Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Gran Municipality

We had a great couple of days in Nora's house. She has been a wonderful host- everything from check-in, communication along the way and checkout went brilliantly. A cozy gesture with fresh flowers on the table really made us feel welcome. The house is surrounded by a beautiful cultural landscape and we got a "bonus" with guided tour on the farm and learned about the history of the place. Can only be recommended! ☺️

We had 8 days of dream vacation at cottage house, surrounded by nature and tranquility. Iver is a perfect host, he showed our daughter the farm, the cows and even brought us vegetables from the garden. The house is like a fairy tale house and we had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, dream living room, piano included, fireplace, comfortable bedrooms. He indicated what to visit and guided us every day. We visited museums in Gran, hiked in Grymyr and finally ended up at the lake. Also visited beautiful Oslo. Thank you so much for hospitality, we had a wonderful time. We loved our stay here! The apartment was easy to access, clean, and had everything we needed. It is close to the bus station which made getting to and from the airport very easy. Linn was quick to respond and very helpful, and gave clear instructions that made check-in smooth and easy.

This was such a blessing ... I ended up missing my connecting flight to OSLO and Hilde was soo accommodating for allowing me to enter around 1am.. I was amazed by how big the place was... much bigger in reality than what comes across in the pictures... Very clean and tidy with all that you might require.. fully equipped and a lovely host... Highly recommended!

Cannot thank Gunhild enough for not just sorting our stay at no notice but the flexibility in extending it and giving us time and space to get our lives sorted. A total god send when travelling around Norway I ended up getting admitted for emergency surgery and my wife needed somewhere to stay and then for me to recuperate - Gunhild was nothing short of fantastic. Having said that regardless of the situation the apartment was really lovely, very comfortable, well equipped, very clean with beautiful views that help you relax and in my case recover. Cannot reccommend this enough - hopefully though not for other people to recover from surgery.

Had a great stay here, can be recommended to others! Everything was tip-top. Easy parking when you arrive by car. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. We got all the information we needed, and Mari responded quickly to messages! Would love to come back in the future.

This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Ida was so kind and helpful, always making sure we are ok, especially around New Years! The place was in a beautiful remote location only 10 minute drive from the closest village which was lovely (and a train station only 30 mins into Oslo) I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish her all the best in the future would highly recommend! There are some beautiful walks around there too! The fire was amazing and there was plenty of wood to help ourselves to. The heating and hot water were perfect and kept us warm especially after a walk in the snow. Thank you so much to Ida! Would definitely recommend 1000/10

Very beautiful home and great location for us - who wanted to stay a bit outside of the city of Oslo. We spent one night- and felt right at home. Frida was responsive and flexible with some of our requests. Highly recommended!!

As usual, we arrived at a great apartment. Audun responded quickly to questions. We are starting to feel at home. 4 times we have been here.

The apartment is located right on the slalom slope, which was important to us this trip. Cross country tracks as well, but unfortunately for us most of the snow in these were melted. We were 2 adults and 2 young people on a trip. The apartment was practical, cozy, tidy and clean. The double bed was a bit in the narrowest made for two adults, but very good to lie in. Good bunk beds as well. Quiet and peaceful in the evening/ night. Would recommend this further to others and would love to come back☺️

We had a great stay at Trude's place. It was warm, clean, tidy and welcoming when we arrived, it was even put in the oven so we just needed to light a match up. We had everything we needed at all times and got tips on Christmas market nearby. Trude was gentle and nice to talk to and very accessible if there were any things. Thanks for us!
