Jerrod was a wonderful host and was very responsive! The place was cozy and super clean which is what I care most about. Even though we were in a neighborhood close to several other houses, it was quiet and calm. If you’re looking for a small, relaxed place to stay in Pensacola, this is it!

We had a great time staying at this tiny home! The home was clean and just as cute in person as it is in the photos, and the outdoor shower is super fun and convenient after a beach day. We were greeted by someone who didn’t appear to be Felix when we arrived. He never told us his name or his affiliation with the air bnb. Construction made it difficult to access the path to the home. He was helpful, although we were a bit concerned initially as we weren’t expecting to see anyone other than maybe the host. However, this was not a big deal and did not negatively impact our stay. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again!

Omg! This place was amazing! I absolutely love East Hill, so the location and price was perfect! This Cozy Cottage is exactly that! So cute and a perfect little getaway for two! The Host's are amazing ,friendly and very attentive! Couldnt ask for better host! Definitely a Must if you are in the area, We definitely will be staying again! Literally figuring out dates for our next stay now!
