Located in the village of Banya, in the valley between Rila, Pirin and Rhodopi mountains , only 7 min driving from Bansko ski lifts. Public parking available right in front of the villa for free.

It is located in a quiet corner of Bansko while being within a few hundred meters of the bustling gondola area and hike starting points up Pirin mountain.

The house is located at the end of the village, where there is absolute privacy with the murmur of the river, which is only a few meters below the house. The thermal springs with free access nearby. A sauna or children's play area is available for an additional fee.
