Beachfront holiday rentals in Granada

A beautiful, calm and private place by the lagoon. The whole area is made to just relax and there are many factors that really help this too. It has a lot of small little niches around where you can hangout, be outside and still have privacy. The wifi works everywhere too which is amazing considering the size of the area. I loved the big and clean kitchen, which really made you wanna cook. Guarded by a few puppies and kittens you for sure always have company too ;) Overall it was an amazing stay, would recommend 10/10!

Beautiful and peaceful setting, access to the water, and amazing views off the balcony, all at a great value. Do yourself a favor and go to Apoyo Lodge! Also to note there are tubes to float on and paddle boards to play on. If you have some portable chairs you may want to bring them with you, there is no lounge seating down by the water. And bring your own food, but the kitchen has everything you need for cooking.

This place is for disconnecting, relaxation, reflection and deep healing. One of the most beautiful places I've been. You can feel the love that went into making this lodge by the laguna. A beautiful spot deep in nature and right on the lake. Take a tube down to the lake for a float, relax in a hammock with a book, or enjoy the gorgeous views from the big yoga deck. Even though I had a very brief stay, I really enjoyed the space. Even though there were a few bugs (you are in the forest), it was very clean and comfortable. Lastly, Miriam is such a kind and helpful host. I plan to visit again as soon as I can!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der San Simian Lodge. Die Lage ist wunderschön mit direktem Zugang zur Lagune. Daniel ist ein toller Gastgeber und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Zudem gab es jeden Morgen ein leckeres Frühstück. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft jeder Zeit weiter.

We loved staying here. Note; it is far from everything and the roads are difficult even in a taxi, there's no restaurant near (apart from the one at the villa) or shop within walking distance - but that's exactly why we picked it, to be close to nature and wildlife. We stocked up on groceries in Granada and made use of the amazing kitchen on site, which has everything you need, including salt, oil, coffee. Every morning you wake to the sounds of Howlers, 2 species of Trogons, 2 species of Motmots, Urracas, Ring necked kingfishers, squirrels, hummingbirds... everything, literally OUTSIDE your room, on site. We also found a Manakin lek nearby, and many collared aracari, it was a birders paradise!! The villa is also beautiful, so peaceful and the staff are very friendly, Oscar in particular was amazing. We were the only people staying there at the time, and Oscar made sure we were well taken care of, had everything we needed, and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for having us!

I absolutely loved staying here! I'm already booked for my next visit. My cabin was surrounded by nature and right on the lake of laguna de apoyo. My dog got to run free with the other dogs all day! There is a German Shepard guard dog on the property and he definitely does his job 😅. Daniel and the staff were great about putting the dog away at night if I needed to leave my cabin. 5 stars across the board. I'm looking forward to me next visit over the weekend. Its such a beautiful place to spend a few days escaping reality

You are paying for the location. The location and the size of the property cannot be beat. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a new sponge which hasn’t been the case at other Airbnbs. And the pool is quite nice! It would be nice if there were a few more kitchen amenities like lids for the pots and seasonings. It would also be nice if the trash in the yard was picked up in case there are children running around barefoot. There were some pop tops/bottle tops. But you cannot beat how close it is to the water. It felt like a private resort.

One of my favorite Airbnb stays! I go to Nicaragua often and this has become a favorite of mine and my husband. We shall definitely come back. It was beautiful, private, and relaxing. It was exactly what I needed for a week vacation! Donaldo and the staff were excellent and very nice and accommodating. Great breakfast with a view every morning!

Informative&friendly host, stunning&quiet place. Breakfast included was a surprise and it was lovely! Staff went above and beyond to help us. When we arrived we had a screw in our tire and an employee called a local repair man who came and fixed our tire the same day. We also had many ants in our room and an employee came and took care of it and changed all our bedding. I was very impressed with the amenities and the friendly, helpful staff. I only wish I had more time here!

Beautiful place to stay and relax for a few days. The lake is stunning and you can take kayaks out at no extra cost. We enjoyed having breakfast with other guests and playing with the very friendly dogs that are around! Donaldo was very helpful and was always there to help with any questions. Only thing to watch out for with staying on the lake is that restaurants can close quite early in the evening (especially on Sunday), so make sure you don't accidently end up without dinner!

Nice stay!! The place was cozy and a great view of lagoon. It was peaceful and great area.

Wonderful place to stay with an amazing view and two very sweet dogs. We loved playing rummikub on one of the tables in the pool! The room was very cozy and the beds slept good! Definitely recommend. We hope to come back to this place

Bello lugar para descansar…la cocina tiene todo lo que se necesita…puedes cocinar…así que no es necesario salir de la casa. La atención y respuesta del anfitrión fue excelente.

un lugar especial para desconectarse y estar en tranquilidad

Nuestra estancia en la villa fue maravillosa. El lugar es acogedor, limpio y muy bien cuidado, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. La vista a la laguna es espectacular y el ambiente es muy tranquilo. Miriam fue una excelente anfitriona: siempre atenta, amable y dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo momento. Se nota el cariño con el que cuida cada detalle. Sin duda, nos encantaría volver.

Esther’s house is worth the extra cost beyond what you’d pay at a hostel. The house is very private, quiet, and peaceful. The open patio has an epic view of the Laguna and has a nice breeze. The hammocks are great, kitchen is fully stocked with dishes etc and the private lake access is very nice. Esther is super communicative and accommodating. She is happy to help with transportation, tips, and any other needs you may have. We missed out on one of our nights because of weather delays back home and she graciously let us have a late check out. Definitely would recommend Alchemy on the Lake!

Ons verblijf was prachtig! Mooiste accommodatie van centraal Amerika waar wij zijn geweest tot nu toe. Je begeeft je in een paradijs. Prachtige tuin, comfortabele slaapkamers en badkamers, mooi uitzicht, ruim opgezet, veel zitjes in het huis en in de tuin. Je duikt vanaf de tuin zo het meer in. Wilmer en zijn familie zijn zeer vriendelijk en zorgzaam. Wij raden deze plek zeker aan!
