Holiday rentals with beach access in Graciosa

Juan Carlos’s flat is ideal to enjoy Famara beach. Moreover, it has all you need to feel home and he is a great host. We hope to come back soon. Great choice!

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt braucht. Qualitativ sehr hochwertige, neue und gut durchdachte Einrichtung. Die große Terrasse mit dem Whirlpool ist toll konzipiert, sodass sie für andere nicht einsehbar ist und man Privatsphäre hat, außerdem ist die Aussicht aufs Wasser, den Hafen und die Stadt wirklich schön! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und aus den Schlafzimmern kann man ebenfalls direkt das Wasser sehen. Die Disco hat uns nicht gestört, war kaum zu hören. Die Wohnung liegt in einem abgeschlossenen Wohnkomplex, was ein sicheres Gefühl vermittelt. Die Lage ist super, man hat einen Supermarkt und viele Bars, Restaurants, Cafes und den Strand (!) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Ort bietet einiges, was man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Borge und Dina sind tolle Gastgeber! Super freundlich, hilfsbereit und antworten sofort. Wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

L'appartement de Jorge est très bien placé, proche du parc de Timanfaya dans un village calme loin des stations balnéaires. Tout était fidèle aux descriptions et photos. L'extérieur est vraiment un plus pour se détendre après une journée de visite. La communication avec Jorge était très fluide. A l'écoute, de bons conseils et réactif si vous rencontrez une difficulté.

Pobyt u Margaret był wspaniały. Mieszkanie czyste w klimacie rustykalnych. Niesamowita plaża zaraz przy apartamencie. Kontakt z Margaret był świetny. Służyła pomocą i wsparciem co do atrakcji i miejsc, które warto zobaczyć. Mam nadzieję, że jeszcze tam wrócę. Polecam!

Everything top notch and would definitely come back with one exception. I lost something under the bed and found that there was a cigarette butt, small other leftovers and a good amount of dust (same behind the night desk). Something that can easily be fixed for the future.

Super emplacement clame face à la mer dans un petit village de pêcheurs, loin des foules et des touristes. Le village a tout ce qu’il faut (supermarché, restaurants). Attention c’est sur la côte océanique donc avec plus de vent, plus de nuages et plus frais que le reste de l’île.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Betty. Alles is op loopafstand en het zwembad is eigenlijk min of meer privé. Perfect, zeker omdat het bij ons hard waaide en het strand daardoor minder prettig was. Zou graag nog een keer terugkomen.

Le séjour s’est parfaitement bien passé ! Le logement est impeccable, très bien équipé et fidèle à la description. La piscine, juste au bord du logement, est un vrai plus : quel plaisir de pouvoir s’y baigner à tout moment de la journée ! La terrasse au bord de l’eau est idéale pour profiter des repas en extérieur dans un cadre reposant. Un grand merci pour ce séjour exceptionnel, surtout à ce prix. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We stayed for 2 weeks. Met by Victor who showed us around the house and explained everything we needed to know. House was spotless and a cleaner came after the first week, pool cleaned weekly. Highly recommended an excellent villa. The mattress toppers are really good. The master bedroom has a seating area with tv like a suite in a hotel. Pool table and football table. A lovely bottle of local wine and fruit on arrival. The kitchen has all you could need plus a utility room with washing machine. We had a brilliant time. Highly recommended.

Logement que je recommande sans restrictions: conforme aux photos, très proche de l'océan ( 2 minutes à pieds ), au calme. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour y passer un excellent séjour: très bien équipé pour cuisiner, pour lessiver. Très bien placé pour visiter l'ensemble de l'île, proche d'une station essence( 5 minutes ), de l'aéroport ( 20 minutes ) ainsi que de tous les lieux touristiques à visiter sur l'île. Sara est très réactive par messages pour toutes questions. Encore un grand merci à Sara pour l'excellent accueil.

Had an absolutely incredible stay at Casa Milena! Can’t recommend this beautiful villa enough. It was so private, peaceful and absolutely pristinely clean. Can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Fabulous villa with beautiful sea views, very comfortable and well appointed. Outside space is exceptional with bbq and lots of seating. In a quiet location, with a well stocked supermarket nearby and great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The host Pablo was a joy to deal with, utterly charming and responsive, greeted us on arrival. Our first experience of an Airbnb property overseas and definitely won’t be our last! Would highly recommend.

Wonderful place off the beaten track in Las Cocoteros. I have been to Lanzarote for 20 years but have missed Los Cocoteros somehow all this time. It's a small collection of houses with a natural tidal pool. It's very quiet. Very relaxing. Nice neighbourly atmosphere around Isabelle's apartment a nice mix of locals and visitors. Daily swimming in the tidal pool (make sure to check tidal tables), jogging or walking along beautiful natural coast both to the south and north. A very quiet and peaceful setting. Isabelle was wonderful, such a nice person.

