Holiday rentals with beach access in Gothic Quarter, Ciutat Vella

We had an amazing stay at Mattieu's apartment! The hosts were so communicative and helpful, and the house was actually huge and beautiful. The location was bnrilliant and would definitely come again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place matches the photos. We loved how walkable everything was - we enjoyed dinner on the beach every night. The pool was very relaxing too. Laura was super friendly and very responsive to anything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again.

La terrasse est extraordinaire! Nous avons beaucoup appréciée y prendre le petit déjeuner ainsi que l’apéro ! L’appartement est central, avec le bus/metro/tramway direct en face, ce qui facilite beaucoup les déplacements. De plus, il y a un petit restaurant italien excellent à seulement 5 min de marche (possibilité de take out). Finalement, Judith est une hôte hors pair. Elle répond rapidement, est toujours disponible pour nous renseigner sur les attractions touristiques, suggestion de restaurants, etc. Je recommande vivement!

Thank you for letting me stay in your lovely apartment in Barcelona! Jordi gave me clear instructions on where and when to meet for check-in. As previous guests have mentioned, there are narrow stairs to get to the apartment, so it may not be so easy with a big suitcase or for less mobile people. However, I was aware of this beforehand, and it didn't bother me. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I was so happy there was air conditioning during the Barcelona summertime. :)

My husband and two teen daughters had a great stay. The apartment is clean and as described. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable and there were plenty of towels. AC units were quiet and kept us comfortable. Lots of natural light in the apartment and overall a really great stay.

We’d like to thank Ana for all the help she gave us from recommendations on restaurants, places to visit & always replied quickly. Ana even booked our taxi to the airport. Great stay in your beautiful- albeit very busy Barcelona. We ate at some fantastic restaurants. Thanks Ana for all you did for us.

카탈루냐 광장이랑 진짜 가까워요(도보 3분 정도) 다만 호스트 분 대신에 관리하는 분이 따로 있고 그 분이랑 sns 또는 이메일로 소통해서 만난 다음에 체크인이 가능한 점은 불편했어요! 그래도 대신 관리해주시는 분 응답은 비교적 빠른 편이었어요! 숙박세를 만나서 현금으로 지불해야 하고 잔돈을 거슬러주시기 힘드셔서 딱 맞게 현금 준비하는 것 추천드려요! 엘리베이터가 있어서 짐 편하게 옮길 수 있고 집은 정말 깔끔해요! 바르셀로나 근처 호텔 대비 정말 넓고 쾌적해요!!

Great location, very clean apartment and well equipped apartment. Marc was so helpful in providing information in advance of our visit. As Marc points out a four floor walk up so you need to be physically able but we managed it fine at 68 and 72. Thanks Marc

¡Todo tal como lo prometido y mejor! Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue excelente de principio a fin. Todo coincidía exactamente con la descripción del anuncio: limpio, bien equipado, cómodo y en una ubicación perfecta. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida, clara y amable en todo momento. El apartamento estaba impecable a nuestra llegada, con todos los detalles cuidados: desde la ropa de cama hasta los utensilios de cocina. Además, se notaba que piensan en la comodidad del huésped. Lo mejor es que no hubo sorpresas desagradables, todo fue tal como lo esperábamos (¡o incluso mejor!), lo cual se agradece mucho cuando uno viaja. Fue una experiencia tan buena que sin duda volveríamos a reservar este lugar en el futuro. ¡100% recomendable!

Juliana was a great host and the house matched the description very well. It was perfect for 8 friends of 40 years celebrating a 60th birthday and was a great location for local beach bars and restaurants (short walk), Barcelona (bus or train) and Sitges (train). The facilities were great. It took a while to understand the instructions for the oven to heat pizzas up and perhaps a toaster would've been useful but neither of these things affected our high opinion of the house overall. An extremely clean and tidy inside and outside area. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 4 days, Jaume was really helpful in providing a binder filled with recommendations, maps & bus and train routes, and taxi numbers to get around in Barcelona! We loved the outdoor terrance. The neighborhood feels very safe and peaceful, a lot nearby cafes and restaurants, and even an outdoor & indoor shopping mall! It’s also a short walk from the bus stop and the train stations.

