Holiday rentals with beach access in Governador Celso Ramos

We spent a few days in a super comfortable place, with incredible surroundings. Ideal combination for rest and recreation. Highly recommended and surely it will be a destination to return and if the same place to stay is available. Very good attention from the host, with good recommendations from the area.

The apt is very spacious and comfortable; perfectly equipped, clean, neat, close to the beach, in a quiet spa that surprised us pleasantly. Carlos and Lisiane were very friendly and helpful, they always responded to us immediately and clearly. We went with our 2 daughters and felt right at home. We'd love to come back!

We were well received and well accommodated, everything was impeccable from the entrance to the apartment until our departure, Marcelo always offering assistance in what we needed, and clarifying our doubts. Rooms, kitchen, bathrooms well cleaned and tidy, offering everything it promised, cozy house and with a privileged view! We will definitely be back!! 💗

It's our first time in Brazil. I traveled with my best friend and arriving at Shirley's home was a gift to the soul. Cozy from the first moment, they welcomed us with their hearts. They're nice people. The room has a view of the sea and while you sleep, you never stop hearing the waves. It's like a melody for the soul. 🤍 If you're looking for something like home, this is where you have to come. Barra is very safe. You eat well and you can go out at any time to explore. It's beautiful. Thank you for the experience and for being nice people. That's very valuable to us. WE WANT TO GO BACK NOW! 🫶🏻

Carlos is very kind and willing to help. It allowed us to check in earlier. The dpto is much nicer than the photos, beautiful decor and the complex very complete. Very close to la.playa. The mercadito 24hrs has muyyy good prices and accept pix. Breakfast in Beto very rich. Very grateful to Carlos. Wonderful stay 🥰

My family and I really liked the apartment, practically new, with furniture and appliances in excellent condition and well maintained. We found the property extremely clean and organized, with beautiful decoration. The location is also very good, close to the Palmas club, where we had lunch and also close to several shops. It was also possible to walk to the beach. As for Mr. Domingos, he was always very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

The place is exactly as presented in the listing, the house is very well planned and tastefully decorated, the owner's concern to offer a comfortable place with everything you need for day-to-day utilities is clear. The women in the family thought it was great to even have a hair dryer. The cleanliness is another point to be commented on, the house was impeccable when we arrived, Lucas was always very helpful and concerned with our well-being, in short, only compliments, it is very worthwhile.

Beautiful Suite in Florianópolis! The view is incredible and gorgeous, the room is spacious and the bed is very large and soft! The coffee maker is very nice! We had treats like fruit, cold cuts, breads and stuff in the minibar. The bathroom is very beautiful, with a wonderful view and was made in harmony with the natural rocks, fantastic construction! Gabriela and her husband Júlio welcomed us very well and were always available to help us! Lucimar was always attentive with the stay and giving us directions. We hope to return soon and we highly recommend it to everyone!

This house is beautiful! The decoration is a spectacle, the cleanliness and organization are a 10, its location is perfect in front of the beach and 10 minutes on foot from Praia das Cordas! Vanio welcomed us very warmly! Extremely organized and beautiful house, very well equipped house, if I had forgotten something I would have had it at the house's disposal. My kids enjoyed it a lot, like the whole family.

We love the house, well equipped and has everything you need to spend your stay, in the kitchen I thought it was very cool, which is available salt, sugar, coffee, oil, vinegar and seasonings to cook, basic things that we don't need to worry about. Bed and towels were clean and smelling. In the bathrooms there were available, soap, toothpaste and toilet paper. Host Bárbara is very dear, was very attentive to all the details of the house for us to receive, responded quickly and was very flexible with chekin and checkout. We were welcomed with a basket full of treats, mineral water in the refrigerator and a handwritten letter of welcome❤️. Dolphin Beach is beautiful is close to the house, we did the amazing boat ride. We visit other beaches of Governador Celso Ramos and all are beautiful 😍 Thank you and I will see you soon 😘🫶

We had a wonderful stay, very well located house, super quiet place and we felt a lot of security, plus we loved the heated pool, a plus we didn't expect. I'll refer you to friends and family and I'll be back.

The house is better than the photos, clean, comfortable and with all the utensils needed for a comfortable stay. The location, with a barbecue facing the sea and standing on the sand was an incredible experience, it could roast meat and dive into the sea between a spike and another. The side-by-side restaurant is wonderful, and has 2 very close markets, one is from Grasiela's father-in-law, they are super helpful and willing to help with everything possible, they loaned me even a stove to fry fish. We were in 4 adults and 2 children, the beach is perfect for children, it is not very busy and the sea is very calm. In short, the house and the place are so good that I tried to rent another week, I just didn't stay because the house was already rented. We loved the house and would definitely come back.

Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs that make it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but this is only an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.

Wonderful place, facing the beach. Waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. Going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is great. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. Kind and polite people... a paradise.

This is our second time staying at a property of Mrs. Rosa and both times were perfect. We'll be back more often!
