In einem mittelalterlichen Haus in der Altstadt von Völkermarkt liegt die Wohnung im 2. Stock mit Blick über die Dächer, den Hauptplatz und in den grünen Innenhof. Die alten Gemäuer und die wunderschönen Holzbauteile wurden liebevoll restauriert. Um den historischen Charakter zu erhalten haben wir natürliche Baumaterialien verwendet. Besonders sind die Gewölbedecken und die romantischen Holztreppen. Die niedrigen Türen sowie die unebenen Wände und Böden geben der Wohnung den besonderen Charme.

Sie ist mit Doppelbett, Schlafsofa, Küche, Gas-Herd, Kühlschrank, Dusche, WC, Pelletsofen sowie PV-Anlage ausgestattet. Auf der eigenen Terrasse kannst Du entspannt frühstücken, dich sonnen und den den Sonnenuntergang bei einem Gläschen Wein genießen. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.
