Beachfront holiday rentals in Gournes Gouvon

It was absolutely amazing. Beautiful views from veranda. Gorgeously traditional house. A step away from a lovely beach. It was up a short, steep hill, perfect for us but might not be for everyone.

Antonias Appartment is beautyful, very Close to restaurants and bars. The terrasse is just the most perfekt place to chill and relax. We loved every minute and hat a great time.

Jekaterina hat uns sehr herzlich und super flexibel empfangen. Unser Flug hatte abends Verspätung und dann waren unsere Koffer auch noch weg. Sie hat sofort ihre Hilfe angeboten und super schnell auf fragen reagiert. Sie macht das ganze Management rund ums Haus ganz, ganz toll! Das Haus ist genauso wie in der Beschreibung. Eine fantastische Außenanlagen und in 3 min ist man am Strand. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich bei Jekaterina, dass sie unser Host war und schicken ganz liebe Grüße nach Kreta.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement. Athina nous a bien accueilli et nous avons profité du cadre pour transiter entre les différents points touristiques (Cnossos, Spinalonga, et plages alentours) et la plage à 5min à pied qui nous a ravi. Nous étions une famille de 4 (avec 2 enfants en bas âge) et nous ne manquions de rien. Merci encore

The apartment was ideally located, very close to the beach and restaurants, but we were not disturbed by any noise whatsoever. Plenty of space for a couple and a small child. The outdoor terrace has a good view of the sea. Magdalena was the perfect host, arranging transport to and from the airport and quickly responded to any questions we had. We basically had a very good time and will hopefully return in the future.

An oasis of calm close to the seafront, harbour and old town. The house is beautifully renovated and as all that you need for your stay. Communicating with the owners was excellent & we got an instant response. It would have been helpful to have a bit more information about services in the immediate area especially grocery shops. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend to others.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an direkt wohl gefühlt. Tolles Apartment, eine super Hotelanlage mit herrlichem Pool und keine 2 Minuten vom Strand zu Fuß entfernt. In näherer Umgebung weitere tolle Strände und eine schöne Stadt zum erkunden. Alles was man sich von einem Airbnb wünscht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Η Μαρία πολύ εξυπηρετική και πολύ φιλική. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ καθαρό προσβάσιμο εύκολα και με πολύ ωραίο στυλ σε θέμα αισθητικής και πρακτικότητας ταυτόχρονα. Σίγουρα μια σούπερ επιλογή αν θέλεις να μείνεις στ αγιο και να βρίσκεσαι σε κομβικό σημείο με θέα θάλασσα.

Der Aufenthalt war großartig! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. George war freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen absolut empfehlenswert! Es gab kleine Aufmerksamkeiten von George.

Es war wundervoll, die Jungs und ich fanden am tollsten das Kaminfeuer und den Whirl im Freien, aber auch die schöne ländliche Umgebung und den Sternenhimmel bei Nacht. Sogar selbst gebackenes wurde uns vorbeigebracht. Es waren sehr liebe Gastgeber. Danke.

Me and my family stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The location is close to restaurants and nice beaches, yet very quiet. The villas are of new construction and extremely comfortable. The view is amazing. Highly recommended!

Met een groep van 9 vrienden een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Het huis was prachtig en de tuin met zwembad ook ook. Ook erg aardig dat we bij het uitchecken nog konden verblijven in een ander resort van manolis voordat we naar het vliegveld moesten. Dankjewel namens alle boys!

