Holiday rentals with a patio in Gonzales

Lovely 2 bed apartment in Spanish town, within walking distance of the state capitol and downtown. Checking was super easy, very spacious place, onsite parking was handy, very clean. Would stay here again.

My second stay and it was another lovely experience!!! Clean, beautiful, tastefully decorated, cozy & quiet with everything I needed. The beds are super comfy! Only suggestion I have (which I’m sure Tabetha has no control over) would be not to wake up guests with mowing & weeding at 7:00 a.m. That was the only negative experience. It is usually very quiet. Tabetha is always responsive & helpful and she is a wonderful host!!!

I loved staying here!! The layout was perfect and there was just enough space where it was comfortable. Everything worked perfectly and we didn’t have problems with anything.

Love the apartment, the beds were so comfortable I almost over slept for work lol. We will definitely try to book here again if we're in the area for work Thank you so much Mr. Andrew!!!

Xavier was a great host. The property was a reflection of the pictures that are shown. Area was great for a weekend stay and has evening you need around it.

James was a great host. Very communicative very responsive, if I needed anything he was one message away. He made sure we felt right at home and got us anything we needed which wasn’t much considering he made sure everything was set up perfectly. The rooms were neatly made, had space for all our clothes and personal items and suitcases were easy to store away. Washer and dryer definitely made things a lot easier I loved that the most. Kitchen was set up amazing had everything I needed. Lastly the air conditioning was perfect for that Louisiana heat. Thank you for allow me and my family to use your home for our stay. We were happy comfortable and felt very at home. We truly appreciated everything.

We needed a location close to family due to our unique circumstances of needing to come in because my aunt was in hospice, and wanting to be near. Unfortunately, my aunt passed shortly after we arrived, and Ivannia was phenomenal in letting us extend our stay. Ivannia is fantastic, very responsive, and ready to communicate when needed. Everything was listed on the Airbnb website. I loved the views and how close it was to everything. The adventure of driving the golf cart to the house was fun and different. The house is clean and has all the amenities you could need, and then some. The beds were comfortable after long days. The views are beautiful, and the house was just what we needed to decompress after long days. Three Rivers Island was the perfect location. I would stay again and again and will recommend it to others! I hope to bring my kids and husband next time and stay under lighter circumstances. If you need a getaway and want fun and adventure, Ivannias is the place!

Sarah was an excellent host. The home was comfortable and clean. The best part was sitting on the patio in the morning, sipping a cup of coffee, and watching/listening to the birds on the lake. It was just wonderful!

We really enjoyed your home and appreciate the ease of the stay, during a difficult time for our family. We drove over 1000 miles for my own Mawmaw's funeral and the ability to have a "home away from home", in an aptly named listing, was very nice.

This home is beautiful and within walking distance to campus! It is very spacious and comfortable for a large group. I especially loved the open floor plan , it’s beautifully decorated, has well laid out bedrooms (everyone had their privacy) and 3-1/2 baths. Close to restaurants and bars. And, a perfect spot to celebrate our LSU graduate !! 🧑‍🎓 🐯🎓

Only problem was the A/C unit would shut off randomly in the middle of the night making it uncomfortably warm and during the day. Would walk in and the house would take a while to cool down. At night made it uncomfortable to sleep. Not a dealbreaker but did report it and hopefully the issue will be fixed for the next guests. I would still stay there again.

We loved this stay!! The home is located in a beautiful charming neighborhood and this apartment/guest house is a truly separated space from host home. They have free range chickens and gave us free fresh eggs! It was so thoughtful! The shower is so big and amazing and we loved the heated ground. Would recommend to anyone and definitely re-visit!!

From the first time I booked I felt like I was choosing the right location to stay. Everything was smooth and easy. Her response time is immaculate especially that’s important for someone who constantly travels and books last minute. Everything was clean and very up to date. The photos did not justice. Every amenity you will need was available inside the home. I have no complaints and definitely am looking forward to booking in the near future.

The place was absolutely beautiful! We had the best time not only at the house but with people who were staying in the neighborhood! Everyone was friendly and fun to be around. I recommend going to Jody’s snow and ice down the road, it was amazing as well! Overall a great experience and great host!

We had a perfect stay! The hosts couldn't have been better. The location was out of the heavy traffic of Baton Rouge which is a bonus. We had all of the amenities we needed and the back patio was absolutely lovely. I especially enjoyed watching the hummingbirds! The neighborhood makes you feel like you are on a first class vacation and I enjoyed my walks. We have now found our "go to" spot in Baton Rouge. Our daughter is a junior at LSU and I wish I had found this place sooner. We will absolutely stay here again on our final visits for her senior year. We obviously highly recommend!

We were in town visiting family and Jim’s place was perfect. It was clean, all of the appliances worked well, and Jim was extremely communicative. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in town!

The location was perfect and ideal and was a 10 min drive from the arena. Conveniently located to stores and restaurants within walking distance. It was very easy to get in and out of. Very close to LSU activities. I believe the “longest” drive took 25 mins to the Mall, but that was mainly due to traffic. The place was very neat and tidy and had everything we needed. The complex is gated, making it feel even more safe. The building itself is very sound proof. We didn’t have any issues with other tenants living on the property. The only complaint we have, that is at no fault of Tiffany, is the road the property is located on - as it has a lot of potholes.

Brenda was a rock star host! Simply the best ever! My husband even said it was the nicest airbnb that we’ve ever stayed in. Just what we needed for a stop over heading back to Texas.

Appartement bien équipé, lumineux, propre et avec commerces proches (Rouses etc.). En arrivant, du café et un bouteille de vin nous attendaient !!Johanna nous a bien conseillé sur les restaurants et il y avait même une cabane à écrevisses à proximité. De plus, nous avons eu un problème dentaire à gérer en urgence et Johanna a été de très bon conseil et facilitante. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

We enjoyed staying here for the 3 nights we were in town. It was perfect for 3 of us. Very spacious. I recommend staying here!
