlos was extremely helpful in helping I’m recommending activities and tours. We enjoyed chatting with Carlos about life in Granada. We highly recommend staying here if you want to spend some time in Granada.

The cottage is great! Even more beautiful than in the photos. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of everything you want to do in Granada. The pool is also lovely to cool off and relax. Amelia is friendly and quick to respond. Eva welcomed us on arrival and was also very friendly. Highly recommended!!

great place to stay not far from the city, they have an amazing pool inside which is great for the summer and the cleaning service was great!!

It was a nice experience, quiet house and the place is safe, the security was super attentive and Guillermo's sister was very friendly, it is a very nice town, close to the viewpoint and crafts ♥️ we loved it

What an extraordinary stay in Granada at Beth's apartment/house. It was way beyond our expectations in many ways. First of all to learn that we are fellow Iowans was amazing! The tiny considerations and details in leaving us a special gift for our anniversary was so thoughtful. A beautiful spacious colonial home in the center of Guanajuato with eloquent niches and beautiful art. The pool was so convenient, refreshing and relaxing after a day or morning out to explore. Beth was kind, flexible and had great practical suggestions for us during our stay. Hopefully, one day we will return and have the opportunity to stay again.

We enjoyed Carlo's place a lot. Directly located at the laguna with a beautiful garden stretching to the water. The place was clean, good Kitchen Equipment.

The place is conveniently located in a picturesque part of town that felt safe. Apartment appears to be part of a historic colonial home, high ceilings and airy inside. We enjoyed opening the balcony door to let the fresh air waft into the dining / sitting area. Birds outside in the morning sang beautifully near the flowering tree adjacent to the home. It was a bit noisy at time because of the proximity to the street, but to be expected for a home downtown - wish I had brought ear plugs because I’m a light sleeper. Art on the walls was enjoyable to look at. Kitchen was adequately stocked with more than the minimum equipment to cook with. I would’ve liked a bit more luxuries and comforts but it was worth the price nonetheless. The service from Carlos’ team was pleasant and prompt.

The secure apartment complex is in a quiet part of town. Conveniently located next to markets and only a short walk away to many attractions. The hosts are very nice and helpful. The apartment is clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Will definitely visit again.

Whenever I travel and I have to stay in an AIRBNB, I really appreciate the host's attention and in this case she highlights the kind and thoughtful attention of Don Carlos, she makes you feel at home, I definitely recommend it.

Big space, nice outdoor kitchen, great location and quiet. 10/10! I would definitely go back and stay again.

good stay at Ernesto. the person who takes care of the accommodation (omar) was very welcoming. the families who live around were also friendly. the bedroom and bathroom are spacious and well equipped. we were also able to wash our laundry in the machine available in the courtyard. large communal kitchen convenient for cooking.
