Holiday rentals with a patio in Gothic Quarter, Ciutat Vella

Very nice host and apartment , very spacious and well equipped. Modern and very clean. Nice Terrasse area to chill and the 3 bathrooms for sure is perfect for traveling with groups . Very time efficient with that . Hot water is well supplied . Only the building elevator sometimes not working fully but there are 4 to use , which will be not problem at all.

Fab location near Sagrada Familia. Walkable to restaurants, Gothic quarter, beach/ marina shopping, and easy to commute by taxi or public transit anywhere in Barcelona. Niki was accommodating in our late arrival and met us at the apartment. She was responsive anytime we asked for any information about the area or the city in general. Couldn’t ask for a better host. She also left us wine, water, and some treats for check-in, which was very thoughtful

Linhao was an incredible host, always responding within a couple of minutes. Any questions I had, they were answered immediately. The place was a great location to access pretty much anywhere we needed to go.

Fantastic stay! Would recommend to all. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The WiFi was great and worked well for ZOOM calls across the world. Would love to return with a bigger group and stay in some of the other options on the property!

Eli was a wonderful host and was so helpful during the entire process, from booking, to arriving to check out. The apartment was in a perfect location, so walkable and so much to do. Eli’s place was big enough for all of us comfortably, we had 5 adults and 1 toddler. The location is a bit loud at night but outside of that we absolutely loved everything about staying here!

We had a great stay here! It was easy to find and had tons of walkable places nearby. The place was spacious and clean. We did run into one problem with having no hot water, but our host responded fast and they quickly came to fix the issue and it was great after that. We had a wonderful time & would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is very comfortable, everything is very clean and new. Everything worked perfectly and everything was very modern. We were 5 adults and we were all very happy. The area is nothing special, but you can find a supermarket and cafes nearby. For everything else, you have to go outside that area. The subway is about a 5-minute walk away. Andrés was very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, and he also gave us a bottle of very good red wine. I highly recommend this apartment for stays in Barcelona

i’ve stayed at a lot of places in my time for different work trips as a business owner. This house tops it off by far. Jenifer was an exceptional host always responding straight away. the house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures, was definitely worth the price without a doubt. Jenifer catered to all of my needs aswell. Honestly can’t say a bad word about the house, my stay or the experience. Best play i’ve stayed at to date.

We enjoyed 8 nights at Alella house with our two young children. Alex and Angels were great hosts and went above and beyond our expectations. They had age appropriate toys and beds available for our children and even provided safety covers for electrical outlets. They gave great recommendations for local restaurants and activities and even left breakfast from a local bakery at our door one morning. The house was exactly as pictured and was one of the cleanest and most organized Airbnb we have stayed in. The property was well maintained and the pool was perfect for relaxing. The location was great for day trips to both Barcelona and Costa Brava. I would recommend this house to all my family and friends.

Lourdes was the best host. Very communicative and helpful, even drove us to the shops. We loved our stay, very relaxing and restful after a busy five weeks in Morocco, Portugal and Spain.,

Miguel’s home was impeccably, clean and fully furnished with anything we needed. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and wonderful dining. Miguel and his wife were lovely! This truly was one of the most beautiful accommodations I have ever stayed at! I hope to return soon.

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of places round the world. But Xavier’s place is definitely one of the best I and my family stayed at. The photos are brilliant, but the actual home is A+ and every time I’m in Barcelona, I will definitely go back there. For families, it’s just amazing! It’s hard to write a review for what the experience actually is…….just go see for yourself. ❤️

We had a great stay at Zayda’s place! It was the perfect place and location as we were in town for a music festival. Zayda was very prompt with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely return and book this stay again!

My 5 day stay in Barcelona could not have been better and this is largely due to this beautiful Air B&B. The views are amazing! Sitting out on the patio for sunrises and sunsets was a daily joy. It is easy to get everywhere from Martin’s place and it is relatively quiet. Both Martin’s were very responsive and kind. I would most definitely stay here again.

Jesus was extremely helpful, responded quickly to any queries! The flat was lovely and spacious, my friend and myself had a lovely time staying there. It’s also right next to the train station so it was very convenient! Loved it!

Raul place was a perfect little apartment for our family of 4. The description and pictures show exactly what you get. We enjoyed being able to walk many places!

We had a lovely stay here. The flat is on the top floor, with a nice view of the Les Tres Xemeneies. We found it to be true to the pictures and description, very close to metro & bus station. The hosts communicated very nicely, proactively and timely. Definitely recommend!
