Matias is a very kind and proactive host, met us on the way to open the house and show us everything. The house is better than in the photos, very spacious and with all the utensils necessary for a good stay. Ventilator in all the rooms, a warm pool all day, bed linen and clean towels, a very organized house, all easy to find. The cleaning of the house deserves an honorable mention, as I have never stayed in a house as clean as this one. I have no negative observation to make of this accommodation, on the contrary, I only have compliments. I liked this stay too much. Congratulations on the care and whim with everything, Matias. We were satisfied!!! Great location, very clean space, with several utensils and the host responded quickly. The only thing is that we are allergic and on the second day the house smelled a little musty. But expected for the time of year and for being a house that is very closed.

The accommodation was excellent, the house is large, well lit, super clean! Large and comfortable rooms, hot water in the bathroom, comfortable beds, utensils in great condition. I went with a gang of friends and everyone loved the place! Mariana made us comfortable and was always very willing to provide anything we needed, gave us several tips of places to go and went after the schedule of all the events that were happening during our stay. The space is very nice, beautiful and quiet with a very complete kitchen, a very spacious balcony with barbecue, so that we can enjoy well even with rain. I highly recommend staying at Casa Encantada and without a doubt I intend to return!

The place was a great option for a short stay in Diamantina, it is very close to the historic center. It has a large garage and the apartment is very spacious. Leonice was super kind and flexible about check-in and check-out times. I recommend the rental.

It is worth noting that the house is on the side of the main streets of the historic center, so you can do everything on foot, this was a great differential for me!
