Holiday rentals with beach access in Governador Celso Ramos

We spent a few days in a super comfortable place, with incredible surroundings. Ideal combination for rest and recreation. Highly recommended and surely it will be a destination to return and if the same place to stay is available. Very good attention from the host, with good recommendations from the area.

Our stay in Mr Lauri's apartment was perfect ! Tdo was like on the ad ! Otimo apto , location , a beautiful view of the sea and organized and clean . An excellent apt . The apt is very spacious and comfortable; perfectly equipped, clean, neat, close to the beach, in a quiet spa that surprised us pleasantly. Carlos and Lisiane were very friendly and helpful, they always responded to us immediately and clearly. We went with our 2 daughters and felt right at home. We'd love to come back!

Excellent accommodation! Everything is very new, clean and organized! It is quite spacious and has a great barbecue/balcony space. Diogo was extremely helpful, fast and proactive in communication! I definitely recommend it and I will definitely come back.

Marcia has always been very kind and attentive. The building is new, beautiful, well cared for and the garage has good size and easy access. Perhaps it would be interesting to have known that GPS (Maps and Waze) leads to a different address. Less bad that Marcia helped us to get to it smoothly! Even if the apt is located on the 1st floor, the lack of elevator can be a problem for those who bring heavy bags. The apartment is great size, is well clean, beautiful and well equipped. Without a doubt, we will return to him next time we go to Palmas.

Large apartment, perfectly accommodated 8 adults, balcony in the living room and in the three bedrooms with perfect sea view, all exactly as in the listing. Everything clean and organized with great location. Attentive host gave us all the necessary guidelines and clarified doubts quickly.

It is difficult to make an assessment at the time of the accommodation, as the whole package is absolutely amazing: The place, the tranquility, the safety, the silence, the nature everywhere, structure and utensils, architecture and good aesthetic taste, the cleaning and finally the service and support throughout the stay. It was irreplaceable days that we spent in the house, the rare mixture of a foot-style house in the sand with so much privacy and silence provides a degree of unparalleled relaxation, which I believe I had not yet experienced in any other stay. By a wide margin, I can tell you that the actual delivery of hosting as a whole is superior to what photos allow you to dazzle at first and also true to what all guest reviews try to narrate. And to close, Marleti's support was perfect at all times, as well as the care and services of Clauci (homemade) were essential for us to enjoy our stay in the best way. The biggest certainty is that we will be back.

This house is beautiful! The decoration is a spectacle, the cleanliness and organization are a 10, its location is perfect in front of the beach and 10 minutes on foot from Praia das Cordas! Vanio welcomed us very warmly! Extremely organized and beautiful house, very well equipped house, if I had forgotten something I would have had it at the house's disposal. My kids enjoyed it a lot, like the whole family.

We love the house, well equipped and has everything you need to spend your stay, in the kitchen I thought it was very cool, which is available salt, sugar, coffee, oil, vinegar and seasonings to cook, basic things that we don't need to worry about. Bed and towels were clean and smelling. In the bathrooms there were available, soap, toothpaste and toilet paper. Host Bárbara is very dear, was very attentive to all the details of the house for us to receive, responded quickly and was very flexible with chekin and checkout. We were welcomed with a basket full of treats, mineral water in the refrigerator and a handwritten letter of welcome❤️. Dolphin Beach is beautiful is close to the house, we did the amazing boat ride. We visit other beaches of Governador Celso Ramos and all are beautiful 😍 Thank you and I will see you soon 😘🫶

Sergio is a wonderful host—very kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. The stay was extremely comfortable, as the house had absolutely everything one might need. The location is fantastic, although it might be a bit challenging for those who aren’t physically prepared—but it’s still quite accessible. The view from the window is absolutely breathtaking—it's hard to imagine anything better. Thank you so much, Sergio, for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

We spent a very good weekend, super cozy guesthouse, like the photos, a wonderful view, crossed the street is already on Lagoinha beach. The center has all great restaurants, shops,supermarkets the best you can walk. Eduardo's left us super will we feel at home. We love our super indico weekend.

Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs that make it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but this is only an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.

Wonderful place, facing the beach. Waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. Going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is great. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. Kind and polite people... a paradise.

This is our second time staying at a property of Mrs. Rosa and both times were perfect. We'll be back more often!

The complete apartment of everything, with all the utensils, crockery and Household Eletro. Impeccable Cleaning! New and smelling linens. All rooms flavoured.... a delight! Our stay included 5 adults and 1 child, apartment supplied perfectly. Well located building, close to the beach (3 blocks), general commerce and children's play. Our stay was perfect! The best place we've been to this day! Recommended!

Great place , very close to the beach, just cross the avenue. You can leave the car and do everything on foot .