Miguel’s home was impeccably, clean and fully furnished with anything we needed. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and wonderful dining. Miguel and his wife were lovely! This truly was one of the most beautiful accommodations I have ever stayed at! I hope to return soon.

Wir waren zu dritt bei Trude und Miguel und sind einfach nur begeistert! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Trude hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Miguel haben wir am nächsten Tag kennengelernt und beide sind super freundlich und offen. Außerdem haben wir sehr hilfreiche Tipps für umliegende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants erhalten. Der Strand ist Fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist zwar außerhalb von Barcelona, aber trotzdem mit Bus und Bahn gut erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen den Großstadttrubel zu entkommen. Hier kann man entspannen und es sich gut gehen lassen. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen und können es nur weiterempfehlen! ☺️🫶🏻

Um local encantador, muito completo e extremamente bonito. Quando voltar a Barcelona sem dúvidas me hospedarei novamente

Tres beau logement, situé en sous-sol du logement de la proprietaire, il est tres calme et idealement placé. A 1 minutes d'un parc pour enfant (2 à 12ans) , 5 minutes du supermarche et 8 minutes du train à pied. La ligne R1 du train met 25 minutes pour aller a la station "Catalunya", place centrale de Barcelone. La propriétaire Nancy est très réactive par message et est sympathique. Les instructions pour arriver sont claires. Il y à également tous les centres d'intérêt dans le PDF donné. 3 lits en 90 pour les petits et un lit kiiiiiinnnnnggsize pour les parents. Tout était parfait. Merci.

Excelente alojamiento, reformado, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Con zona de barbacoa, terraza muy agradable y las instalaciones son impecables. Hay un mercado cerca y está muy bien comunicado. Elisabeth fue muy amable y nos dio consejos útiles. ¡Esperamos repetir!

This was my third time staying with Jordi and Manel. Their home is always such a great home base when my friends and I visit Barcelona. It's close to the metro, in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby, and also a quick walk to the beach! On top of that, the place itself has everything you need and Jordi / Manel are ready to help anyway they can.

We loved staying here! Excellent location! We could look out and see so much. Loads of places to eat right nearby. The place was clean, stocked, and exactly what we were expecting. Would absolutely recommend.

Perfect way to end our 2 week European Tour. Beautiful beach view. Private and quiet. Lots of amenities; well stocked with beach necessities (sun umbrella, chairs, blankets, extra flip flops, toys/football, etc). Great way to get out of Barcelona but still have access to the city and airport. All six of us were very pleased with the two night stay before hopping back onto a plane ✈️ to fly home.

Alex was a fantastic host! We were given transportation recommendations & help with holding our luggage so we could get to a tour in the city the morning we arrived. The place was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water and delightful breeze coming in from the balcony. The area was very nice & we had a quick 20 minute walk to a great restaurant. It was a fast stay for us but definitely worth it. Thank you for everything, Alex!!!

Mariona fue una excelente host, el Departamento era muy completo y todo funcionaba a la perfección! la zona es muy tranquila y muy cerca de la playa, por lo cual recomiendo hospedarse aquí en vez de otros alojamientos más cerca del centro! Hemos pasado unos días excelentes y volveremos sin dudarlo

Great apartment and location! Right near the Metro station to easily get around. Host was great at communicating and helpful. He met us at the apartment and was flexible, letting us check in early which was helpful after arriving by train from Madrid. The views were great and the apartment had air conditioning!

Die Kommunikation war super einfach, schnell und sehr freundlich. Check-in und Check-out liefen reibungslos. Mo war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns bei Fragen sofort geholfen und sogar ein Kinderbett und Sandspielzeug bereitgestellt – wirklich aufmerksam! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gepflegt und hatte eine herrliche Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist top: ruhig gelegen, aber mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Der Strand ist nur ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, ins Stadtzentrum sind es mit dem Taxi etwa 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden sofort wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles, Mo!

Wir möchten uns bei Nadia& taras für den tollen Aufenthalt bedanken. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist top und man braucht nur 2 min bis zur Metro und zur Stadt 15 min. Alles sehr gut erreichbar. Können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
