Contemporary Light Filled Apartment Close to the City Centre

Walk home along the Union Canal and then kick back on the sofa after a day exploring Edinburgh. This bright flat boasts an open concept with a white palette enhanced with pops of bright colour. It benefits from underground parking. The apartment is situated in a modern development in Shandon to the west of the City Centre. Within the flat there is one bedroom with a king sized bed with high quality linens and plenty of wardrobe space. A spacious hall leads into a bright open plan living room/kitchen with a large sofa, coffee table, TV, and dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a bath with overhead rainforest shower as well as a handheld shower head. Toiletries and towels are provided. Within the development there is a shared garden and underground parking where you will have one allocated parking space with key fob. There is also secure bike storage available. BT TV Wifi Underground Parking I will do my best to meet every guest on arrival but if this is not possible I have a key safe installed for flexibility. I live in Edinburgh with my girlfriend and therefore one of us will always be around should you need any assistance. The apartment is in Shandon, a residential district to the west of Edinburgh city centre. It’s next to Harrison Park and the Union Canal. There are good transport links to the centre and the airport. The bus stop is located a minute walk from the flat, from which there are regular buses to the city centre (10 mins) or to the airport (45 mins), if you are driving or getting a taxi to the airport then should only take around 20 mins depending on traffic. A taxi into town would take around 5-10 mins or it is a 30 minute walk.

'The Snug' is a fully licensed, private apartment attached to our Bungalow with its own entrance & is ideal for couples. There are stairs to access the property. We live in a lovely residential area. 2 min walk away there is a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min & stops include Haymarket and Princes Street. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

Bus stop beside the house with regular service; one bus, into Princes St in 25-35 mins. We have a small driveway for you to use. We are 2 mins from the by-pass and are 15 min from Airport by taxi. Attached to my house. In an upmarket, quiet and safe residential area. 15 mins from airport / city centre and 10 mins walk to Murrayfield Stadium. Have a video which I can send if requested. Very regular buses and trams only minutes walk away. Beautiful parks nearby or walk along the Water of Leith to famous Dean Village, stunning views. Local restaurants within 10 min walk or a 5 minute tram ride to Haymarket where you'll find lots. Small supermarket (Scotmid) 7 mins away.
