Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Governador Island

The apartment was very nice and clean, with everything we needed. The location was great if you plan to use the public transportation. Easy access to santos dumont, the tram, and the metro. Great for exploring the centro district walking, with some decent food nearby. We had appointments with the US Consulate and the CASV while we were staying. You can easily walk to the consulate and 2 stops on the tram you can be at Santos Dumont (where the CASV was located) The store at the bottom was convenient, the building is nice with 24/7 reception and security and many more amenities. Overall great experience especially if you have business in the Centro district. I would stay again!

The environment is very peaceful, very close to the Flamengo beach, it has a bike point right in front, in the surroundings many restaurants, bars and markets, in short... only compliments from the region. The apartment is as described and in the photos, with an extremely privileged and extremely beautiful view. We stayed to participate in the Rio Marathon and it was literally 5 to 7 minutes walking, in addition to being very close to Santos Dumont airport, which is a huge facility both on the way to and from home. Anyway, only compliments about the place and its hosts, rent without fear!

The studio is very nice. It meets all the needs of those who stay, it has everything we need. Wonderful location, we didn't use transportation to get where we wanted to go. The Host is very considerate and polite. I will always recommend it and we will definitely return more often.❤️

This apartment truly exceeded our expectations. Airy, bright, and impeccably furnished. The view of Ipanema beach is breathtaking. We felt completely safe at all hours, and the location couldn’t be better: steps from the beach, close to everything we needed. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the internet was fast and reliable for work. Mario was an outstanding host — responsive, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about hospitality.

Claudia was a delight. The place is gorgeous. The location is perfect, 1 min walk away from station, 5 min walk from Ipanema.

First of all, I have to start by saying that Enzo was the best Airbnb host I have ever encountered in my life!!! Always quick to respond, gave me great local recommendations, helped me search for tours, and even approved my request to check out quite late, which was extremely generous and kind. Second, the apartment is great. Comfortable bed with everything you need. Clean and smelled nice. There is a 24/7 very friendly front desk, so I felt safe. Finally, the location is second to none!! You are a 2-minute walk from Copacabana beach, and there are multiple really nice restaurants around the apartment. Thank you so much, Enzo. When I visit Rio again, I will definitely be staying in one of your apartments.

Perfect apartment! Very tasteful architecture and decoration and with a wonderful view! Think of a relaxing experience, you can read a book and have a coffee in that armchair overlooking the lagoon! We were delighted. I would like to mention Leonardo, who prepared everything for us to have an unforgettable stay. We were greeted with a glass of wine and he even took care to leave coffee capsules for every day of our stay. It's that care that makes the difference! Thank you Leonardo! A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

Diogo received me in such short notice, and was flexible with my check out time. Marianna was also really helpful, responsive and communicative. The place was cosy and had all the utensils needed. Will deffo recommend.

Ana has one of the most beautifully designed and furnished homes I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in, surrounded by nature and beauty, with the city just a few lights away, I can’t say enough about how great the place was. I believe, without a doubt, that this is one of the best spaces in Copacabana. Explico: new environment, spacious, clean, very quiet; perfect kitchen, with all the necessary utensils (electric coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.). It has hot water on all the taps and the shower is of high quality. The two conditioned ares are new and with clean filters. The whole place is very clean and organized. There is nothing missing! The street is practically inside a village and there is no noise at all. It is close to the Bread and Company bakery - which sells the best powdered biscuits with cheese; from the Adega Pérola boat; from many bars, markets and gyms, as well as being less than 100 m from the Arcoverde metro station. In addition, Gregório is a host example: always available and with a diuturnal attention. I will always return, the space this spectacular, when you return to Rio, if you have availability!!!

It was an excellent stay, the condominium is excellent, I highly recommend it for those seeking tranquility and practicality, it was easy to access, it is safe, it has everything necessary and Sergio was a great host. The beach is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet for walking, places with good value for money, pharmacy. The view from the apartment is beautiful, facing the beach. It is close to Reserva Beach (10 min by bike from Itaú, which is next door), which is surreal in its beauty!

We enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back! The view is better in person than in the photos and the apartment itself is very comfortable for 2 people. The space was very clean and cleaning service comes in daily if requested. Very walkable area and felt safe with 24hr downstairs security. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!!!

I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and an efficient administration. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay! Close to everything; bakery, market, warehouse, subway, bus stop. Not to mention that next to the apartment there is a very famous restaurant with great prices that is open until 2 or 3 a.m. So I felt super safe arriving late. It would always return!

I just have to thank Fernanda for all the support she gave me. Location near the center of Lapa, you can walk easily, everything is nearby. The concierge was extremely polite with me, towels, bed linen, extremely fragrant environment. My birthday in Rio was wonderful, and much of it has to do with this wonderful stay, I hope to return again.

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On my next trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!
