Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Gothic Quarter, Ciutat Vella

¡Todo tal como lo prometido y mejor! Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue excelente de principio a fin. Todo coincidía exactamente con la descripción del anuncio: limpio, bien equipado, cómodo y en una ubicación perfecta. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida, clara y amable en todo momento. El apartamento estaba impecable a nuestra llegada, con todos los detalles cuidados: desde la ropa de cama hasta los utensilios de cocina. Además, se notaba que piensan en la comodidad del huésped. Lo mejor es que no hubo sorpresas desagradables, todo fue tal como lo esperábamos (¡o incluso mejor!), lo cual se agradece mucho cuando uno viaja. Fue una experiencia tan buena que sin duda volveríamos a reservar este lugar en el futuro. ¡100% recomendable!

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria/Paula’s house. It was located in very friendly area with restaurants and transportation near by, it was very easy to walk to grocery stores and cafes near by and had a great time in Barcelona!

David ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist in einem gepflegten Zustand, die Ausstattung gut. Wir haben es genossen, außerhalb von Barcelona zu sein. Mit der S-Bahn hat man aber auch eine hervorragende Anbindung in die Stadt … alle 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns gut erholt.

We stayed here for 4 days, Jaume was really helpful in providing a binder filled with recommendations, maps & bus and train routes, and taxi numbers to get around in Barcelona! We loved the outdoor terrance. The neighborhood feels very safe and peaceful, a lot nearby cafes and restaurants, and even an outdoor & indoor shopping mall! It’s also a short walk from the bus stop and the train stations.

Charly 100% lives up to all of the incredible reviews for this property, and even exceeds them. Check-in was incredibly smooth and flexible with an offer of a lift from La Floresta station- as soon as we arrived Charly was helpful with our bags and showed us around the apartment. The apartment itself is fantastic- very tasteful and minimal on the inside making it easy to relax, cook and rest both inside the flat and on the stunning balcony that overlooks an incredible national park. Not to mention the transport links are fantastic with taxis readily available and a Train line that gets you into Barcelona very quickly (ask Charly for tips on travel cards!) Communication with Charly was smooth, prompt and knowledgeable with lots of local recommendations and keeping us updated on check-out time/procedure. This is an outstanding find and incredibly good value for money and we can't wait to return- thank you Charly for making the last portion of our trip so easy and enjoyable.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect and the apartment was very spacious and bigger than it looked in the photos! Very easy to access the apartment with the virtual keys and fast responses to any questions asked. We would definitely stay again if coming back to Barcelona.

5 ★ stay! A hidden oasis in the heart of Gràcia. The private garden was our post-party sanctuary for morning coffee and late-night wind-downs. Bed was comfy, blackout blinds kept city noise out, and we slept like rocks. Dozens of great eateries and bars within a quick bike ride, and the flat was perfectly placed for cycling everywhere (we recommend E-bikes that we didn’t have though 😅). Friendly, super friendly host 😌, spotless space, fast Wi-Fi. We would return in a heartbeat, the ideal base for mixing Barcelona’s buzz with real downtime.

Tres beau logement, situé en sous-sol du logement de la proprietaire, il est tres calme et idealement placé. A 1 minutes d'un parc pour enfant (2 à 12ans) , 5 minutes du supermarche et 8 minutes du train à pied. La ligne R1 du train met 25 minutes pour aller a la station "Catalunya", place centrale de Barcelone. La propriétaire Nancy est très réactive par message et est sympathique. Les instructions pour arriver sont claires. Il y à également tous les centres d'intérêt dans le PDF donné. 3 lits en 90 pour les petits et un lit kiiiiiinnnnnggsize pour les parents. Tout était parfait. Merci.

Diana und Darren sind die besten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Alles lief perfekt, vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise. Die Beschreibung zur Unterkunft war hervorragend. Darren hat uns abends um 23.00 h herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Fragen während des Aufenthalts wurden sofort beantwortet und wir hatten volle Unterstützung bei der Reservierung von Restaurants und Taxifahrten. Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft und sehr sauber. Dafür überwindet man gerne die 5 Stockwerke. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt und sollte es mal wieder nach Barcelona gehen, dann nur zu Diana und Darren. Vielen lieben Dank an euch beide.

What a nice stay in a busy part of the city!

Merci Rosa pour toutes vos attentions. Le logement est parfait, cosy et très bien équipé (que ce soit l'électroménager, les condiments de base, thé, café, gel douche, crème pour le corps…). C’est très appréciable.