Stella's Home was the most positive Airbnb experience I've ever had (and I've had some really lovely ones). The place is beautiful and the views are some of the best I've ever seen with the beach being only a 6 minute walk away. Stella was also an exceptional host. She stocked the fridge with some complementary groceries which made for a really positive start to our trip, especially after a day of traveling. It was also one of the most thoughtful things a host has done for one of my stays. Stella was also very communicative, checking in to make sure everything was going well for us and if we needed anything. The hot tub was amazing, the house was spotless and comfortable, the description of the space completely accurate. 5 days was not enough for us here and if I ever make it back to Crete, I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay with George & Georgia and miss staying with them already. They are wonderful kind and helpful host and the view is so beautiful and peaceful yet so close to Heraklion airport and town. We visited with our two babies and they made sure we had everything we need. Always ready to help and giving us fruits and treats for our children they are so wonderful. 100m is a beautiful sandy beach. There is a delicious gyros from the grill and pizza 4 mins drive to the east it’s a Greek name but you will see locals there. The house is clean and spacious and cool even on hot days. We thank you George & Georgia and hope to see you again soon! For the price you cannot beat it. We recommend George & Georgia’s place to all.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Harry ist ein super Gastgeber. Super freundlich und total hilfsbereit. Ich konnte jederzeit auf ihn zurückgreifen und ich bin mir sicher er hätte in JEDER Situation geholfen. Die Unterkunft hat er sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Direkt unten sind die beiden Schlafzimmer. Wir brauchten die Klimaanlage kein Mal anmachen weil es unten so schön kühl war. Das Badezimmer unten ist auch super, hat eine Dusche und eine Toilette. Die Wendeltreppe hoch gelang man auf die 1. Etage. Hier hat man eine Küche mit Ausblick aufs Meer und eine schöne Sitzgelegenheit mit Riesen Fenster. Hier oben ist ebenfalls ein Bad mit Toilette und Dusche. Eine weitere Etage höher ist die traumhafte Dachterasse mit Wirlpool und Mega Ausblick. Es gibt sogar Boxen über die man per Bluetooth Musik abspielen kann. Eine Steckdose hat man auch oben. Unten hat man direkt zwei super Restaurants, in dem einen kann man auch Frühstücken. Von dort kam kein Lärm. Vielen Dank für alles ❤️

5 stars are not enough to give Komissa's. The home is beautiful, historic and unbelievably located. It was not lacking in any amenity and if it was Yvonne was available to provide it. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my stay was. Yvonne is a fabulous hostess; every recommendation was spot on and she was kind enough to take me to her favorite taverna where we were treated like queens. She goes the extra mile (kilometer) to ensure you have everything you could want or need. She makes sure you see the "real" Crete, not just what the tour books tell you. While the pictures are 100% accurate and completely represent the home, u you cannot see just how centrally located the home is until you are there. And the rooftop! So peaceful and surrounded by so many beautiful plants I cannot wait to come back, now that I've traveled through Greece, i can spend my entire vacation at Yvonne's home. 100 stars all the way and i can't wait to come back to Ag.Pelagia! Our family had a wonderful time here. The room was perfect and spacious for our family and everything we needed. The little play set outside entertained the kids a lot and is steps from the beach and excellent restaurants. We had a wonderful time!

Loft was exactly as advertised. Walkable restaurants and coffee shops close by. Highly recommend as a place to stay in Crete.

We absolutely loved our time here! The listing description was spot on. No surprises as everything was exactly as described. The best part was 100% the beach! Its literally right in front of the apartment! Falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves every night was so nice. Agia Pelagia itself is ideal for a relaxed vacation. The beach is peaceful, very clean, and has a great mix of sandy spots for lounging. There’s also a solid variety of restaurants nearby, plus plenty of supermarkets and souvenir shops just a short walk away. Everything you need is within walking distance. I came here with my best friend and we had the most amazing time. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful seaside getaway!

We had a really great stay at Hersonissos. The apartment was in a perfect position in the town and the host was extremely helpful and friendly. The only issue for me was having mobility issues the stairs were hard work, but I knew that was going to be the case and it was not misrepresented at all. So just be wary if you’re the same, but being extra careful to get up to the top sundeck was definitely worth it for the views - thank you!

Marlene was a very friendly and helpful host. In the flat you find everything you need (or not), from kitchen equipment to sewing sets. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Yes, as many rewiews mention the shower/bathroom is very small - but we were not there for a spa experience. And if you have average proportions and know some basic physics you can also easily shower without setting the whole thing unter water - which even isn't such a big problem as there is a drain. But I agree, it might be a plus for people who love to complain about everything ;-) Food in the taverna downstairs also very recommended. And don't miss to visit the whiskey bar right next to it at the seafront run by a very nice Scottish couple.
