Holiday rentals with a kayak in Grainger County

The Host is great and very responsive and helpful. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at her property and would highly recommend it to have a family vacation here. The view is beautiful as well.

We stayed here over a long Easter weekend with family. The house was very big with lots of open space to be together! Long dining table that was able to seat all 10 of us for a meal! Great space to play games in the back den! Close grocery stores & also only about 25-30 min to lots of shopping & family friendly activities!

Absolutely loved our first stay with them that we extended our stay with them. Stayed in two different locations. Couldn't have asked for a better host! Our first stay was on the lake. Host recommended different places for us. We had never been in the area. House had enough to entertain us that we only went shopping! Kitchen was amazing. It was just like as if I was home, but better! Second stay was a peaceful camper that had friendly neighbors as well. Camper was close enough to everything but secluded that it matched what we was looking for. Our dogs loved both locations as well. Was not a hassle or headache with the fur babies. To say the least we can not wait to stay again! We were already wanting to book another stay before we even left! Will definitely be booking again.

We have stayed at this location multiple times and absolutely will return in the future. The host is amazing!

If you love quiet and the outdoors, this is definitely the house for you. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids loved using the paddle boat & kayaks. The dock is perfect to fish from, even in the rain. Night time fishing gets lively thanks to the green light on the dock. Tip, if you night time fish, use steel leaders or the Gar will snap your line every time.

We had a fantastic time! The house was clean and had tons of amenities and activities, especially for children. Shelly went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great time and was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Excellent experience!

Our family of 5, including 3 teenagers, had a lovely time at Alex’s home for spring break. The home was well maintained and had all the necessities needed. The location was perfect for us to unwind from our busy routines. Pleasing teenagers is one hard task but this house did the trick with fishing, paddle boards, and the hot tub. While there were enough bedrooms for each kid, they decided the bunk bed room was their favorite so they all stayed in there! Alex was very responsive to the questions we had during our stay. We would definitely consider coming back again!

The listing was exactly what we expected. Just up the road from the lake and pretty easy to get to. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning.

If I could change anything, I would let people know that the owner lives on site. That to me was an incredible perk. Very nice people. Made it feel more like home!

Really enjoyed our stay. Beds were super comfy. The house is spacious and the kitchen is one of the best stocked I've experienced in an Airbnb. Loved the screened in porch where I enjoyed my morning coffee by the fire table and watching the deer. Also enjoyed the fire ring near the end of the drive and a wonderful spacious piece of property. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the National Park are only about an hours drive. Most definitely would stay here again. It did not disappoint.

We had a wonderful stay! The lake views were absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed fishing and kayaking right from the property—it was such a peaceful and fun way to spend our time. The perfect place for relaxing by the water. The location was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb itself was spotless, comfortable, and even better than expected. It looks just like the pictures! Most of all, Jama was truly the best host I’ve ever had—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

We had such a Wonderful Thanksgiving weekend in Sneedville with our family! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us and our pups. It was exactly what we were looking for!! Such a cozy cottage with beautiful surroundings. Thank you for being so flexible with check in! We will be back in the spring for sure and for all of our other trips to Sneedville. I just happened upon this place looking at possibilities in the area, and I'm so glad I did. Honestly, I had booked another place and stayed 1 night and decided we were gonna look for something else. The greatest selling point of this place is when you walk into the front door and turn to your right and you see the view looking out across the lake, it's almost breathtaking, no joke. My daughter said it's the most beautiful place we've ever stayed in. I loved the pool table, the old Pac-man and Galaga console, the flat screen tvs all around, the hot tub around the back side. I wish we could have stayed longer. Denis was very helpful. I needed to extend our stay another day and he helped me get it figured out. My mistake was something I had to fix quickly, and Denis responded right away. He also gave some clear instructions to me about front door code, wi-fi password, and instructions on check-in and check-out. We had a great time and we plan to go back for a longer stay. Thanks Denis.

Easily the best AirBnB I've stayed at! Kathleen was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was super clean, decorated very well, and had all sorts of snacks and water available which was awesome! Will definitely look into staying here in the future!

The home was in a nice secluded spot and had a great view. Tammy was very accommodating and helpful when we got a bit turned around coming in. Be sure that you have at least an SUV when driving as there are some steep/bumpy gravel roads that I’d wouldn’t recommend for a lower sedan. Overall an excellent stay.

We had an amazing time at River’s Edge. Caleb and Stacy were great hosts. They were very helpful and responsive. The front porch was a favorite spot for our group. The swing and the rockers were comfy as we relaxed and listened to the river. This Cabin is located in the perfect place because it feels like you are out in nature, but are also close to all the attractions. Thank you Caleb and Stacy!

Iryna was super helpful and always kept in communication with us whenever we had a question or concern. The place is in a perfect location not too far from stores, gas stations, restaurants, and local attractions but still peacefully away from any busy-ness. It's located up top a pretty steep hill (so keep that in mind when driving) with a nice view of the surrounding hills and nature. There's so much to do near the area, and the house had plenty of entertainment of its own for those lazy-stay-at-home-days. It also came well equipped with everything one would need to get by so no need to worry about overpacking. There is not much to complain about, and everything felt clean enough for the most part. It is spacious for bigger families which is a plus. A couple of minor improvements could be taken into consideration. Overall, this place is definitely worth the stay and we really enjoyed our time here. It was a true blessing!

Lovely, clean cabin on the river with tubes, kayaks, and bikes. Perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay Michael and Dawn’s barn. One of our favorite things was the beds. Everyone talked about how comfortable they were! The kids had a great time down at the dock and in the lake! Dawn was very responsive and was available every time I reached out with a question before and during our stay. We would absolutely book this place again. It was very nice and great for our big family!
