There are so many qualities that I don't know where to start rs. The house is spacious, comfortable and all new. The pool is show and the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. Matias is a very kind and proactive host, met us on the way to open the house and show us everything. The house is better than in the photos, very spacious and with all the utensils necessary for a good stay. Ventilator in all the rooms, a warm pool all day, bed linen and clean towels, a very organized house, all easy to find. The cleaning of the house deserves an honorable mention, as I have never stayed in a house as clean as this one. I have no negative observation to make of this accommodation, on the contrary, I only have compliments. I liked this stay too much. Congratulations on the care and whim with everything, Matias. I hope to return soon.

Very quiet environment. Close to a bakery. Easy communication with Janaína and her father, always very attentive. Everything is clean and organized. I really enjoyed it!

A beautiful little historical house very tastefully renovated. Very nice interior of good quality and condition. The kitchen has everything required for cooking. Centrally located, so everything can be done by foot. The street is very busy during the day but quiet at night. One can reach the historical center walking 5min without climbing steep streets. Nathalie is a very nice host, always replying questions very quick and has a lot good tips for restaurants, sightseeing etc. We really felt like home and would always come back.

We were satisfied!!! Great location, very clean space, with several utensils and the host responded quickly. The only thing is that we are allergic and on the second day the house smelled a little musty. But expected for the time of year and for being a house that is very closed.

We are a family composed of 3 adults and we were quite comfortable in the house. All very clean and top notch. Lots of breakfast option, with a very kind employee who brought it and maintained the accommodation. We didn't have to worry about anything. Nathalia is a love, very considerate and gave me precious tips. Diamantina is a treat! We definitely enjoyed our short time because of our hosts. Thank you very much. We'll be back!

The place was a great option for a short stay in Diamantina, it is very close to the historic center. It has a large garage and the apartment is very spacious. Leonice was super kind and flexible about check-in and check-out times. I recommend the rental.
