Peaceful oasis! We absolutely adored our stay here. It was remote but surrounded by beautiful towns and villages to explore. The place itself was perfect for what we needed and just spending time outside in nature/farms. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. It was so quiet we felt we were fully alone and could fully switch off. There was everything you needed kitchen and bbq etc. Would love to come back.

Great stay! The hosts are very nice and welcoming. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well equipped, exactly as described. Very well located, with several nice cities nearby for visits.

A wonderful place to stay, surrounded by nature and animals. Very clean and welcoming, and Dominique went over and above to allow us to check in early. Would highly recommend.

We were greeted by Lucille , who spoke perfect English and Monsieur . We were shown all about the house, how to operate the jacuzzi and given excellent recommendations for the area. The booklet was invaluable particularly for village market days. The house is so attractively deco and so comfortable with everything you need to make your stay troubles free and relaxing. As we are from Australia we loved cooking outside on the BBQ. Being supplied with wraps for the jacuzzi was much appreciated as was the jacuzzi after climbing lots of steps visiting the castles. Our hosts all came to farewell us which was a lovely friendly touch. We thank you all for your lovely home and generous spirit of welcome. This is an excellent Perigord base and we strongly recommend it.

If you're looking for a quiet oasis in the countryside, this is the place to be! The view is magnificent, the sunset a dream. The treehouse is comfortably furnished, in the kitchen there are the most important utensils so you can cook well at home. In the vicinity there are countless small tranquil villages, which are among the most beautiful places in France. In the preseason, some activities, such as canoeing, are usually not yet open, which did not bother us as we mainly focused on hiking and resting. Anne is a wonderful hostess - she was quickly available for questions and stopped by if necessary. Gladly again :-)

We had a wonderful stay at april and max’s (4 adults and a 1 and 4 year old). The house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting with lots of lovely places a short drive away. April and Max were such warm and kind hosts - we had a minor incident with one of our children while on holiday and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed with great facilities - we felt it was better in real life than the pictures. We would definitely return if coming back to the area 😊

We had a great weekend at Laure's, at the dovecote. The setting is conducive to disconnection. The famous village Collonges la rouge is within easy walking distance and beautiful walks are to be taken. The accommodation, atypical, was clean and provided all the necessary equipment. A welcome organic apple juice was waiting for us. A big thank you to Laure for her communication, kindness and flexibility on our departure time. A beautiful place to decompress!

What a delight to arrive in Marcillac-Saint-Quentin! The driveway reveals a well-kept, tree-lined park with a large shared swimming pool. An exceptional welcome from Mariette and Jacques! Mariette is discreet, attentive, very gentle and generous, and has a sense of hospitality. The exposed stone house has a private garden with table, deckchairs and BBQ. - On the ground floor, freshness is welcome: equipped kitchen, Louis Philippe living room, renovated furniture. Majestic open fireplace, ready to be lit. Another nice touch. - Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms, also well-kept. Quality bedding and linens. It's a pleasure to open the windows in the morning, listen to the birds singing and watch the squirrel jumping from tree to tree. The house located 10 min from Sarlat, not far from Lascaux, is perfect for reconnecting with nature. It is a haven of peace with a beautiful energy. We'll be happy to go back! I would highly recommend it

I highly recommend Jean Yves' lovely place. Located in a small village typical of the Heart of Causse, quiet, we enjoyed our stay with the family of our Lotois stay. Jean Yves is at the top,very welcoming, responsive, we will surely come back!.

Sarlat was special to us! With Christmas approaching, it was complete. The city is small but charming! The Christmas market, very cheerful and welcoming, made a place in our hearts! It was a great place to choose and visit numerous sites in the region. The apartment is exactly as described. The cost-benefit was valuable to us. If I had known Sarlat before, as well as the apartment, I would spend Christmas there! It would have been magical! Thanks host! I'll be back if the world doesn't end first!

Warm place in a very pleasant setting. The cottage is beautifully furnished. Very comfortable for 2 people. We loved the little grass terrace just behind. Philippe is very friendly and caring. His attentions and advice were valuable. The neighbors are friendly too. As soon as we have the opportunity, we will return with great pleasure.

This was our second stay at La Mirabelle, and the house is great with lovely views across the valley. The surrounding area is great as there is so much to see and do and most places are easy to get to. Babara and Robert are great too, they are so friendly and attentive, they also speak really good English too.

A perfect stay in the heart of Sarlat! We had a wonderful stay in this ideally located rental. The location is simply perfect for fully enjoying the bucolic atmosphere and authentic charm of Sarlat. Everything is within walking distance, allowing you to stroll through the picturesque alleys, discover the markets and savor the local gastronomy without constraint. A big thank you to Nathalie, the owner, for her warm welcome, availability and valuable advice. The accommodation is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. A small but significant plus: free parking nearby, which is rare and very appreciable in this city. We recommend this property without a second thought and will be happy to come back! Beautiful place to stay if you plan to come to the Lot. The house is very beautiful, decorated with great taste and very well equipped. Birdie was very available and responded favorably to all our requests. The garden is very pleasant for dinner in the evening. We will certainly come back here if we return to the region.

We stayed for 10 nights as 5 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 5. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the size of space and facilities available were excellent and we felt right at home. The cellar was a big hit with the adults and we all enjoyed the pool day and night. Plenty of nice villages and towns within driving distance if you want to get out and explore which we did on several occasions. Rachel will keep you right with plenty of local tips and info she’s a great host. I’m sure we will be back, thanks again

Just had the most amazing week here, the pictures really do not do the gardens and views justice!! Such a peaceful setting but with lots of sights and attractions near-by, however a car is essential. The gite had everything we could need to relax, wine and dine in an evening. The pool and view was lovely, just perfect to relax by after a day out exploring. We are already planning we we can return!

Awesome location, quiet and calm with a private pool. We loved it! Very friendly host Hugette. Closeby (5 min drive) you have a supermarket and local shops. Plenty of Nice sight seringen within a 30-40 drive. We can definately recommend it ❤️ Don’t forget to bring your essentials with you, in comparison with other Airbnb’s there’s a minimum to get up and running. We’ve left some coffee, dishwasher tabs, cooking oil, vinegar, pasta and rice for next guests. I hope this helps :)

we had a great weekend with the family in Yan's "little house in the prairie". Host available and welcoming, flexible check-in and check-out times. Everything was perfect. Very beautiful area with lots of beautiful things to visit. I recommend it.

We had a lovely week at Émilie's cottage. It is very well located because close to pretty villages like Autoire, Loubressac, Carennac, Beaulieu sur Dordogne... and sites to see absolutely like the Gouffre de Padirac or Rocamadour. The cottage is in a beautiful quiet property. It has a terrace and the pool is great! The owner turns it on in the evening to swim in colorful waters on warm summer evenings. Beautiful view from the pool. The stairs to climb to the bedrooms are very steep on the other hand. The A/C is installed in the 1st bedroom which is very nice when it's hot but the 2nd floor room lacks a little freshness. The owners are very friendly and you can feel at home. I recommend it.

Very beautiful cottage, which is in the heart of nature. The environment is very quiet. The cottage has a lot of children's amenities which is very nice. Our host is very responsive to messages.
