Accommodation as advertised with a magnificent view and an exceptional terrace. The location is ideal for visiting lowland without taking a long drive. In addition, a beach is accessible at the bottom of the residence and it is perfect for spending a moment after a visit. there are also many restaurant choices not far from the apartment (you can even have pizza delivered). Very good communication with Cc.

Very pleasant stay, Guadeloupe is still as beautiful and exotic, 15 days in paradise. Very nice accommodation, a little far from the hustle and bustle of Sainte-Rose, quiet but easy to access when you have spotted the place 😉 (GPS a little lost on arrival).

Francis is efficient, easy communication and is proactive in case of problems (for example, big power outage in this part of the island, he connected his generator for us to have the power). The location is great, in nature, on the heights of Petit Bourg, ideal for not being far from the airport or to access all the roads of the island! We loved getting around , everything is 45 minutes away/1 hour max. Finally, the listing is over-equipped! It has everything. The spa is a real plus every night we relaxed. We live outside, the accommodation lends itself to it while being sheltered from the wind and rain. The owners live above, but you have your privacy and autonomy. A real favorite for this accommodation in Saint-François! The bungalow is decorated with great taste, every detail is taken care of and the atmosphere is both warm and exotic — perfect for starting our honeymoon in the best conditions. Upon arrival, we had the pleasant surprise of finding fresh fruit, everything needed for the next day's breakfast, as well as a delicious homemade planter. Stevan even brought us a second bottle and some ripe mangos, a real treat! He was very attentive throughout the stay, very responsive and always ready to share valuable advice about the surroundings. The accommodation is ideally located, close to the sea and all amenities, while being very quiet. The private pool, the fully-equipped kitchen and the very well-appointed outdoor spaces allowed us to really enjoy ourselves. If we have to come back to Guadeloupe, it will be without any hesitation here, with our eyes closed! Thank you!!!

House as described, mask, towel, ice tray, A/C, cooler, icebread, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, hanging rack, wires to spread towels, available on site. Hosts are very friendly, attentive and responsive to various requests. They are rich in information to ask if you are considering excursions to the other islands of Guadeloupe (including Marie Galante). Thanks to Délia, Stéphane (Greg enjoyed interacting with you) and not to mention Louis and if you are lucky you can participate in the private sales organized by Délia with local artisans. NB to take into consideration the pool is that of the owners and is shared with the tenants

Perfect location for all the sights in Basse Terre. Monique’s cottage is ideal for a couple looking for peace and quiet and has all the facilities needed for a self catering stay. The cottage is decorated beautifully and has a fantastic outdoor space for eating and relaxing especially in the evenings listening to the various sounds of nature. We rented a car to make the most of the island and reach the numerous hikes around La Soufriere and the Parc Nacional. Monique is super helpful and a great hostess, she made us a Ti Punch on our first night as a welcome which was delicious! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the cottage.

Pascale and Sam are very welcoming hosts, always available and responsive. Our stay at the bungalow was great. The equipment and the accommodation are very clean, the bedding is really comfortable. The pool with sea views and sunsets are beautiful.
