The place was perfect for two people, very convenient location for us to visit family in the area. Bed was super comfy, shower pressure was great and hot.

Great location in downtown Cary. Easy check in/out. Perfect for week long business trip.

Excellent host and home! We have used Kristen’s place for the last 4 years while our grandson attended UNCG. This was the first place we considered for his graduation and commencement week. Kristen is a lovely host and her customer service is always great. The home is walking distance to the campus and located within 5 minutes of the coliseum. The house feels cozy, warm and inviting. Many stores and restaurants are in very close proximity. Make certain to sign the guest book in dining room! 😊

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It is right next to a Walmart and many other stores and restaurants. Checking in was a smooth and easy process and it was well lit outside which helped us feel safe. The whole apartment was free of clutter and clean. I would stay here again!

I booked Amanda's place for my cousin visiting from CA who was here to say goodbye to his best buddy, my husband. He has stayed at one of Amanda's other properties and declared them both to be "perfect" and so convenient to both downtown Carrboro and where we live. And a great price too!

Such a beautiful place to stay in a great location. Very walkable to a variety of restaurants, breweries and shops. The space is clean and well decorated. The bed is comfy and water pressure is great! It can get a little noisy in the morning with it being right over Krankies, but we were grateful to be able to walk downstairs and have a delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay again

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in downtown Raleigh! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city with easy access to fantastic restaurants, bars, and nightlife. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully organized, and equipped with top-notch amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. On top of that, the host was outstanding—very friendly, super responsive, and helpful throughout our entire visit. We stayed at The Fogelman home for our daughter’s graduation and were so thrilled with our stay. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood very close to Campus. Inside the home was immaculate and very well decorated. It has all the modern necessities with a nod to the historic roots of the house. The bedrooms were spacious and had the most comfortable mattresses. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck and our evenings in the living room with our family. Faith added some very thoughtful touches that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this property!!

We loved staying at Justin’s beautiful house and definitely hope to come back someday soon! The home itself is bright, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for our family of 4. We also really enjoyed spending time in the yard and on the deck, eating all of our meals out there, hanging out in the hot tub and sauna, and enjoying the peace and quiet of the surrounding woods. The house feels very private, even though you’re close to the road and have easy access to Hillsborough. We were very happy with the location. Justin and his family were also great communicators/super nice people and easy to coordinate with. I would definitely recommend this place!

Shelley's place was great! It was really clean, modern, and peaceful. We had a group of 3 adults and it was much cheaper than getting three hotel rooms for the weekend.

House was great, exactly as described in listing. Very comfortable, quiet location. Hot tub was in excellent condition, didn’t have all bells and whistles but not needed, jets worked fine. Bed and couch comfortable. Place was very clean. Kitchen stocked well enough. Had issue with Nest thermostat being locked on AC. We had unexpected low temps. And Bryan was quick to change over to heat. Was our only issue I can think of.

The apartment was very nice, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The view of the lake is amazing, and the surrounding area is quiet and beautiful—with lots of birds, tortoises, and fish to watch. Lois is a very polite, responsive, and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Karim gave clear instructions. Check in was easy. He messaged me to check in with me after we had arrived and to see if we needed anything. I received a call during our stay that my dad who had been battling cancer had taken a turn for the worse so we had to change our reservation and leave a few days early to get home. Karim was very accommodating and he changed my reservation quickly after I reached out and refunded the days we didn’t stay. I was able to make it home in time to say goodbye to my dad. We will definitely rent from Karim again!!
