i’ve stayed at a lot of places in my time for different work trips as a business owner. This house tops it off by far. Jenifer was an exceptional host always responding straight away. the house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures, was definitely worth the price without a doubt. Jenifer catered to all of my needs aswell. Honestly can’t say a bad word about the house, my stay or the experience. Best play i’ve stayed at to date.

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria/Paula’s house. It was located in very friendly area with restaurants and transportation near by, it was very easy to walk to grocery stores and cafes near by and had a great time in Barcelona!

We had such a wonderful time here, a beautiful private terrace and so peaceful yet right in the middle of the city, one of the best equipped places we’ve ever stayed too, with lots of info also provided on the nearby area, and Jaume was a very kind generous and friendly host. The best place we have stayed in the city over the years we’ve visited, and we immediately booked to return on our next visit!

We had an amazing time in this listing. Recently remodelled, gorgeous views from the roof terrace. The local community and Lidia were lovely and very receptive to us. Decent travel into the local town and into barcelona considering none of us drive. The house was very clean and had all necessary amenities. Lidia was super helpful our first night with advice for the local area

We enjoyed our stay at Cristina's house. The house is very charming, the environment and the outdoor areas are peaceful, the terrass under the tree is an invitation to relax and enjoy long evenings with friends! The metro is just 5 minutes walking, and we feel in the countryside whereas the citycenter is only 30 minutes from home. Everything was clean, the beds are confortable, the living room is warm and welcoming. Moreover, the communication was very easy and Ursula gave us some advices for how to take the transports from the Airport. Thank you Cristina and Ursula, we wish we could stay longer!

Good place accessible pool plenty transport links to attractions and busier areas nearby. Lovely restaurants and bakeries nearby within 10/15 minute walk. Plenty amenities to cook with and watch telly and good size balcony.

Logement dans un environnement extraordinaire, avec une magnifique vue et un jardin plus que beau. Vous avez de quoi vous amuser toute la journée ! Les hôtes sont très réactifs et donne des instructions claires et précises concernant le logement. Merci à eux !

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to everything yet quiet. But the highlight was definitely the terrace — it made our mornings and evenings truly special. Would love to come back!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Mercedes. Mercedes est une personne très agréable,souriante,toujours disponible pour discuter et rendre service. Plus qu'une hôte,on dirait qu elle est de la famille. elle donne des bons conseils de visites et autres. Ses logements sont très bien équipés, très fonctionnels et la piscine un gros plus après des journées de visites sous la chaleur! Barcelone est à 30 mins en train et il faut compter 20 mins de marche pour rejoindre la station de train. Il y a des bus à passer à 50 m de sa maison mais peu fréquent surtout le week-end. Nous avons manger dans 1 super restaurant la Ponderosa à 10mins de marche ou la paella,les tapas sont excellents et bon marché! Pour résumer je conseille fortement le logement de Mercedes qui se trouve au calme loin du tumulte de Barcelone pour passer des soirée détente et des nuits reposantes. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. We absolutely loved the Villa. Recently visited for my sisters 50th bday. There was 6 of us and the Villa had everything we needed. The facilities were so clean and had everything we needed. The pool was cleaned before we arrived and was such a treat. The amenities were fantastic Highly recommend this place. The neighborhood was also so peaceful. The host was fantastic. So kind and went over and beyond to help us. Cannot wait to book again!!! Thank you for making our stay so perfect.

En primer lugar debo decir que me parece espectacular y con mucha consideración hacia un huésped que viene viajando hace muchas horas recibirlo con agua en la heladera, café y azucar y algunas cosillas más que son muy incómodas de ir a comprar ni bien uno llega... así nos recibió Sharon! Muchísimas gracias por tan buen recibimiento. Con respecto al piso, solo cosas buenas tengo para decir, muy lindo, cómodo, limpio y la ubicación es excelente! Sin dudas volvería. Super recomendado!!

Very friendly and accomodating hotel, the apartments are an extension of the hotel so we recieved the hotel ammenities and concierge service in addition to the privacy of an airbnb style accomodation 10/10

Marc est un hôte très sympa. L appartement est bien placé 30 min à pied du centre historique, 10 min des plages, proche du métro. La résidence est calme et familiale, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

We had a wonderful time!!! I traveled with my family of 6. Plenty of room. The washer and dryer was wonderful amenity. My 78 year old In laws loved the place. In the center of gothic district. Shopping and restaurants extremely close. Would Definitely book again.

Great location, super friendly host met us at the apartment at the agreed time. Apartment was well equipped and clean! Everything worked as it should, no problems at all and great location next to a metro station and bars/restaurants.

Juliens apartment was beautiful and spacious! We loved having our own private balconies to enjoy in our rooms. The kitchen was lovely and well stocked. The bathroom was large enough to accommodate a few girls getting ready together! The apartment was also VERY close to the Sagrada Família and great restaurants. Easy access to the tram, metro and buses as well! Highly recommend!

Appartamento come da descrizione: confortevole e ben arredato. Pulito e completo delle necessità di base per un soggiorno breve. Aria condizionata top. Ottima la posizione (vicinissima alla Metropolitana) e facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa. La comunicazione con il management è stata molto facile e c'era sempre qualcuno pronto a rispondere alle domande e ai dubbi. Nel complesso si tratta di una sistemazione ideale per visitare la città senza trovarsi immersi nel caos delle zone più frequentate e rumorose.

We loved staying in Gracia, the neighborhood has shops, restaurants, bars and is walking distance to subway, cultural attractions overall great location. Co-host Antonio was incredible helpful, he always responded to my messages very quickly. The apartment is on 3th floor so it has some stairs, there is no AC, if you are traveling in summer you should consider that because can get hot, leaving windows open can get a little bit noisy at night. There is washing machine but no dryer. The dishwasher need some repairs.

This place is as described. Very comfortable and located in a great area with lots of restaurants and walkable to many attractions. The train station is right around the corner as well. Alejandro is super communicative ans the extra touch with the restaurant recommendations and day trips was very welcome and we took advantage of some of the suggestions. We would definitely stay here again. Just as many others said lugging the luggage up the stairs is tough but you only have to do it once.

A beautiful flat with great hosts! We were able to check in a few hours early and Mauro was easily contactable throughout the whole stay. The flat is very spacious and comfortable, with basic amenities in the kitchen and some cosmetics in the bathroom as well as cleaning/washing products. There’s also 2 balconies and 1 bathroom with a separate toilet. The internet is good, and it’s 5-10 minutes walking distance to 2 metro stations as well as the Sagrada Familia. There’s also lots of supermarkets in the area. Overall, would greatly recommend and would love to be back!

Mat's apartment was a great find in Barcelona. The location is perfect--easy walking distance to many of the sites as well as good restaurants, transportation and shopping. The apartment is spacious (there were 5 of us and there was plenty of room without being on top of each other) and very, very clean. Mat met us there to explain everything we needed to know about our stay and was quick to respond when I had a question. We had no issues or problems of any kind. He had a list of good restaurants and a map of local grocery shops, etc. Mat was a congenial host, and I would highly recommend staying at his property.