We had a great four days in Barcelona, in part because of an excellent place to stay. Very well located, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Neighborhood was full of great restaurants and shops, only blocks from Sagrada Familia. Appreciated having lockers for our luggage due to early arrival and later departure, front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.

Was a great place if you are looking to visit Basílica de la Sagrada Familia. Walkable to local attractions, restaurants and shops. The terrace was amazing in the evenings to sit and have a glass of wine. Really enjoyed our stay. They were also accommodating when traveling with an infant.

Great place to stay, and super super proactive in dealing with an unexpected problem during our trip! Loved the neighborhood, with loads of places nearby to walk to!

Had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and in a perfect location. Everything was well-equipped and thoughtfully arranged, which made our visit very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. The only small challenge was the lack of flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which made it a bit difficult to coordinate travel plans—we ended up needing to adjust our flights. That said, everything else was truly excellent and I would absolutely recommend the stay for anyone looking for a well-kept and reliable spot. Thanks again for hosting us!

Hatten eine unvergessliche Woche in dieser schönen Stadt... Francescos Appartement auf dem Dach mit seiner genialen Aussichtsterrasse im 8. Stock mit Blick auf die Stadt war schon etwas sehr Besonderes und war jeden Cent wert! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen und hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen! Einfach nur genial in diesem "Adlerhorst" hoch oben dem Trubel der Stadt zu entfliehen und jeden Abend bei schönsten Sonnenuntergängen die erlebnisreichen Tage ausklingen lassen zu können! Auch wenn die eine Woche verging wie im Flug... haben uns selten so gut erholt! Würden jederzeit wieder buchen :-))

Enzo went above and beyond for me. He’s very responsive when I asked any questions. He was not available when we checked in, but sent someone else to assist with check in. That person did not speak much English (and my Spanish/Catalan is not good either) but Enzo called during that time to explain the rules and to assist with check in by phone. The location has a beautiful view of La Sagrada Familia from the balcony, which looked very nice with the full moon. The rooms are smaller than appears in pictures but do match the descriptions and I found the bed comfortable. Also, Enzo goes above and beyond for his guests. I had an issue with a medication prescription, and he was extremely helpful, patient and flexible in helping me out, and made sure I got it sorted out. Amazing host!

We’ve stayed in a number of air bnbs in Spain and France, and Rob’s place is our favorite. The location is great. The patios are lovely. Rob was very responsive and accommodating.

I had a lovely stay at Eduard’s place. Firstly, the apartment has an amazing terrace with views of the sunset and Sagrada Familia. I did some remote work there and it was really comfortable with fresh air coming in from the balcony doors, and convenient with an ample sized table, and high speed wifi. Eduard met me for check in and provided some good local recommendations. I highly recommend this spot and would look to stay here again in the future.

Manuela is the loveliest host, she truly made our stay so special from the moment we got there she was so kind to us, and ensured we knew we could go to her if we needed. When we had an issue with booking a taxi she was extremely helpful and when we messed it up she was understanding and helpful. Despite the language barrier she ensured to use a translation app so we could talk to her just fine, her and her husband are lovely people, and they allowed us to sit in their garden and wait whilst getting a taxi to leave. The place itself it stunning with beautiful views of the sunset nearby, the pool is absolutely perfect for a chilled time. The rooms and kitchen are pristine with everything we needed. Overall a brilliant time, felt so welcome, loved our experience! x

Marc’s place was all round a perfect stay. The terrace was the standout feature, ideal for a leisurely breakfast in the morning. The kitchen was very well equipped and all the beds were very comfortable with efficient air conditioning throughout the apartment. We all loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again if we return to Barcelona!

Jesus was extremely helpful, responded quickly to any queries! The flat was lovely and spacious, my friend and myself had a lovely time staying there. It’s also right next to the train station so it was very convenient! Loved it!

Die Kommunikation war super einfach, schnell und sehr freundlich. Check-in und Check-out liefen reibungslos. Mo war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns bei Fragen sofort geholfen und sogar ein Kinderbett und Sandspielzeug bereitgestellt – wirklich aufmerksam! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gepflegt und hatte eine herrliche Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist top: ruhig gelegen, aber mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Der Strand ist nur ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, ins Stadtzentrum sind es mit dem Taxi etwa 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden sofort wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles, Mo!
