Kati and Frank's apartment is just beautiful! We felt right at home and you also like to spend more time inside when the weather is not so good. Absolutely stylish, mint condition and sparkling clean. Since we had a baby with us, we more than appreciated the doors that could be closed almost silently :) A big plus is that the apartment remained cool even at almost 30 degrees outside temperature and if you like it even cooler, you can also use a fan. The location is also great! Thank you for everything, we felt so comfortable. We highly recommend the apartment.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Amenities at the apartment were as described. Especially in the well-equipped kitchen, we were able to cook super. Everything was very clean and cozy. The apartment offers a good starting point for various hikes in the area. Communication with the host was very friendly, we always got quick and helpful answers. We'd come back.

I had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It’s located right in the city center, so everything was within walking distance—restaurants, shops, public transport, and tourist spots. I really appreciated how quiet and comfortable it was despite being so central. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great hostess. Helene explained everything really well, so we were able to check in on the holiday without her. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need for a few days of relaxation and the kids could even play in the garden. Thank you!

Great place to stay, a nice setting in a converted bakery

Great place to stay, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. You can feel at home :) Wiatka is located in a quiet place, a little off the beaten path, but very close to Dino, there is a place to park the car. I recommend :)

Very nice house in front of a forest with a great pool in the garden (heated, and the roof can stay on to bath), and great excursion possibilities. Garden is massive and can easily be used for some camping fun. We went with 6 adults and 6 children, and we found it was enough space for this full booking, in the rooms and the common areas. One of the rooms is a connecting room between hallway and another bedroom, which is ok but maybe not optimal if you have light sleepers. Floors are not squeaking (except the stairs) and rooms have good noise isolation. Kitchen is a highlight with everything you could need, a gas stove with plenty of pots and pans and it features 3 ovens that can be run simulatenously (hot enough to use a pizza stone).

I rarely write a review, but this accommodation really deserves it, as it was rated very good by all 7 adults traveling with me. The apartment is exactly as the owner describes and depicted in the photos. I came in and immediately felt comfortable. Unusual, but yes, everything was available here. Extra plus points on my part: the fenced garden area with toys and nice seating, the great selection of records and the out-of-tune piano, which contributed greatly to the entertainment of the pianists. The existing ukulele was quickly tuned and also contributed to the house music.

We felt very well taken care of. The contact was friendly and the accommodation very homely. We enjoyed the time and are happy to be able to use the accommodation again on occasion. Super central location, in a beautiful town. Can only recommend it!

Great little cottage with a great terrace and views of nature. Beds 1A. We were able to use the barbecue area and the garden. Very good location: direct proximity to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, the Zittau Mountains and the Czech Republic. In the village, there are various shops. Not barrier-free due to the stairs. And unfortunately no dogs allowed. Otherwise absolutely recommended!

Cozy apartment in great area with very friendly host. In the apartment itself, there is everything you need. There were four of us, which is also the maximum occupancy. We especially liked the terrace right by the living room (we often sat and ate outside in the sun) and the extra attic where you could play table tennis or foosball. From the property you can reach very worth seeing excursion destinations on foot or by bike, e.g. nature and quarry trail Königshain mountains, Königshain Castle with beautiful park and military cemetery. In the village, the bakery Melzer is especially recommended. If you're traveling with kids, a trip to the Görlitz Zoo is also a tip.

We liked the stay in Klara’s house. We were the only guests and had the kitchen, living room, garden for us. Thanks for the thrusting! We visited the dam to have a little swim, saw the centra of Liberec and Jablonec but the highlight was a walk around the rocks at Besedicke Skaly. We had one rainy day but the house is cosy and comfortable to spend one day inside. Penny Market is on walking distance, other warehouses are a bit further but just 5-10 minutes by car. We met Klara just very shortly, but she was reachable by message. Thanks Klara, we enjoyed it!

A small paradise in the countryside - the accommodation is furnished with so much love that you immediately feel at home. The rooms are cozy and radiate warmth. We were really impressed with how completely everything was equipped - we didn't miss anything. The garden is also beautiful and invites you to linger, just like the quiet surroundings and the forests around it. It's a perfect place to switch off. And last but not least, the hostess was incredibly friendly and always available – so warm that you just feel welcome. A place we really enjoyed - and will definitely come back to.

The apartment is in a beautiful and quiet location. For a long weekend for two as a made. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and sorry we had to leave. We will definitely consider this place again when choosing the next weekend out. The amenities of the apartment were absolutely sufficient. Everything is clean and tidy. The owner was helpful throughout. We can recommend all ten.
