Year-round, comfortably equipped apartments with an area of 80m2 are designed for 3 – 6 people (up to 8 beds) and consist of two levels. On the ground floor there is a hallway, living room with fireplace and TV, equipped kitchenette, dining room, bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each apartment has a parking space in the underground garage. On the ground floor there are terraces, on the first floor there are two balconies with beautiful views.

The building is 500 meters from the bus and train station, 1km from the entrance to the pedestrian street, the estate is close to the Park Mountain close to bike and pedestrian paths.
