It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, including the kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fall down.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Skævinge, the old henhouse in rural surroundings

We have renovated the old hen house into a small cozy annex. The house has one room and is located on its own on our small country estate, and we have 12 hens and a rooster that graze freely on the plot in front of the house. The farm is originally from 1914 and is surrounded by fields and overlooking the Strø Mountains. On the property you will also find our café and farm shop, which sells coffee, cake, sandwiches, brunch, etc. Opening hours Friday-Sunday 10 am - 5 pm

The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.
