Charming, spacious summer family house 90 m from the sea, beaches and beautiful walking path. Ideal for families. The total size of the house is over 120 m2. The house has all the necessary equipment, fresh towels, and bed linen. A SUP and some children's toys are also available for guests. The beach is just 90 m away along a pleasant and safe road, very friendly even for smaller children. The beach is varied, with shade, sun, pebbles, rock walls, piers...

The house is only 15 min walk to the center amd the way leading to the center is by the sea. Next to the house is also a turistic train that drives you to the city center. Con 15 minuti di macchina si può raggiungere Caorle, con 30 si può arrivare fino a Jesolo.
