i’ve stayed at a lot of places in my time for different work trips as a business owner. This house tops it off by far. Jenifer was an exceptional host always responding straight away. the house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures, was definitely worth the price without a doubt. Jenifer catered to all of my needs aswell. Honestly can’t say a bad word about the house, my stay or the experience. Best play i’ve stayed at to date.

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria/Paula’s house. It was located in very friendly area with restaurants and transportation near by, it was very easy to walk to grocery stores and cafes near by and had a great time in Barcelona!

Xu's house is in a very convenient location with public transport (both subway and bus). There is a well-stocked supermarket and a playground in front. The photos reflect the reality of the house. For Barcelona, it's a good value for the money.

We had such a wonderful time here, a beautiful private terrace and so peaceful yet right in the middle of the city, one of the best equipped places we’ve ever stayed too, with lots of info also provided on the nearby area, and Jaume was a very kind generous and friendly host. The best place we have stayed in the city over the years we’ve visited, and we immediately booked to return on our next visit!

Thanks again for this stay, quality accommodation with a cleanliness never seen for an Airbnb. A tortilla is left in the fridge on arrival as well as some basic products. A breathtaking view. Thank you again!

We had an amazing time in this listing. Recently remodelled, gorgeous views from the roof terrace. The local community and Lidia were lovely and very receptive to us. Decent travel into the local town and into barcelona considering none of us drive. The house was very clean and had all necessary amenities. Lidia was super helpful our first night with advice for the local area

We enjoyed our stay at Cristina's house. The house is very charming, the environment and the outdoor areas are peaceful, the terrass under the tree is an invitation to relax and enjoy long evenings with friends! The metro is just 5 minutes walking, and we feel in the countryside whereas the citycenter is only 30 minutes from home. Everything was clean, the beds are confortable, the living room is warm and welcoming. Moreover, the communication was very easy and Ursula gave us some advices for how to take the transports from the Airport. Thank you Cristina and Ursula, we wish we could stay longer!

Good place, just what I needed as I was travelling by myself but also perfect for couples. Quite safe as well. Had everything you would need. Brilliant view. Polanou is probably the best neighbourhood in the city for life, cafes, restaurants and few tourists and prices not over the top, plus you can get anywhere by bus tram or metro in 15 min max.

Good place accessible pool plenty transport links to attractions and busier areas nearby. Lovely restaurants and bakeries nearby within 10/15 minute walk. Plenty amenities to cook with and watch telly and good size balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to everything yet quiet. But the highlight was definitely the terrace — it made our mornings and evenings truly special. Would love to come back!

We had a great weekend at Mercedes. Mercedes is a very pleasant person, smiling, always available to discuss and help. More than a host, it's like she's family. she gives good advice on visits and other things. Its housing is very well equipped, very functional and the pool a big plus after days of sightseeing in the heat! Barcelona is 30 mins by train and it takes 20 mins walk to reach the train station. There are buses to pass 50 m from his house but not often, especially on weekends. We ate at 1 great restaurant, La Ponderosa, 10 mins' walk away, where the paella and tapas are excellent and cheap! To summarize, I highly recommend Mercedes' accommodation, which is quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona, for relaxing evenings and restful nights. We absolutely loved the Villa. Recently visited for my sisters 50th bday. There was 6 of us and the Villa had everything we needed. The facilities were so clean and had everything we needed. The pool was cleaned before we arrived and was such a treat. The amenities were fantastic Highly recommend this place. The neighborhood was also so peaceful. The host was fantastic. So kind and went over and beyond to help us. Cannot wait to book again!!! Thank you for making our stay so perfect.

First of all, I must say that I think it's spectacular and with a lot of consideration for a guest who has been traveling for many hours to welcome them with water in the refrigerator, coffee and sugar and some other things that are very inconvenient to go and buy as soon as you arrive... that's how Sharon welcomed us! Thank you very much for such a warm welcome. Regarding the apartment, I only have good things to say, very nice, comfortable, clean and the location is excellent! I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!!

Very friendly and accomodating hotel, the apartments are an extension of the hotel so we recieved the hotel ammenities and concierge service in addition to the privacy of an airbnb style accomodation 10/10

Great place and great location.

We had a wonderful time!!! I traveled with my family of 6. Plenty of room. The washer and dryer was wonderful amenity. My 78 year old In laws loved the place. In the center of gothic district. Shopping and restaurants extremely close. Would Definitely book again.

Great location, super friendly host met us at the apartment at the agreed time. Apartment was well equipped and clean! Everything worked as it should, no problems at all and great location next to a metro station and bars/restaurants.

This place is as described. Very comfortable and located in a great area with lots of restaurants and walkable to many attractions. The train station is right around the corner as well. Alejandro is super communicative ans the extra touch with the restaurant recommendations and day trips was very welcome and we took advantage of some of the suggestions. We would definitely stay here again. Just as many others said lugging the luggage up the stairs is tough but you only have to do it once.

Great place to stay for a trip to Barcelona. Really central location and a lot of places are walkable in 30 mins and it's also near two metro stations. The flat is big and spacious and the bedroom is peaceful at night. Light does get in by the glass bathroom door but wasn't an issue for us. There is also a small Juliette balcony which you can stand on but not really sit outside. I would highly recommend this flat for a couple or friends weekend in Barcelona.

A beautiful flat with great hosts! We were able to check in a few hours early and Mauro was easily contactable throughout the whole stay. The flat is very spacious and comfortable, with basic amenities in the kitchen and some cosmetics in the bathroom as well as cleaning/washing products. There’s also 2 balconies and 1 bathroom with a separate toilet. The internet is good, and it’s 5-10 minutes walking distance to 2 metro stations as well as the Sagrada Familia. There’s also lots of supermarkets in the area. Overall, would greatly recommend and would love to be back!

Mat's apartment was a great find in Barcelona. The location is perfect--easy walking distance to many of the sites as well as good restaurants, transportation and shopping. The apartment is spacious (there were 5 of us and there was plenty of room without being on top of each other) and very, very clean. Mat met us there to explain everything we needed to know about our stay and was quick to respond when I had a question. We had no issues or problems of any kind. He had a list of good restaurants and a map of local grocery shops, etc. Mat was a congenial host, and I would highly recommend staying at his property.

We loved our stay at Ricard’s place! Everything was just as expected and Ricard was quick to respond to any questions or needs. The location was perfect-a quiet little garden retreat in the heart of a hip neighborhood and steps away from all the sites we wanted to see. I would absolutely stay with Ricard again!

Yeni's place is excellent. It is well located, very tidy, and has all you need, and more, for a relaxing stay. Yeni is very helpful, even arranging the taxi to the airport for our departure. The house is clean, and tidy, and fits the description well. It is a great example of a well looked after house, which is situated within relatively short walk to the metro, or there are plenty of taxis driving by that you can easily hail. There are also a number of eateries close by, including right outside the door. Overall, a great place to stay, relax, and soak up Barcelona.