Fernando es muy buen anfitrión y Belén nos recibió estupendamente. A la casa no le falta detalle y cerca hay restaurantes y un pequeño market para comprar lo necesario. Recorrimos la isla desde aquí sin dificultad. Fernando nos dio flexibilidad para dejar la casa adaptándonos al horario del avión de vuelta y estuvo en comunicación con nosotros durante nuestra estancia. Todo resultó estupendo. Muchas gracias

Wir können das Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet: Der Ort selbst ist angenehm ruhig und nicht überlaufen wie andere Orte auf der Insel. Gleichzeitig liegt das Apartment sehr zentral – ein Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, zahlreiche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und eine Bäckerei direkt im Haus, ideal für ein gemütliches Frühstück. Ein großer Parkplatz befindet direkt vor dem Apartment. Zum Apartment im 1. Stock führt eine kleine Treppe. Zur Strandpromenade sind es gerade einmal 200 Meter leicht bergab. Das Apartment selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und bietet genau die richtige Größe. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders schön: Vom ersten Stock aus hat man durch die erhöhte Lage sogar einen kleinen Meerblick am Horizont. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war der sehr schwache Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Trotzdem klare Empfehlung!

Wij kwamen met 6 naar Lanzarote om foto’s te nemen voor een juwelen en bikini brand. De villa van Ingvar was hier de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor! De villa zelf had zoveel mooie hoekjes, het licht valt prachtig en het uitzicht is onbetaalbaar mooi. De villa is groter dan op de foto’s, je heb veel ruimte. De villa voelt heel privé en is mooi afgesloten van de andere verblijven. Je zet 2 stappen en staat in een prachtige ruwe natuuromgeving. Wij hebben enorm genoten! Bedankt!

Environnement très calme et reposant. La piscine et les autres équipement était très bien et bien adaptée!!! Le logement était très propre et tout mis à disposition, rien à dire sur l’hygiène. L’hôte était réactive et nous a donner des conseils sur plein de chose

Appartement fidèle à la description et Photos, équipement complet et bien plus. Vue sur mer magnifique de La terrasse, et du salon avec cette grande fenêtre. on se sent tout de suite bien dans cet appartement d’une propreté irréprochable, avec des attentions comme du vin, fromage local, et 5 l d’eau minéral. Directement sur le front de mer et de sa promenade de 5 km. Costa Teguisé s’est avérée une bonne localisation pour sillonner Lanzarote en totalité car à mi-chemin de tout ce qui peut être visité, randonné, baignade ou en vélo. La terrasse est hyper agréable car à moitié au soleil et à l’ ombre avec des transats tout neufs vs photo, la résidence est comme l’Apartement, chaque jour Tout est entretenu, le stationnement dans la rue est facile. Tous les commerces nécessaires sont derrière la résidence. Nous avons préféré picnic ou les restaurants des plages des lieux de visite et des beaux petits villages en bord de mer. Sans hésiter, nous reviendrons, en plus Tao a été flexible. Top!

Logement très bien situé à Puerta del Carmen, supermarché en bas de la résidence, plages, restaurants et bars accessibles à 5min à pieds, nous y avons passé une semaine, et tout s’est bien passé. Matteo est très sympa et accueillant ! Je recommande !

Eravamo due amiche e ci siamo trovate come a casa! Descrizione e foto corrispondevano perfettamente all’alloggio, abbiamo trovato adorabile la veranda e il bagno era perfettamente in ordine. A due passi da El Charco e dal centro città questo all’alloggio offre anche ottima posizione per spostarsi sia a nord che a sud dell’isola. Ringraziamo infinitamente Tamara, sperando di essere state delle ospiti brave e attente come lei lo è stata nei nostri confronti.

Bell’appartamento, pulito e con tutto il necessario. Zona tranquilla, vicina a un supermercato e comoda per muoversi in tutta l’isola. Daniel è stato disponibile per tutta la durata del nostro viaggio e ha accolto subito anche una nostra richiesta,super consigliato!

Enricos place is a marvellous place to stay. He was extremely helpful with any minor issues we had. The accommodation itself has a beautiful kitchen area with every possible utility imaginable including a dishwasher, fridge,microwave and oven. The bathroom has modern shower, toilet and sink. The bed was comfortable and the room a nice temperature for sleeping. It has a beautiful balcony with seats and a table for alfresco dining. The view from the balcony is very nice with a sea view. Thank you Enrico for your hospitality and help. We will certainly be back. X

Superb apartment..peaceful surroundings very quiet all day..easy access to shops and restaurants. Monica was very good to respond to any questions, excellent host thank you. There was some renovation going on in another apartment but limited disruption. Overall Excellent choice.

We have stayed in this apartment previously and loved it. It’s probably a little tired looking however absolutely clean and just as we remember it. We would definitely come back again.
